Chisakan (10/5): - Its a quite location with a walking distance to shopping mall, convenient store, local restaurants and 10 mins ride to nearby train station to city. The early check-in available option with additional acceptable fee to secure your room is the reason why I choose this property. The only con I wouldbe no hanger for clothes. Nor the shelves for toiletries in the shower rooom. But its not a big issue if you stay just a night.
Tou (10/5): - Great location near BKK airport. Shuttle van is set on a fix schedule for fee. Wish it had option to include the shuttle van when booking to include, like the breakfast. Rooms very clean. Staff was great!
M3252HTandrewc (10/5): Perfect for airport stopover. - Stayed one night as needed somewhere convenient for next day flight from Suvarnabhumi. Found hotel to be clean and comfortable, with courteous and efficient staff. For such a low price, was pleasantly surprised to find a rather grand lobby, a swimming pool, a small gym, and a small coffee shop in addition to the breakfast restaurant, which certainly exceeded expectations the following morning with the extensive variety available. Would stay here again without hesitation.

georgab178 (4/5): Harsh but honest - Cheap hotel would recommend if you need somewhere to stay for the night before going to the airport, staff really friendly however hotel room was very dirty especially the bath matt and there was an obvious bug problem. I would not come back here but I do appreciate the effort.

Verified traveler (8/5): Okay hotel and excellent location. - I have used this hotel many times due to it's location. 10 minutes from the Airport and 5 minutes walk to Paseo Mall that have restaurants, thai street food for 20 baht etc. There is also hamburgers, pizza places. You have everything when it cones to food. The hotel is okay. It was nicer before but like everything it's getting older. It's still okay for a night. Before they had a good restaurant but now they only serve breakfast I think. But that's okay you have everything just 5 minutes walk and also 7-11, Lotus, Tops just around the corner.

melodij2022 (4/5): Close to airport - Stayed one night before an early flight. Best thing about this place is proximity to the airport. They do a free shuttle to the airport every hour. Bathroom was mouldy. Breakfast was below average. But for less than $70 AUD for the night, can’t really complain.

The hotel is in a very good location -6 minutes walk from a mall (Paseo mall I belive) with McD, Pizza Hut, Black Canyon coffe, Swensens different shops etc and also thai food and food court. Across that mall they have no opened others like Burger King, Homepro, I even saw a sign Robinson. Also a big thai restaurant and smaller so there is a lot to chose of around. So like i said, the location is excellent. Airport just 10 minutes away. Trainstation airport railway like 5 minutes away (car -can't really walk to it.) This goes in to Bangkok (and airport) and then you can take MRT train everywhere. Breakfast before was good not anymore. I understand they can't have all food if the hotel is not fully booked so it's okay. Though all breakfast was from chicken -chicken ham, chicken sausage, eggs... But there is a lot around like i said so can eat there instead. I like the location and the hotel itself is good, friendly staff, nice beds, big fridge etc. Recomended!

Magnus_Wes (6/5): Not as shiny crystals, great transfer & close to airport - The staff were helpful but we didn´t see many smiles in their faces. The restaurant was unfortunately not so good, only one type of bread and limited amount of fruits/vegetables and youghurt as well as drinks. They have good laundry opportunity at the hotel so no need to go to a laundryshop outside. The hotel appearance is a bit less crystallly, but it might be due to the fact that Covid hit the industry quite hard in Thailand so it might take some time to recouperate the former shine. Main reasons to stay at the hotel is that it is close to the airport (10 min), the hotel as a great transfer between hotel and airport (very flexible). It resides close to Robinson shopping mall that is quite nice eventhough not the largest one and last but not least, there is a nice small restaurant just 20 meters opposite the small road to the hotel that makes very good sticky rise and chicken wings.
U2338DCbobr (4/5): A Dump. - They lost our reservation with no apology, gave us a room we can only describe as a dump — stained bed spread, cracked, loose caulking In shower area. then moved us to another room after complaining. Rooms not aesthetically pleasurable as no lamps, only glaring ceiling lights. TV had no reception, no cable. Room safe not screwed to furnishings so anyone could walk off with our valuables. Only instant coffee served in the dining area. No juice. Staff a bit rude. We recommend folks stay clear of this place. Not a 3 star. Perhaps a 1.5 or 2 star at best.

Metro station is also about 1.5 kms away. There is a 7 eleven close by. You can find few restaurants nearby also. I only had breakfast here, food was ok.

songsee24 (8/5): Location plus! - Very happy with Crystal Suites hotel and will stay again. Picked up by their minivan at Suvarnabhumi airport, driver had waited the plane arrived 40 minutes late, appreciated that as had two long flights. Quick check-in, room was superb, hotel is 200m off the road very quiet, nice bed, cable TV channels including some English language ones. About 300m away is Paseo Mall, shopping centre with so many food options, cafés and open food court. A little further along is a Robinson shopping centre. We'll stay here again, ideal location. Staff we met were very pleasant and helpful.

Mark (8/5): - The Crystal Suites is a transit hotel very close to Suvarnabhumi airport. Transfers take about 15 mins & the hotel provides a shuttle service for a very reasonable 159 Baht. The room we had was entirely functional & very clean.There was plenty of hot water, the air con was cold , the WiFi strong and the bed comfortable. The hotel provides basic restaurant facilities and there’s a mall very close by. There’s also a Thai 7/11 type store nearby which is open 24/7 . I would stay here again .

petesman2 (6/5): Ok for airport stay - Stayed here for one night flying out of airport tired hotel but does the job the bed was comfy the bathroom/shower is not good the shower was hanging off the wall ,could not keep the water in the sink or bath poor worn out plugs TV only 15 channels not with having on... breakfast 400 barht for 2 not with having eggs and salad I would just up the road there is a shopping mall with loads of food places. Good points Descent staff ,good Aircon,good airport shuttle 150 barht a room for use off...good comfy bed..quiet rooms.. swimming pool was closed due to covid19 but looked fine.. If you want somewhere to stay for one night it's fine, just avoid the breakfast!

The hotel boasts a small swimming pool, a small restaurant and breakfast is available. A short walk away is a Robinson shopping centre which hosts the usual mixture of outlets and a good variety of eating places. The hotel provides a shuttle bus service (150 Baht) which must be booked in advance. I would stay again under the same circumstances.

When we reported the missing money they couldn’t help because the cctv does not see the end of corridor so we can’t prove it. Won’t be back.

David (4/5): One time only - Well, we would not stay again. Receptionist are nice. But choice of food not a lot, only two coffee packets, tea and sugar in the room. Breakfast looked awful, no great choice and tbe wanted 220baht each, we declined, tbe eggs looked like rubber. We spilt a drop of wine on a bed sheet, they tried to charge us 500Baht to clean it. I wouldnt recomend this hotel. Sorry.
Bradley (8/5): Good value - We booked this hotel because it was less than 15 mins to the airport and we had an early next day flight to Phuket. Conveniently located with shuttle service provided 1 way only. Next morning they charged us equivalent of $10 USD to take us back to the airport. Staff is friendly and hotel does have nearby street vendors that was worth checking out. Only complaint we experienced was that there was mold in the bathtub. Not a deal breaker for us, but something the hotel should address.
Robyn (4/5): Usually a great airport stopover but disappointing - Having stayed with Crystal suites previously, we were disappointed with our room on this occasion as the locking mechanism on the room door was faulty & could not be repaired. Management offered to move us but we were exhausted & declined. Also we could not get the bath tap to convert to the shower option & taking a bath was annoying & time consuming. We complained to management the next morning & they offered a free airport transfer as compensation. Apart from those issues we already had pre booked another 2 nights stay so hoping those stays improve.

croadaryl (4/5): Tired Hotel, should have paid the extra £20 and stayed somewhere else - Tired rooms, swimming pool out of action, canteen level food, I cannot recommend this hotel. It’s position is good for the airport and if your on a tight (very) tight budget its cheep less than £45 for a night for two, but the booking.com description over promises and the reality is it is hostel level accommodation which is ok if that what your expecting.
aimeedav89 (8/5): Close to airport - Stayed here 22 may for 1 night before our long flight home late the following day, on arrival the staff were helpful and friendly the reception area was nice and clean and spacious, we were on the 4th floor and assisted by the lovey bell boy with our luggage, the room was so hot due to the air con being off it was unbearable, I would recommend they have it on before there guests arrive due to it being 35 degrees outside but felt like 44 it took a long time for the room to cool the air con wasn’t the best. The rooms were basic but has everything you needed, it was clean to look at but could do with a deep clean (the bathroom door was stinking the towel rails and toilet roll holder were all rusty just little things but it didn’t put us off the toilet and bath/shower were clean and so was the bed so that’s all we cared about due to us only being there 1 night. I payed for 2 nights as our flight wasn’t until early hours on the 24th and didn’t want to be stuck in the airport for 12 hours so thought we could lounge by the pool for the day and have some lunch but the pool isn’t open it’s closed for reconstruction. We Were so disappointed as there was nothing on there website to inform us or an email from agoda or the hotel to inform us either. We will use the hotel again for an overnight stay and look forward to using your newly built pool.

bazza950 (10/5): great place for a stay close to airport. - forget the silly reviews I found this place warm,comfortable and clean.The air con was good coming from a wintery England ,the breakfast good and staff helpful. The only complaint was if you are a light sleeper the floor outside the room swasn't carpeted so could be heard is "heels" pass by..Couldn't get a shuttle from the airport but free back to it.
vida (6/5): - Staff great. Not so clean, looks worn. Wifi would not stay connected on any of my 3 devices. Ashtrays dirty around pool and pool furniture dirty. Toliet ran for no reason. Holes in the bathroom ceiling, wonder what's there looking at you, gross!. Room and air conditioner smell musty. Nor 4 star for sure.
Verified traveler (4/5): - Staff messed up my booking and specail request was not answered or understood. They staff was even pretty rude about it and was not trying to understand. Charged me more money for one person to stay only a few hours. I paid for 10 nights, one bed, for 2 people. Had 3 people (myself and my 2 Wives) one night (few hours) and then one person (myself alone) the rest of the stay. Did not feel welcome in any in way what so ever. The television was the worst. Not one entertaining (movies, tv series/citcoms, cartoons, or anything other than news) in English. Had only 17 to 20 channels mostly in local language and many in other languages. I understand this is Thailand. But I hotel should think more about the customers that are staying. I will not return. Mostly because of the treatment received from the check in staff and rude treatment. There are other just as nice hotels in the area. Many cheaper and in my past experience much more friendly and HOSPITABLE.
barry (10/5): nice stay -ignore the neg reports! - well I stayed here as recommended by a friend.Clean ,comfy and ideal for a jet lagged brit! The only problem was no shuttle bar from Airport but a £5 taxi ride sorted that. No idea where the bad reports came from but I would definitely stay again.Good breakfast!
Melly121121121 (10/5): Great stopover!! - Stayed here after landing at the airport, organised a transfer and due to delays in passport control. The people waited two hours but we hadn’t come through, however as soon as I called them they sent out another transfer and only charged for one. Only 150baht. The hotel was very clean with super comfy beds. Pool area is kept clean and also very quiet. Towels provided for the pool, if they have ran out just ask. Waitress service fab and very attentive. May be back at the end of my trip.

chrislP3487AB (10/5): Best Bangkok airport hotel stay - Nice hotel, well situated a 5 minutes walk from Paseo mall. The mall has many eating options as well as a large Villa Market The hotel has an upmarket feel and is close to the airport We have stayed at many budget hotels near the Bangkok Airport and this is by far the best. There is a large well stocked and clean Family mart 100m from the hotel with many takeaway food options. The family Mart will warm up cold options or you could use the in-room microwave. Booked a transfer both ways which worked very well. Although we only stayed one night, they allowed a 2 hour late checkout without a problem. Breakfast buffet large and varied and the food well prepared and tasty. There is also an in house cafe.The breakfast was slightly spoiled by an extremely loud and rude tour group. Small fridge with ice box and ice can be had from the Family Mart for 8baht. Tv is ok witha number of channels in English including some news channels. Free newspapers in the lobby and free use of two PCs in the lobby. Did not use the pool but it looked ok.
Britt (8/5): Very good choice for Airport or longer stay - Close to Airport. Professional shuttle Service. Comfort and quiet place to stay. Close walking distance to very good shopping area with many restaurants and banks and variety of things to see. Not much of a nightlife area at all. But the Sangain is short taxi for local nightlife experience.

Robert (8/5): Good value for airport proximity - This is a good value hotel very close by the airport. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff were all very friendly. The shuttle service which dropped us off st the airport worked out perfect as well. I would recommend over some of the very expensive hotels connected to the airport

Jeff (8/5): Great location! - This hotel has a great location near to Paseo mall, a Family Mart, and some local massage shops. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are kept clean and in good working order. Food ordered was very tasty well presented.
Verified traveler (4/5): Poor service and cleaniness - The room electricity is keeping on and off every 20 mins at night. The technician has not come over when I call the operator twice until I walk down to the reception. The towels are not clean enough, they are all in light grey colour.

Douglas (6/5): Hidden Fees! - The problem with this hotel is that they charge 150 baht per person for their shuttle. A taxi is only 75 baht, with a tip 100 baht. Then unlike similar hotels they charge 220 baht per person for breakfast. There are similar hotels that have a free shuttle and free breakfast for similar rates. I would not stay here again.

stewart (8/5): Perfect hotel for the airport. - The hotel is not new but has/is being refurbished. For an overnight stay or a couple of days it is perfect. 10 mins from airport and surrounded by markets and food outlets only a short stroll away with a 24 hour convenience store only two minutes walk away for emergencies. The hotel has a small restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The dinner menu is limited but what is served is plentiful and well cooked. The staff are willing, friendly and helpful at all times and nothing is too much trouble for them. Views from rooms are not good but you are in the centre of a busy area. I have stayed in The Cyrstal Suites on four previous occasions and have no problems with returning again on my next visit this year. For better prices when booking, book on line with agencies as opposed direct with hotel. Good value for money at an airport.
chris (8/5): Close to airport. Perfect for overnight stay - The room was basic, very clean with comfortable beds.) Everything you need for an overnight. I arrived at 3am from the airport and the staff were very welcoming. They organised the shuttle for me in the morning. Much cheaper than the taxi the night before! (Do not accept a flat rate. Ask for the meter.)

ASR (10/5): Close to the Airport - We were returning to Bangkok after an 11 day trip which included 5 nights in Bangkok. We needed a hotel close to the airport as we had an early morning flight and traffic in Bangkok can be heavy. This hotel was perfect - it was convenient, clean, had a great staff and was a short walk to an outdoor mall with lots of shops and restaurants. It was also 10 minutes by cab (arranged through the hotel) to the airport. The staff was very accommodating.
