• Ingrid (8/5): Tolle Tipps für Matera und ausgezeichnetes Abendessen - Anlage nur wenige Kilometer von Ancona entfernt, großer Parkplatz am Gelände. Zimmer geräumig, Betten/Matratze sehr bequem. Das Restaurant, das Mittag- und Abendessen anbietet, war sehr angenehm für uns, da wir erst am späteren Nachmittag angekommen sind und so nicht mehr mit dem Auto fahren mussten. Das Abendessen war ausgezeichnet! Chef Francesco und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Francesco gab uns am nächsten Tag gute Tipps zur Besichtigung von Matera und wo man am besten ohne Gebühr parken kann. Die Einrichtung könnte ein bisschen modernisiert werden.

Der Spiegel , Bidet und WC zu niedrig, und somit sehr unbequem. Der Haartrockner nicht vorhanden. Das ganze Badezimmer renovierungsbedürftig.

• william (7/5): Agriturismo con tutti i servizi ma migliorabile, soprattutto il bagno. - Ambienti spaziosi, con stanze e un bagno adeguati per quattro persone. Ottima posizione per il relax e cordialità e disponibilità del proprietario. In stanza presente aria condizionata, frigo e TV. Preferirei materassi più alti e un po' meno morbidi, ma alla fine ho dormito bene! I servizi del bagno potrebbero essere migliorati; non intendo fare una critica, ma offrire un consiglio costruttivo. In un bagno così spazioso, non dovrebbe mancare una mensola o un tavolino dove appoggiare gli oggetti. Considerando che eravamo in quattro, di cui tre donne, è una necessità fondamentale, e ci sono gli spazi disponibili. Inoltre, non comprendo perché il gancio per l'accappatoio sia posizionato vicino alla porta e non all'altra estremità, vicino alla doccia. Con una piccola spesa e un po' di attenzione ai dettagli, sarebbe possibile apportare notevoli miglioramenti per rendere il soggiorno più confortevole. Per chiarire, siamo stati solo per una notte, ma se avessimo dovuto rimanere più a lungo, avremmo avuto delle difficoltà. Credo anche che il prezzo sia un po' troppo elevato per questa struttura, giustificabile soltanto dal fatto che ci troviamo a Matera.

Oltre alla location tranquilla, immersa nel verde pulito senza mosche e zanzare, abbiamo potuto apprezzare l'ospitalità sia a cena che a pranzo. Cuoco Giuseppe super carino e disponibile alle nostre richieste. Prezzi intelligenti. In soldoni, bella esperienza...ci ritornerei....PS...solo per ascoltare il Tenente Colonnello Franco e delle sue esperienze che hanno sempre sapore di vita vera ed affascinante!! Grazie Franco!! Mancava il phone in bagno, ma abbiamo compensato.
• MAM79 (8/5): - Franco e il cuoco sono stati gentilissimi e disponibilissimi. Abbiamo pranzato nella struttura e il cibo era ottimo. Il proprietario Franco ci ha dato dei consigli utilissimi ed è stato molto disponibile e flessibile sul check out. La struttura potrebbe essere valorizzata molto di più a mio avviso perché ben posizionata e con ampi spazi interni ed esterni.

• Valerio (9/5): Un piccolo focolare a qualche minuto da Matera - Siamo stati accolti dal proprietario il signor Franco e dalla sua adorabile micina Lilli. Franco è un signore gentilissimo e molto ospitale. Ci ha dato diverse indicazioni utili ad una visita di un giorno a Matera, compreso il contatto di una guida turistica e l’indicazione di un posteggio gratuito a due passi dal centro. La struttura è semplice ma confortevole, i locali puliti. C’è stato un problema con la corrente per via del temporale e per scusarsi dell’attesa ci ha offerto una bottiglia di vino a cena. Anche lo chef, Giuseppe, molto cordiale. Prezzi contenuti, cena buona, colazione semplice con brioche artigianali. Anche la posizione è ottima, a circa 8 minuti di auto dal centro di Matera. Se torneremo a Matera andremo sicuramente a trovarli ancora! Un consiglio: forse avrebbe bisogno di più personale per supportarlo nella gestione di una struttura così grande.

• Rauqel (2/5): Very creepy place and experience, - I arrived and found a completely abandoned place, very creepy, no one welcomed us and that night we had to drive 5 hours looking for a place to stay, it was the most horrible experience I have ever had in my life.
• Agnieszka (9/5): Nice experience for reasonable price - Three things are a huge plus here. First of all, lots of space. The room and bathroom are spacious, especially by Italian standards. On the ground floor there is a large dining room, the garden and parking lot are also spacious. The windows offer a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. Secondly, the atmosphere of this place is very friendly, and the host is happy to talk and share knowledge. Thirdly, it is worth coming here to try the wonderful home-made wine, which is produced on site. Even those who don't like primitivo will like it, because it has a hidden secret which I won't revel - check it out for yourself.

• btrgovcich (10/5): 10 stars - We stayed two nights during off season and we loved it. The owners were friendly, hospitable and made us feel at home. In addition to the complimentary breakfast we had a great home made dinner accompanied by couple bottles of excellent home made wine. The facility is located few kilometers out of Matera in a quiet rural setting. Very clean rooms with good wifi. Compared to other hotels in the area it is also an excellent value.
• Andrea (6/5): Tranquillo agriturismo in collina - Un agriturismo tranquillo e rilassante tra le colline nelle vicinanze di Matera.In posizione comoda per la visita della città e dei suoi famosi Sassi. La struttura moderna ed accogliente è dotata dei comfort indispensabili per un piacevole soggiorno. I proprietari sig. Franco e signora Anna sono sempre disponibili a dispensare consigli e risolvere problematiche. Se proprio devo fare un appunto citerei per i pasti un rapporto costo/quantità non ottimale. Altamente consigliato.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - our room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the fields. It was on the second floor and no elevator. The ceiling over our bed was slanted so we had to be careful not to bang our heads. The bathroom had a very small shower and very little soap. I had to request the hair dryer and it was a very old one. The wi-fi works well, but it's turned off at night and on in the morning. Despite all this we had a great time because the hosts are very nice people and very helpful. Franco had lots of good sightseeing suggestions and ANNA is a great cook. We ate there each night and she would cook for us. Overall a great experience but the rooms need some serious upgrading.
• balmbeach99 (10/5): Clean quiet hotel just outside Matera - We stayed for three nights while we explored the Matera area. Franco and Anna were very welcoming, and he was very knowledgeable with advice on local sites. Our room was very spacious and clean and the bed one of the best in our month in Italy. We chose to have dinner at the agriturismo all three nights and were thrilled with the food and with Franco's homemade wine. Each night Anna made a great variety of antipasta plates ...all very tasty and well presented. The main courses were also varied and delicious. Breakfast was also good. This place immediately pops up as one of our special memories in Italy.
• Y8278HKrobing (10/5): Welcoming small hotel in Matera - Franco made a splendid host in this small hotel on the south side of Matera. It's outside the main area of Matera, so there's nothing within walking distance, but the trade-off is that parking is free. The house wine is terrific, as was the pizza. We were there on a Saturday night, which turns out to be karaoke/dancing night - this is clearly a neighborhood hotspot who were having a blast.

PER NON PARLARE DELL'ARRIVO, IN ORARIO DA CHECK IN, SENZA NESSUNO, COLAZIONE SENZA NEANCHE AVERE L'ACCORTEZZA DI SCALDARE LE BRIOCHES, RAFFERME. IL SABATO SERA NELLA SALA RISTORANTE ORGANIZZANO FESTE E BALLANO SINO ALLE DUE DI NOTTE CON MUSICA AD ALTO VOLUME: IMPOSSIBILE RIPOSARE!!!! BASTA AVVISARE E LA GENTE SI REGOLA, ANCHE PERCHE' I PREZZI SONO DA HOTEL A 3-4 STELLE: 70 EURO....ASSOLUTAMENTE DA SCONSIGLIARE... EVITATE , GENTE, EVITATE
• Verified traveler (6/5): Dance hall with rooms in the back - We would have rated this place higher, except that on the Saturday night that we stayed there the hotel had amplified music and dancing in the restaurant area that seemed to get louder as the night wore on and didn't stop until 1 a.m. Ear plugs were able to keep out the music most of the time, but the master of ceremonies at the microphone shouted so loudly all the time that the ear plugs weren't enough. Otherwise the place was pleasant. Very close to Matera. Nice memory foam mattresses. Breakfast was minimal: juice, cake, and coffee, but seconds on the coffee if you asked.
• hilarywoodward (4/5): Strange lunch service - I was part of a group of 27 and we'd booked lunch for 1.00 pm following a guided tour of Matera. As soon as we arrived, the owner, we presumed, spent a lot of time trying to sell us bottles of his 6 euro wine to take home. Our group leader reminded him we had a limited time frame and needed to be on our way by 3.00pm. At 1.45 the first plates of antipasti arrived. Would have been OK if a whole lot of stuff had arrived together but everything came out 1 by 1 on loads of little plates with a time lag in between. Everything was instant, from a package or a jar. An hour later we got to the pasta dishes. No great shakes. The Secondo was cold sliced meat straight out of the fridge with a dribble of balsamic vinegar. And finally a piece of shop bought cream cake. We finally left after a lively discussion over the bill at 4.10. Not your usual agriturismo food or service!

• Jeff (8/5): Close to Matera center - Convenient place to stay for Matera Sassi tour the next morning. Dinner was very good and his house wine is excellent. Breakfast was also good, and our kids even enjoyed the food. The owner is great to talk to, and learn about his history there. The family room for the 4 of us was good, and our kids had their own beds. You do need a car to get into Matera, as this is just off the main highway leading into Matera.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Local não preparado para o tipo do negócio. - Quando cheguei às portas do hotel estavam fechadas. Após algum tempo, apareceu alguém para atender, uma pessoa bem simples. O que impressionou-me foi o cheiro horrível de local sem ventilação de ar. Escadas para subir com as malas, quarto muito rústico e empoeirado. Café da manhã extremamente simples. O Sr Franco conseguiu ser simpático, porém sua esposa muito tímida. São pessoas boas, mas o local deveria estar mais preparado comercialmente.

• Alan (10/5): Quiet setting with good food and wine. - Franco was a great host and gave us a drink of his delicious homemade wine as soon as we arrived. Anna is a wonderful cook and the dinners were really delicious, the best authentic Italian food we have had. We enjoyed the coffee, juice and pastries for breakfast. The area is quiet and peaceful.
• SMN25 (10/5): "A really warm welcome ....." - We needed a last minute overnight stay near Matera and we could not have been more pleased. Franco was a great host..he even came out and 'guided us in' when our sat nav let us down. He gave us a lovely traditional lunch teamed with his own wine..delicious! We arrived on a Saturday, which was a local dance / music evening. Franco invited us to join in but after a great traditionally baked pizza and some more of Franco's wine we retired to our spacious room and listened to the music from there! It ended at a reasonable hour enabling us to get a very good night's sleep. We Would certainly recommend this very reasonably priced accommodation. Franco, thank you for your hospitality!
• Verified traveler (8/5): Great place - Wonderful place close to the Sassi of Matera. The owners were great. We were treated to awesome local cusine and amazing house wines. A beautiful place to get away. The rooms were big and clean. The road was a little rough getting out but conveniently close to the highway.
