Even though the sheets were clean, the mattress protector had hair all over it, before I slept in it. The same bed’s pillow had smells on it and I had to use a hand towel over it to sleep at night.

- Ted (8/5): - Hotel was relatively close to the beach. Breakfast buffet was adequate. Plenty of on site parking. Our room was actually modernized, our friend's room was quite dated. I guess the luck of the draw. Decor in the lobby was dated from the late 70's maybe early 80's, but clean. Pool was not quiet, had many children running around and splashing. I'm not against children, this is a very family friendly place. But if you prefer peace and quiet around the pool, this might not be the place for you.
- Ηλίαs (10/5): Πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο - Ένα ωραίο ξενοδοχείο στο Τολό με δικό του πάρκινγκ και πολύ κοντά στην παραλία και στα μαγαζιά. Αρκετά καλό πρωινό και ευγενικό προσωπικό. Το δωμάτιο ήταν αξιοπρεπές και καθαρό . Επίσης έχει πολύ ωραίο εστιατόριο. Το μόνο κάκο είναι ότι στο δωμάτιο που μου δώσανε , ο χώρος στην λεκάνη ήταν πολύ στενός .

Не ми хареса връчването на дистанционното за климатика и телевизора на рецепция при постъпване, с предупреждение да ги върна при напускане :) Вероятно имат причини да го правят, за мен поне е странно и ме връща в отдавна отминали времена по нашите "географски ширини".

- Sentiana (10/5): - We really loved this hotel. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was a little small for us (2 adults and 3 kids) but very clean. The cleaning ladies were very sweet and friendly. The pool was a bonus and great break from the beach. It was a 5 min walk to the public beach and very close to the main restaurants. The breakfast had variety of things and fresh fruits We really enjoyed the stay. Nothing that we did not like
- Michele (8/5): La scelta giusta per partire alla scoperta delle spiagge e dei siti archeologici dell'Argolide - Hotel posizionato a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dal centro di Tolo, ottimo come punto di partenza per escursioni nei vari siti dall'Argolide (come Micene, Epidauro, Nauplia). Molto bella la piscina. La camera (una junior suite) era molto spaziosa, con un enorme terrazzo attrezzato di tavolo per aperitivi al tramonto con vista sul golfo e (cosa che non guasta in una località di mare) di un pratico stendino per stendere teli mare e costumi. Nel complesso ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Il servizio colazione era un po' caotico, con spazi non adeguati al numero di persone presenti.
- Στελλα (9/5): - Η καθαριότητα γινόταν κάθε μέρα και κάθε μέρα άλλαζαν τις πετσέτες! Τα σεντόνια ανά δύο μετες! Το πρωινό ικανοποιητικό και ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε ήταν πρόθυμοι να μας εξυπηρετήσουν. Ενα θέμα με το ψυγείο που για κάποιο λόγο ήταν εκτός δωματίου όταν πήγαμε, μόλις το είπαμε μας το τακτοποίησαν αμέσως! Πεντακάθαρο, ευγενικοί όλοι! Το μόνο αρνητικό που είδαμε ήταν ότι δεν είχε καλή ηχομόνωση, οι διπλανοί ακουγόντουσαν όταν άνοιγαν ή έκλειναν τη πόρτα σαν να έμπαιναν στο δωμάτιο μας.

We enjoyed the breakfasts, and we had a few evening meals at the hotel, which were all excellent. A very nice pool with plenty of beds to lie on, overall it was a fantastic vacation and I would recommend it to others. We will book this hotel again, thank you.

- Evgeniy (6/5): An economical hotel - An economical hotel with a pool. Given a relatively low price, the expectations were not high and overall were met. The hotel rooms already need renovation. The cleaning staff cleans only visible space and completely misses spots like under the beds and so on. Some of the rooms are equipped with an external kitchenette, but you will never voluntarily use it. The cleaning staff missed a pot with food that someone had left there. At the time when we came, it has been already full of mold, bugs, and larvae. The whole wardrobe stinked horribly and the whole situation is gross.

An iron and board were also available in the room .The pool was a good size and the loungers comfortable Breakfast was available from 7.30 to 10 however , it was not replenished if you came later than 7.30!

- Kerry (9/5): We recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable hotel. - We stayed at Paradise Lost for a week and had a wonderful stay. The rooms were clean and the service was very good. We had a very good view of the sea from our balcony which also faced the pool. We were pleasantly surprised as to how sound proof the room was because once you closed the window, you could not hear the music from the pool area. The pool area was lovely. They served an exceptional lunch one day when they roasted a whole lamb on the spit outside. It was delicious! Our room was on the second floor facing the sea but there was never any breeze on our balcony.

- Spyro (7/5): Good - Family atmosphere. Room was relatively clean. Pool area and bar was nice. Nicely stocked breakfast. 1. Air-conditioning smelled of something sour. We informed the front desk, who took the information with a smile, but nothing was done about it. As a result, we were unable to use the A/C during our stay. At least not without having the room smell like sour milk. It was 38 degrees Celsius (101⁰F), which made staying in the room very uncomfortable. 2. The electronic do not disturb sign for the room did not work. The lock on the door did not prevent the cleaning service from busting in on us while undressed. 3. The elevator was small and hot. The door would also often get stuck on the 3rd floor, rendering the elevator inoperable, forcing us to have to use the stairs on several occasions. 4. The parking lot was gravel/dirt. Made it virtually impossible to get to and from your car without getting full of dust. Not ideal for when you're trying to go out with your fancy clothes.

Close to the beach and restaurants and shops. Great place for families with kids. Some of the food we ordered at the hotel was mediocre - the spicy greek cheese and the chicken nuggets in particular.

We had booked a room for the full period but was, during check in, informed that we needed to change mid stay -I have never tried anything like that before? We were asked for extra fee for safety box -which we refused as safety box was part of room reservation. Refrigerator in room not cleaned and full of green and black spots. Bathrooms old and worn down.

- Corina (2/5): Poor customer service - Very, very poor customer service. They e-mailed me saying that I will have to stay in different room each night. First night they gave me a room on the ground level with no view. The receptionist said that next day I will have a room with out view. Next day they game a room on the same level with a wall in front of my window. I asked for a discount/refund since I paid for a different comfort than the rooms they offered me. The evening shift receptionist said she will make a note. The morning shift receptionist (which was very rude all the time) said that I don't have to pay anything and I can go now. The hotel is an old building with nasty furniture, no soap on the sink only empty boxes. No way to be classified as a 3 stars hotel.
- GIANNIS (6/5): - Decent hotel but the 4 bedded room i reserved was significantly different than the one in the picture. Also one of the two single beds was smaller (1.80 length, half thickness matress than the usual, so it was an extra bed. The breakfast was very nice. The staff was very kind, except one that tried to convince us that this was a 4 bedded room when behind the rooms door the ministry of tourism had it registered as 3 bedded.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - There was no sea view, as described... Also there was not a queen size bed, but two single beds... It is in condition, clean and close to the sea. The breakfast was good, too.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Άμα είχε 2 αστέρια θα έπαιρνε αριστα - Πρόθυμο προσωπικό αλλά κατά τα άλλα χάλια! Η πισίνα γούρνα. Το φαγητό από τα lidl. Σαμπουάν κ είδη καθαριότητας δεν είχε. Θέα πισίνα έλεγε κ τελικά βλέπαμε ένα ξερό χωράφι. Αισθητική ξενοδοχείου χαλί. Αλλά κατά τα άλλα το τολο αξίζει! Είναι κοντά στην παραλία και στο κέντρο ώστε να πας χωρίς αυτοκίνητο.
- Susan (8/5): Relaxing and peaceful - We booked thishotel on the recommendation of a friend and we were pleasantly surprised at the execellent service and time we had at the hotel we both would book again and recommend to our friends and family. The junior suite we had on the 3rd door was perfect and the view from the balcony stunning. There was also a short walk into the village and the friendly bats and restaurants which lined the high street, and we were able to find somewhere different to eat and drink with ease. The character of the restaurants was so relaxing and the staff were genuinely please to see you and talk with you. When we left we were totally relaxed.

- Paradise Lost Hotel in Tolo (10/5): Great accommodation in Tolo, Greece - Paradise Lost Hotel is lovely family accommodation to enjoy Tolo and neighbouring Nafplio. Adriana looked after our breakfast meal with a smile and made great Greek coffee. Konstantinos always eagerly catering quality Greek cuisine in the taverna. A little walk from the hotel and you are spoilt for choice where to have your next swim or choose a taverna on the beach.
- David (10/5): Hôtel agréable et rénové - Personnel agréable, piscine agréable, chambres complètement rénovées et vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et ses îles. Bon séjour en famille !
- Florent (6/5): - Hotel plutôt familial et donc relativement bruyant. Les chambres sont petites. A 10 minutes en voiture de Nauplie et à 5 minutes à pied de la plage.
- Niels Norman (6/5): Mest for familier med mindre børn - Vælg Superior-værelse, der er i nyrenoveret og pænt. Der er en del larm fra swimmingpoolen fra børn og høj musik. Poolområdet er uden livredder. Kaffen til morgenmaden kunne ikke drikkes, så vi bestilte mod betaling rigtig kaffe. Morgenmadsområdet er for småt, og der var kaos med mange mennesker og for få til at rydde op. Morgenmaden er ordinær. Der er gode, lokale restauranter i nærområdet. Området bærer dog præg af mange turister, og strandende er tæt pakkede. Priserne i området er helt rimelige.
- Verified traveler (6/5): bien placé mais ne vaut pas ses 4 étoiles - hotel très bien situé à 1mn de la plage et qui a une piscine ce qui n'est pas le cas de tous les hotels de Tolo. Cependant les 4 étoiles ont du être attribuées grâce à cette piscine qui n'est pas cependant si grande qu'il nous semblait sur la photo, peu d'espace autour de la piscine. Le personnel n'a pas toujours été très agréable et ni les chambres ni la salle de restaurant ne méritent les étoiles. La fenêtre de la salle de bain est occultée par du papier collé dessus...La déco est totalement à revoir.

- Lucas (10/5): Nice hotel close to the beach and the city centre. - I do recommend this hotel to anyone looking to have a perfect mix between something close to the beach and also in a peaceful and cool area.
