• Owen (10/5): Hidden gem in front of you - Being a Mom of 2 disabled teens, I am tired of the work that needs doing. This place gave me the peace I was looking for. I took a finger AND baby wipe, cleaner than 3-4 stars we have been to recently. AC works like should. Pool pristine. No complaints Frig was missing brackets to contain cans.

There was none. It was just a sink. And a toilet. There were no hangers to hang up my clothes. It was a very old building. So the walls were thin.

Hard to see the tiny TV from all of the bed. Very small bathroom. Not very many outlets and they were in very odd spots.

• Shirley (4/5): Very Disappointed - The location was good right across the street from the beach. Air conditioning worked great. The room did include a mini fridge and a small microwave. There was no shower curtain in the room. I had to go purchase one. The room was small. The room smelled like mildew, had to buy air fresheners. Pillows were stained, towels were stained and old. Comforter had cigarette burns all over it. T v was very small, beds seemed old. Everything in their needs updated. Staff entered the room without my permission, did not offer a do not disturb sign. I felt very uncomfortable with someone being in my room around my personal things while I was not there or unaware of it. If you're just looking for a place to crash and don't care about fluffy towels and clean linens, then this is your place. For the price, I didn't expect anything spectacular, but I did expect clean towels, clean linens and pillows without stains and comforters without cigarette burns in it.

A princípio quis mudar de hotel mas, não seria reembolsado. A luz do quarto e banheiro deixam a desejar, muito fraca. Vaso sanitário com meia tampa, e solto. Não estava totalmente fixado no chão. O controle da tv, quebrado. Envolto com fita durex. Mas, como usei somente para ter onde dormir e tomar banho, resolveu. Estava sozinho. Se estivesse com a esposa, jamais ficaria nesse hotel, Motel.

• Monica (10/5): Great night's rest! - The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower was excellent. Also, it was a very short walk to the ocean. There is not a counter in the bathroom. The outlets were not readily accessible.

• ryan (3/5): Besides the location, avoid at all costs - Walking distance from the ocean and also many great bars and restaurants. For starters you can only lock the door knob and not the deadbolt from the outside. Next, both beds had visible stains and burn holes on the sheets. And lastly, the bathroom had an infestation of flying ants and other unidentifiable creatures. These were just some of the reasons I left the night before I was due to check out.

• KELLY (9/5): Great stay! - I was very impressed with how clean it was. It is an older Moreland when you book online, you just never know what to expect. Beds were comfortable and location was great for our purpose. The only thing we had an issue with was no soap for the shower. We typically have our own, but this trip we were riding motorcycles and had to pack light.

• Larry (2/5): Hot didn’t sleep due to sweeting - Horrible stay. First was told I had a non smoking three bed suite but the only had a smoking suite. We went ahead with the two beds. Which was cheaper than what we paid for. The AC was broke was offered a fans. Had pool towels for shower towels. Rags was stained and so was sheets. We only stayed here cause it was the race weekend and all hotels was booked. Also the reviews was not accurate at all.

When called the motel manager literally refused to answer Booking.com's calls. We were ripped off completely and lost all out money and had to find a place to stay on our own,

The staff was very friendly and they even let us stay parked there after we checked out so we could spend the day at the beach. It met all of our needs, thank you for a comfortable stay.

• Azharia (5/5): Wouldn’t stay here again - The staff was moderately kind and the location is close to the beach , about a 10 minute walk or so The rooms are very old and quite filthy, cigarette holes in the duvet, yellow pillows, bathroom was moldy the shower was so nasty we wore sandals to use it, the shower head was also broken.

But dirty and bloody bedcloths and towels are just unacceptab - Great location, huge room, no pests, helping staff 1) Very bad laundering. “Clean towels” I was given had someone’s blood on them. This is just hazardous. Bedsheets were also dirty. Highly recommend come with your own bedsheets and towels 2) inaccessible electric socket by a bedtable 3) the rooms was very dark and there was barely any light coming from the fixture 4) was not informed about deposit in cash, which I didnt have on me when was checking in 5) extremely high pricing during a festival event

• CARLOS (2/5): - I was charged 998usd for 5 nights ( 189 / 247.50 / 265.50/ 153 / 166.86 when the advertised rate for walk in is $135 and I could also have got. 90$/ night deal with the manager paying cash I definitely overpaid Expedia/motel for the room Definitely not worth it’ I m paying now Marriott much more comfortable hotel $153/night I think considering my fidelity with Expedia I should be considered a credit of what I paid over 135$ /night of the published price outside the hotel to be seen! Pictures of the hotel are made to show what the hotel is not! Unless you need something urgent, this is a trap! Expedia should not deal with such terrible accommodation I suggest cancelling the contract with them!!!

• Atti (1/5): Bad - Nothing. I asked for a smoking room , mistakenly. The room upon entering STUNK so bad like nicotine, it gave me an instant headache. The towels were few and threadworn. Scratchy. The bed sheets and cover were so bad I refused to lay on them and stretched one of my large beach towels on top of the nasty linen. Not to mention the bed creaked so bad when I sat on it I thought it was gonna break. Terrible . Also.... the ad said " oceanview". This "resort" [ lol ] is on the opposite side of A1A, across the highway from the beach. The only people that would accept the conditions of this room, would be Bikers , that grabbed the last room in town just to have somewhere to pee. Everything. Place is nasty.

• Carol984010 (8/5): Good for a quick stay - - great price - room was spacious and the bathroom was a good size - could walk the beach up to the city centre - about 15 min. - No counter to set things out on, in the bathroom - Two of the outlets in the room didn’t work - Towels clean, but thin and stained - Looks like it’s been reno’d recently - floors looked new - made of tile - Clean - Comfy bed and pillows - Bedspread had hole in it - Our non-smoking room smelled like smoke when we arrived. We left the door open to air it out. - Had a couch and a small table and chairs - Nice big dresser and two more night tables - quaint; not typical hotel furniture, small closet - Small microwave & mini fridge with tiny freezer - Rm 111 was at the back, away from the busy street - No Kleenex - The air conditioning unit was loud when it cycled on (it was like an in-window unit) - Walls are thin. Can hear people talking outside the door. But I put in an ear plugs and slept well. I took the ear plug out in the middle of the night and was fine. I put it back in, in the wee hours, just in case it got loud if people were leaving early. - High pitched buzz at different times - Bathroom door was degrading at a bottom corner and the closet door needed painting, as did the closet rod. Rust on the bathroom outlet and paint. - No fitted sheet, so the bottom sheet pulled out a bit

• Mindy (1/5): I never stayed there and I got ripped off in charge for staying anyway - Absolutely nothing They falsely advertise that pets are allowed and then you arrive at the facility after you booked it online and they keep your money and don’t let you cancel. And then they lie to the booking company and said that pets aren’t allowed when there is a big sign on the door that says no pets and they also have a policy that they make you sign that says no pets. They lie and they steal your money.
