• ASL (10/5): I would book again if I return to Florence - The staff were wonderful! All of them were amazing and helpful. The room is big and complete and clean. The location is near the train station. The room has thin walls but I always expect this in hotels anyway so it is not a big issue for me. I was too tired so I slept well. The bed was comfortable too.

A couple of nice staff, comfy enough beds, conveniently located near the train station walking distance to the historic centre of Florence. - building old and run down - noisy rooms from tram and train right outside - inhospitable owner and environment, very different to other budget BnBs we experienced in Italy - bad breakfast (we skipped it after the first morning because it was almost inedible) Overall, would not recommend this place. There are plenty of BnBs in Florence and this one did not make us feel welcome at all.

No space to put our toothpaste and facewash in the bathroom because the handwashing basin's edge was narrow. The room also has lots of dust, my friend got allergic. Breakfast has very limited choice, Only bread, jam and ham, yet cost 12 euro, not worth the price. There was even no egg!

• LUIZ CARLOS (10/5): Uma ótima opção de localização - Nos surpreendemos com a acomodação. Muito organizada e limpa. Nos quartos , as camas e travesseiros com lençóis macios. No banheiro, ótimo chuveiro e toalhas de banho limpas e de boa qualidade A localização é perfeita. A poucos metros do centro histórico. Há restaurantes e mercados próximos a acomodação. O elevador é muito antigo mas funciona.

• Raquel (10/5): - Trato inmejorable por parte del personal. Habitaciones cómodas, limpias. Dispone de una nevera muy útil en la habitación. Desayuno completo muy recomendable. Destacar que el último día partíamos antes del horario de inicio del desayuno y nos dejaron el desayuno en la habitación. Recomendable totalmente también por la ubicación. Las ventanas no están bien insonorizadas y se oye durante la noche el sonido de tranvía que pasa por la calle donde está ubicado el alojamiento. El funcionamiento del tranvía es hasta pasada la medianoche y a partir de las 5 de la madrugada. Personas sensibles al ruido mejor llevar tapones.

Hôte très accueillante, arrangeante et d'une grande gentillesse. Possibilité de prendre un petit déjeuner à partir de 8 heures. Chambre mal insonorisée comme dans beaucoup d'établissements. On entend notamment le bruit des sanitaires de la chambre voisine.

Les chambres spacieuses, bon matelas ferme mais moelleux, la propreté de l’établissement. Le petit déjeuner complet ! Les tramways qui passent sous les fenêtres ! L’ascenseur ne dessert pas l’étage de l’établissement ! Mais le personnel se propose gentiment de nous les monter ! C’est un détail important à connaître malgré tout…

• LINDA (9/5): Best B&B you could find in a great location for transportation. - The staff were all very helpful and attentive to our needs. The location was excellent near the train station and the breakfast was a typical European one with fresh cold cuts and cheeses. Fresh bread and croissants. The location was on the first floor which had several stairs for someone to bring luggage up and down but in this B&B the staff did all of the lifting for us. They were all very kind.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die zentrale Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof und Stadtzentrum. Der Abfluss war etwas störend: Wenn in anderen Zimmern Wasser benutzt wurde, hörte man bei uns deutlich, wie Wasser und Luft durch die Leitungen strömten.

• SAVERINO (10/5): - Ottima accoglienza e cortesia anche nel mettere a disposizione la colazione fuori dall'orario classico, per venire incontro alle esigenze del cliente. Stanza comoda anche per 4 persone, anche se in una sola stanza. Location accanto alla Stazione di Santa Maria Novella, comoda per chi viaggia, e comunque a due passi dal centro storico, solo 5 minuti a piedi. Pulizia eccellente, ambiente molto silenzioso nonostante sia vicino ala stazione e su strada passino i tram. Tutto sommato la struttura si presenta bene, non è un hotel a 5 stelle ma si viene comunque coccolati dallo staff. Qualche rinnovo qua e là per modernizzare forse qualcosa, le porte e il pavimento in parquet, ma poca roba.

• Roberto (8/5): Un ringraziamento particolare alla signora addetta alla reception per la disponibilità. - Il personale all'occoglienza molto disponibile e premuroso. Hanno soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta ed esigenza, tra cui check in anticipato e depiosito bagagli. Ci hanno anche fornito un bollitore con thè e tisane per la notte. Trovandosi a due passi dalla stazione è molto comodo per gli spostamenti, ma purtroppo di sera, come per tutte le stazione l'atmosfera non è il massimo.

• Sarah (9/5): Cosy, little expensive but good - Staff were friendly, welcoming & helpful rooms were lovely, maybe a free water in the fridge wouldn’t hurt. Shower needed more silicone in joinery to stop water from escaping between the wall & the shower Not much was wrong with room. Extra pillows and blankets were used, shower pressure and temperature varied depending on other visitors usage but expected in older buildings

La persona encargada de los desayunos es una magnífica persona que nos trató súper bien sobre todo a mi bebé Adriana "la principesa". Los italianos son muy buenas personas y he vuelto a España llena de amor. Un abrazo

Una cosa che ho apprezzato tantissimo e' stata la simpatia, disponibilita' e cordialita' di Roberto e della collega (non so il nome) che ci ha serviti a colazione. Entrambi estremamente cordiali e disponibili Purtroppo c'e' un tasto dolente che mi ha impedito di dare una valutazione piu' alta. Purtroppo credo sia necessaria piu' trasparenza e comunicazione tra lo staff in quanto ho ricevuto delle indicazioni contrastanti tra il proprietario e una signora che stava alla reception il giorno del mio check-out (domenica 19 Ottobre, pomeriggio). Inizialmente mi era stato detto che alla reception avrei trovato sempre qualcuno dalle 10.00 alle 19.00, e che era disponibile il deposito bagagli.. di seguito la mia esperienza: Il giorno del check out abbiamo lasciato gli zaini alla reception, comunicando un orario approssimativo per il ritiro (h16), spiegando che dipendeva dalla durata della visita al museo. Siamo uscite dal museo alle 17, quindi visto il ritardo, ho chiamato subito la struttura per scusarmi e avvisare che stavamo rientrando, ma la signora della reception ha iniziato a urlare (letteralmente), dicendo che era rimasta tutto il pomeriggio "solo per noi" e che "dovevamo sbrigarci". Una volta rientrate, abbiamo avuto una discussione di circa 30 minuti in cui con difficolta' tentavo di spiegare il mio punto di vista, poiché la signora continuava a parlarmi sopra (alzando la voce), lamentandosi e accusandoci di "scorrettezza" in quanto lei doveva "andare a fare la spesa e fare altri giri" e che non ha potuto farlo "per colpa nostra". Solo dopo aver menzionato le direttive di Roberto, la signora ha cambiato atteggiamento dicendo "ora passero' i guai per tutto quello che vi ho detto", e subito dopo ha finto di non sapere dove fossero i bagagli e che "forse manca qualcosa". Raggiunti i limiti del ridicolo, in tutta calma le ho detto che avrei contattato la polizia se quello fosse stato il caso... e di nuovo la signora si e' ammutolita. E' inevitabile che questo ha rovinato il clima della vacanza (ancora oggi dopo 5 giorni mi rode la cosa...
