- Veronica (10/5): good - the environment The bed was very hard
- Johanne (8/5): -
- Natalie (10/5): - The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and spacious, the breakfast and amenities were excellent, the bnb was an easy walk to Galway center (25 minutes) and Salthill (less than 10 minutes). I didn't have any negative experiences.
- Duncan (10/5): -

- Tim (10/5): Perfect B&B !! - We have never stayed in a B&B before. Crazy right? So let’s pick one in Ireland for our first. This place was so cute!!! The hostess was so wonderful!! Beautiful home and cannot thank you enough for inviting us in. Room was perfect, bed was super comfy and the shower… I wish I had that water pressure in the states!! Absolutely nothing! Wish we could have stayed longer
- Patricia (9/5): - The property is in a great location, as it is easy to walk to restaurants and the promenade. The parking worked out well too.

- Susan (10/5): - Absolutely beautiful home with kind and friendly family running this B&B. The room and entire home were immaculately clean. The breakfast was lovely, and everyone we encountered in the family was so helpful and friendly. Parking is available but tight so hopefully you have a small car like we did. 20 minute walk to downtown Galway, but also close to a downtown area in Salthill and the lovely Salthill Promenade. Would definitely stay again.
- Stephen (9/5): Superb - Lovely character building; friendly hosts; parking for a bike; and a good breakfast. Slightly further from the centre than I would like, but does have the local village facilities on the doorstep, including some excellent bars.

The bedroom was spacious, and the bed very comfortable.
Location is great. It’s a 20 min walk from the Latin Quarter, or a quick bus ride (bus stop is right in front of the house)
Breakfast was great as well, with multiple options!

- Kim (10/5): St Judes has been our favourite spot so far. - We LOVED St. Judes! The home was spectacular and they thought of everything to make our stay extra comfortable. Breakfast was freshly made everyday and something we looked forward to. Ifa was a pleasure to chat with every morning and was so helpful in answering our questions.
We walked into town everyday and it was an easy and convenient walk - 20 minutes tops.
We easily took the local bus from the train station thanks to Tony’s detailed directions (there is a stop right outside the B&B) We loved everything and would go back again for a longer stay.
- Rod (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful period home. Rooms were so comfortable, bed was epic. En suite was spotless with a powerful shower.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

- Roth (10/5): Exceptional - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was beautiful and the owners friendly. Three rooms were perfect. They give a choice of breakfast times and menus. The homes is in walking distance to many restaurants and the owners gave us some great suggestions. There was nothing we didn’t like about our stay. Just be careful when using Google maps for navigation there is a similar named stay in Galway that pops up. We went to the wrong place and so did another couple staying at the same time as us.

- Christina D (10/5): - I will definitely book in there again!
- Rhonda (10/5): This was our 2nd stay at St Jude’s and we will definitely be back! - Beautifully decorated bedrooms, comfortable beds, extra heater provided (as it was an exceptionally cold spell of weather), brilliant shower, fabulous breakfast, free parking, bus stop outside that goes straight to city centre, short walk to Salthill promenade & the sea. Absolutely nothing!
- Robyn (9/5): We both loved our stay. It’s a lovely house with a very central location. - The bed was very big and comfortable and the French toast at breakfast was maybe the best we’ve had. Also a great location. N/A
- William (9/5): home from home - great hosts. breakfast good. bed comfortable. good location and easy parking.
- Charles (5/5): Passable - The breakfast was good Staff un approachable
Not very friendly
Requested late checkout was refused having to be out room for 11am on a Sunday with no flexibility is poor
- Glenn (9/5): I'd highly recommend anyone stay here. The people are lovely. It's cosy and very clean. - Breakfast was fantastic. Lovely location near the sea. I'd have liked to have been able to make a coffee in my room but this is only a small thing. Breakfast was served a little late (8:30) but the host very kindly adapted this so I could eat at 8 so I could get to my course on time.
- Norma (8/5): Nice and cosy - Close to the city centre but located in a quiet area, we enjoyed our peace and were able to go to the busy areas by walking. Good breakfast with enough options, clean and cosy room. We are coffee lovers, and real coffee is only available during breakfast. There's a coffee station with instant coffee only, but we didn't ask the staff for extra coffee so we can't really say if it is available during the day.
- Samuel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rieg (10/5): I recommend this place. A warm and cozy place to feel welcome and at home. - Super cozy and clean. Nothing
- Fiona (9/5): Superb -
- Errol (10/5): Exceptional - Clean friendly and well situated Coffee downstairs and not in room
- Phillygirlabroad (9/5): A lovely stay in a beautiful county - Breakfast was made to order and very organized. Location was good, about a 20 minute walk into the city. Salthill is a little town just up the road, very convenient when I needed to visit a pharmacy for some cold medicine. The heat in our room was not working. They had an oil radiator available in the closet.
- Daniel (9/5): Superb - Spotlessly clean comfortable accomodation in quiet area close to Galway centre. Very good breakfast choice and tea and coffee available when required.
- Uwe (10/5): Great time at the sea! - Perfect Location: Salthill in walking distance (5-10 min) and also quite near to galway City Center (20-25 min).
Charming House and rooms, very tasty breakfast and nice Hosts. ————-
- Michelle (10/5): Exceptional - The location in Galway was perfect, a short walk to Salthill or a short drive into the downtown area! The private bathroom was wonderful, a great use of space and everything we could have hoped for. But the best part was the people, what a wonderful couple and staff in general! There's even space for parking, but we didn't have a car and everything was still accessible.
- Tetiana (10/5): Unique and magical experience - Most pleasant experience. The devil is in the details (the cupboard with fox-terriers are marvelous, really want to have same right now). 20 minutes on foot to city center. But the way there is very enjoyable.
- Robert (10/5): Excellent B & B for comfort and convenience in a characterful house. - Interesting and tasty choice of breakfast options beyond the ubiquitous 'full Irish'. Salthill is a combination of the bay and the city. The house is characterful and distinctive. Suspect room heater might struggle to heat the room adequately in the depths of winter, though was fine during my visit.
- Rikki (10/5): Wonderful stay. Very comfy, great location, excellent breakfast, and warm and friendly host! - Very cozy and comfortable! Great location walking distance to Salt Hill and the City centre. NA
- Sarah (9/5): Superb -
- Shelaine (10/5): We had an absolutely wonderful 2- day stay at st. - Tony, Ita , Sinead and Grace were wonderful! The place is beautiful and very clean. Lots of beautiful furnishings. The shower was amazing! It’s close to town with a bus stop just in front.
- Mark (10/5): Excellent B&B in ideal location - Excellent stay, well worth the money and in an ideal quiet location within walking distance of city centre and coast, or use the regular bus service if you don't want to walk.
Can't fault the room and service from Tony and family, although it would be nice to have a kettle in the room itself.
A++
