• Maria (5/5): The hotel must take care much about the hygiëne, they need to clean up better and more tidy - The breakfast is good with Indonesian traditional menu, but there is very little western menu and hotel doesn't have the good bread. There are much hairs on the bed, it seems the bed not clean enough. I asked the hotel to give us the clean one and they did it. The hotel towels are very damage with all the hole, WC towel also damage.

• Johanes (9/5): Good hotel bargain in Kelapa Gading - We ordered King Rooms and it was big. Even we pay more for breakfast it was also cheap. They have carpark building too. Nevertheless, soundproof room needs to improve. I can hear neighbor talking very clear. And please don't bother to deposit amount to keep the card keys, it's old fashion. Not everyone like me keep small money in my pocket.

Walls were thin. On the last day my aircon was leaking and made my luggage wet. Called housekeeping for cutleries but they refused to provide unless I ordered room service.

• Hidayat (8/5): 手頃な価格のホテルとしては価値がある - 一般的に、サービスに関する問題は解決できませんでした。 ただし、いくつか不足している点があります。 - 夕方1時半頃シンクが詰まり、設備が修理されるまで起きていなければなりませんでした。 ・排気がないので浴室の床が濡れます。 - バスルームにはアメニティを置く場所がありません。 ・トイレ内にジェットシャワーやハンドシャワースプレーは無く、小さなスプレーが付いているだけです。 ・タオルの縫い目の一部がほつれています。 ・浴室の排気管から異臭がする。 しかし、これらの欠点があるにもかかわらず、顧客からの苦情には迅速に対応していることは認めます。 ただし、解決する必要のある技術的な問題が数多くあります。 プールを付ければ快適性も確実に上がります。 料理の種類も豊富で、お手頃な価格のホテルです。 食べ物の価格は安く、ビュッフェで70K、子供用で40Kです。

Taste of food, restaurant vibes and the hospitality were great so decide to enjoyed dinner at the resto instead of going out. definitely will be back for sure once i come to Jakarta next time. thanks for made my day ❤️
