• Matthew (5/5): Looks amazing from first glance but some details let the down - The staff where friendly and welcoming, The fact that upon arrival our bed cover had brown marks which looked like blood or maybe chocolate. The staff came and quickly changed the bed cover. The following day after room clean one of the replaced towels had brown stains also.

• Emanuel (3/5): Not a good experience (for me) - The staff were nice and pleasant, so, no complaints about the staff. The water pressure was good. It just wasn’t the hotel for me. I wont rate the entire hotel because I must have been given the worst room in the hotel. The smell of my room was horrible. As soon as i walked in, I could smell dampness and I hoped all night it wasn’t mould. Also, I didn’t realise until early check out you had to pay for water. None was available free of charge even to brush your teeth. The fridge wasn’t a fridge at all. It was a cool box of sorts or maybe it was broken. The room overlooked a wide and tall grey wall (perhaps the back of another tall hotel) blocking natural light. The hotel was overcrowded. I didn’t feel comfortable at all so I early checked out the following day despite paying for two nights.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay 🙌💛 We felt so welcomed and taken care of. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Bali 🌴Highly recommend!

The staff - friendly and helpful Where do I start? We originally booked a twin share room, confirmed via email with two separate beds. When we were given our room, the bed was a king. When we mentioned this, we were told that the hotel was fully booked, and we could not change rooms. We were able to change rooms the following day. In this same 1st room, the door handle fell off the door into my hand - the grub screw was missing (easily fixed, but the inconvenience was frustrating). In the 2nd room, the air conditioner tripped 3 separate times while we were there. The 2nd time it happened, I asked the repair guy if he would change the fuse, he said yes, but this did not happen. The safe did not work either. Yes, it was fixed straight away, but the further inconvenience of this after we had to change rooms didn't add to a positive experience. We had purchased drinks to keep in the fridge and drink at our leisure. Let me just say that our drinks would have stayed colder out of the fridge as the air-conditioned room was cooler than the fridge. On the day we arrived, it had been raining. The rain was coming through the ceiling in the lobby near the lifts (I suspect this may have contributed to the air conditioning tripping). The public toilets in the same area were filthy and smelly. The toilets did not flush. The breakfast foods which were supposed to be hot, were cold. One day at breakfast, a tourist group took up all the tables (which is ok) but not only did they overfill their plates, but they also filled take away containers and took them away with them leaving other patrons without food. Nothing seemed to be done about this. The shower would often flood onto the floor for the bathroom wetting the floor mat if it was left too close. The pool area was not inviting or relaxing. There was a lack of lounge chairs around the pool area. Unlike the photos on the website.
• Leeyah (4/5): Very dissapointing for the price - The breakfast was great and location was good however there does appear to be a lot closing down close by. For what you get it was over priced for Bali accomodation. The beds are hard we stayed during a reasonably cool period lucky for us,as the aircon didn’t get really cold. We booked pool access room and while the other apartments had comfy outdoor seating these rooms did not. You had constant plumbing noises from I assume the above rooms. The pool had a very loud suction noise as though pool was lacking water on some occasions. one night in particular it went until about 2 in the morning. The fridges are NOT fridges I wouldn’t even say they are coolers our milk went off, it was open for coffee first morning stored in the “fridge” and second day it was sour. The pool doors don’t seal properly so the mosquitos were able to get in. We got a floor mat and a towel each no hand towel or flannels obviously the last bit is being overly picky but was just an extra bit to add to the dissapointment. Definitely overpriced for what you get

Room: clean with cold AC. Breakfast buffet: I will give breakfast 10/10. Surprised. Swimming pool: good. AC was broken in the night. But maintenance arrived within 5-10 minutes. Once they found out it was unfixable, front desk immediately gave me a larger room for free. I am happy with how they handling the issue.

• Majid (2/5): - close to shops and beach in kuta Our stay was quite disappointing. The rooms and facilities are very old and worn out — far below what we expected from an ASTON property. While the staff tried to be helpful, they were limited by the poor condition of the hotel. Management really needs to invest in upgrades, especially for the rooms, towels, and air conditioning. The breakfast had good variety, but the restaurant was overcrowded, hot, and humid. Many dishes were greasy with watermarks, and there were flies around the food, which felt unhygienic. The first room we received was smelly, and the aircon didn’t work properly. When I raised this, I was told it was because I booked a Superior Double Room. Instead of offering a better option, they only showed similar rooms, and I had to settle for a Twin Room instead. Overall, a very disappointing experience — the staff were kind, but the hotel itself needs serious improvement.

• jockbird15 (2/5): Avoid if gluten intolerance or 4 people in party - Hotel is clean however as a family of 4 only a large double and 1 single bed is provided if want extra you need to pay an additional £25 even though you have already paid for 4 people but the child (11yrs) was expected to sleep in our bed. Next issue is the gluten free options are none existent my daughter is severely coeliac and you have to order 24hrs in advance like most hotels however you then need to wait 35 mins for it to arrive and it’s basically 4 bits of bread that look like rice (pic shown) The location is good, pool is ok however about 5 sun loungers for over 100 guests.

• Justen (5/5): It was ok. Except the noise it wasn’t relaxing at all - Room was nice and so was the buffet breakfast. Well they are doing renovations and it’s so noisey during the day. You couldn’t relax by the pool in the room as the jackhammers were going all day and they were also working till 8pm at night. Also the pool temperature is freezing.

Food is cooking good. Need to keep food hot. Lacking hand towel or face towel i the room. Only bath towel provided.Good stay.Good AC.

• James (10/5): Kuta magic oasis! - The suite was very spacious! We enjoyed the large bathtub and bed plus the AC and there’s a nice swimming pool! The buffet breakfast was also very tasty and diverse. All was amazing!
