Ron (9/5): Fantastic Stay at Blue Moon Motel - At my request I was given a quiet room which was actually a free upgrade as I booked 1 bed and received 2 beds. The manager/ owner is a lovely couple who are very friendly and accommodating . Although checkout is 11 a.m at my request I was given 1220 to 1230 pm at no extra charge. Although this is a motel the room was as well appointed if not more so than much more expensive hotels I generally stay at which was super clean, complete with fridge/ microwave, hot plate, toaster, kitchen utensils, dishwashing liquid, complimentary coffeemaker/ coffee, more than enough towels, soap,shampoo, clean toilet, a lovely deep bathtub/ shower combination , TV, air condition, plenty of firm towels etc. I had forgotten my toothbrush/ toothpaste and was quickly given a brand-new store quality toothbrush/ toothpaste as opposed to other hotels who give a simple wooden disposable toothbrush with a small amount of paste. There was a table with 2 firm chairs which was perfect for eating in or could have been used as a desk. There are plenty of electric outlets etc. It may have been the best motel I had ever stayed in and a fantastic value. Although I didn't use it there was an outdoor swimming pools and comfortable seated area. There was nothing of significance. The bar of soap was very thin but it wasn't a problem washing hands/ bathing as there was about 4 of them. While the bathtub was excellent perhaps a safety bar could be installed but I managed very well. Perhaps they have special rooms for clients who identify as disabled . Another thing which some may find off-putting is that there are chairs outside of the rooms where some customers sit and smoke. However I understand that if they are not provided it increasing probability of people smoking in the room although its a non smoking motel. However no smoke entered my room. This is not a criticism of the motel as I knew this when I booked. The motel is quite a distance from the Falls but this is one of the reasons its much cheaper than hotels near the falls and doesn't have all the extra falls view charges. There is a public bus across the street but I did a combination of walking and uber. If one has a car it's not an issue and there is free parking in the motel.

James (7/5): Blue Moon is great value for money. - As many have already stated, it is clean and in a relatively good location especially if you have a car. There are plenty of places to eat within a mile on the Blue Moon, to suit every budget. The rooms are a little dated, but everything works and is very clean. The sheets, pillowcases and towels were good quality and very clean. We stayed in the junior spa which had an electric fireplace and a heart shaped jacuzzi bathtub which worked very well. There was also a good sized refrigerator and a small microwave. We didn't use the pool area so I can't comment. There was plenty of free parking. The owners were very pleasant any time we interacted. We bought the Niagara Premium Pass and it included free parking at the Rapidsview lot, which was around 15 minutes away. A very easy and relaxed drive. The mattress was a little lumpy and bumpy, but surprisingly comfortable. That being said, the sheets and pillowcases were pristine, as were the towels.

Brigitte (10/5): Exceptional Value close to Niagara Falls. - I travelled with my daughter to visit Niagara Falls. We did not expect much when we arrived at the motel on a rainy evening just before 10 p,m. We were positively surprised by the well-lit and squeaky-clean room and bathroom. Although the room was not too big, its layout with a window shelf and small closet made storage very easy. I booked a room with a double bed through booking.com. Both price and room condition compared VERY favorably with the typical U.S. motel room. The gentleman at reception was very friendly and helpful- he even loaned me an extra key when I temporarily replaced mine. Nothing- and I rarely say that.

Although it was tiny it was clean and the bathroom was redone. The staff were friendly. The heated pool outside was the best. They had a picnic area where we enjoyed our breakfast and lunch. It was 15 min away from the centre of Niagara so it’s a bit of a drive but it was quite that way. Lots of restaurants and food options around it also. Would stay again for sure. The heated pool and the cleanliness.

Shannon (10/5): The Great Stay. - The room was very nice and clean. The room was small but very functional. The owners did a lovely job with all the potted plants and the pool decor as well. I was very impressed with the BBQ/picnic area. There are 2 areas set up with picnic tables and BBQs for the guests. There is also a small area with playground equipment for younger children. The pool temperature was very comfortable and it was clean! The staff were pleasant and helpful. My granddaughter and I enjoyed our stay very much. There was nothing we didn't like, it was all good.

Lacy (7/5): Clean, affordable, good location with a great outdoor pool - Room was clean, water pressure in the shower was great. The bed was very comfortable. Location was great, outside of the city but close to the QEW. Pool was the best part, clean, warm, and tucked in, surrounded by foilage. Never heard the road noise, it really felt secluded. Staff was lovely! Because of the age of the motel, it had that dampness/smell that happens over time. No bottle water in the room.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le petit réfrigérateur ainsi que le micro-ondes. La chambre était très très propre. Tout était calme. La piscine est un plus. Les serviettes sont plutôt minces. La marche pour aller dans la salle de bain. Nous étions au 2e étage et la pluie rendait les marches glissantes. Beaucoup d'eau s'accumulait sur le stationnement.
Michele (10/5): Really pleasant experience overall. Which I would of booked an extra night. - Not that we travel much, but last motel we stayed in was horrible. The blue Moon excited our expectation. The staff were really nice. If we ever go back to Niagara Falls, we are for sure going to stay there again. It was really clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Will recommend to people we know. :) Honestly, I would not change a thing.

Allyson (8/5): Great pool, great location, well taken care of. - It's a bit of an older property but well taken care of. Everything is always very clean. Pool is fabulous, and there's an outdoor picnic area beside it. The entire outdoor motel area appears to welcome smokers. There are ashtrays everywhere and the room smelled of old cigarette smoke. It would be nice if there was a designated area for non-smokers, especially near the pool where kids play.

Rachelle (10/5): Was quiet and great the way we like it. Our service dogs were happy and well behaved - Been here for years love it it’s always my go to Beds are not really that comfy. TVs used to have a Roku so you can use Disney or Netflix but the new cable box only allowed what they have for tv now instead.

Quarto amplo e cozinha que apesar de utensilios mais desgastados é bastante funcional. As flores do local realmente são lindas!

Giho (8/5): - 바닥이 카페트가 아니라 냄새가 나지않고 청결했어요. 주방쪽 창문도 열려서 쾌적했습니다. 주방이 호텔처럼 세트가 맞춰져 있는것은 아니지만 필요한 거의 모든 조리용품이 있었습니다. 고급스러운 호텔은 아니지만 가성비좋고 깨끗한 숙소입니다. 주방을 사용하는 저희가족에게는 최고의 숙소였습니다. 2층 숙소였는데 계단으로 되어있어 캐리어 올리기가 힘들었습니다. 침대 스프링이 느껴졌지만 크게 거슬리지는 않았어요.
