- Hidelisa (8/5): Very good - Place is quiet Some areas need fixing up. It is not PWD friendly
- Hanif (2/5): If you want to waste money that's the best resort - I did not like anything Bed Very Small - not good for couple - Room super small Not good for couple - Bathroom Very small - not good for bigger person - I will never stay even I offer Free of Cost
- Chuan Liang (10/5): - -
- Zyrra (8/5): Very good -
- Arlene (4/5): Not Value for Money - The rooms are nice and clean. We booked the villa because of the private pool it offers and we were disappointed. We checked-in late and yet they did not even clean the pool. We requested the staff who assisted us to clean the pool and no one comes back, we called the front desk two times to clean the pool and someone clean the pool after two hours and told us that the motor pump is not working!!!
The following day we clearly see that the pool is too dirty since there were sand in the pool flooring and again we called the front desk two times before someone attend to our concern.
We decided to enjoy our stay and ignore the disappointments. However, we wont recommend staying in their freaking expensive villa that you won't enjoy the promised amenities.

- Ignacio (10/5): Impressive Resort Experience - It’s a beautiful scenic place with the rooms and cottages, lots of pools. Just amazing. If you go make sure to go to the spa, I have been to many massages in my life but this was the very best. The staff at Verde restaurant was amazing, attentive and the food was delicious at a great price.

- Cynthia (8/5): We enjoyed our short visit at Loreland. It is a nice place for a family outing and I am sure that our grandchildren will - The place offers a venue to unwind and relax and is not too far from the city. The facilities are adequate and is good value for your money. The staff were nice and helpful and the place in general is clean and the surroundings are well maintained. I like that it is surrounded by many fruit bearing trees. The queen room assigned to us was tiny and did not have a table or a chair inside the room. The small veranda attached to the room had two chairs but again no table.
- Ernesto (7/5): Remove requirement to wear plastic wrist band for check-in guests - Good food at restaurant Requirement to wear plastic wristband even for check in guests. Showing the key attached to a large wooden key holder should be enough for staff to identify the check I'm guests distinct from the day trip guests.
Also, the swimming pool bottom should be regularly vacuum cleaned because the pools appear cloudy.
- Liza (5/5): Passable - We have been here before, this time I treated some very good friends from Australia for an overnight stay of relaxation, they enjoyed their stay despite of... The room assigned was not what I paid for!!! I reserved a room with a pool view but I wasn't expecting to be placed in front of the children's pool where kids would run around screaming all day!!! After complaining, they assigned my guests in some cheap miniscule room without a view. How disappointing and embarrassing for me!!! Last time I was here, there was an issue too about senior discount as your establishment refused to give us discount on drinks, only on food. This is BREAKING THE LAW!!! The issue was sorted out after a very lengthy discussion. Despite my disappointment, I gave your resort another chance by bringing my Aussie guests there, but I should have known better!!! You are just eyeing to generate income and not after your guests' comfort and satisfaction. Never coming back again, EVER!!!!

Review of Loreland Farm Resort
Reviewed today
The food was good. I just wish their restaurant had room service so we can have our food delivered to our rented villa. The nature scenery is so wonderful. Pool privacy is superb but the mini-falls in the jacuzzi/pool isn't working anymore, I hope they fix it soon. We're also very happy that they accommodated our dog. We had a fun time cooking barbecue and roasting mallows! We're also lucky the weather was perfect from when we arrived until we left. Note: The TV has no USB port :(. We hope to come back again very soon!
- Emz (8/5): Very good -
- Cecilia (9/5): WE ENJOY IT MUCH. - WONDERFUL PLACE. NICE PEOPLE. LACK OF COFFEE TABLE INSIDE THE ROOM
- Rowena (7/5): Good - More swimming pool and for place is very nature ans clean The food so pricy
- Kathleen (8/5): Very good -
- Malou (7/5): Good -
- jaraiahb (8/5): We love our stay here - Didn't experience the whole resort as we were only here for a few hours but the staffs there made us feel as welcomed as possible. They were very eager to serve their best to their visitors and you can feel their genuine concern for you. It was raining when we came and we had some food delivered. Big thanks!
- jenf0rdr (6/5): once upon a time in antipolo - it was okay, food and everything is nice just lucky not so much customer because it was December...
just a piece of advice next time to double check rooms before informing the guest that items from the hotel facilities are missing and was subject for payment ☺️ that's why you have your checking time upon guest check out ☺️
- Verified traveler (4/5): Not worth the money - We went in Oct. Guess it’s off summer and holiday season, renovation is everywhere, noisy in the morning. The guests next door were playing music loudly outside the garden at 10pm. We’ve called the reception desk for help, However no one offered help to talk to the guests next door.
- explore_with_may (6/5): Very good service and good location for teambuilding - We stayed overnight for our office teambuilding. They were in the process of finishing the Greek-style rooms, which would have been really nice to stay at, but some of us ended up staying in the older part of the resort. Still nice, but can get noisy outside. Area is big and has several pools so kids would like exploring here. Food was filling, but Filipino dishes so if you're not a big fan of Filipino breakfast, probably not a good idea to stay here.
- AnnaMayV (8/5): Family Getaway - It's a vast space, with several pools and rooms/ private villas. It's a great place to spend a weekend with family, strolling among the trees, enjoying a leisurely swim, taking in the realistic and textured paintings in the restaurant, and partaking of other activities like horseback riding and more.
The staff are the absolute friendliest, most accommodating and efficient ones I have ever encountered in my life. Well trained and wired to serve, going way beyond what is required (special shout out to Ruiz/ Fruity and Amy, definitely role models for the service and hospitality industry).
I highly recommend this place for team building or family vacations... or even a personal getaway.
- sweetrick (8/5): Great for families.. - With the new fad of having weekend getaways for families, this place can offer that & more..When we visited, they were upgrading their facilities but was able to use their kiddie pool & spent some time with the ducks in their little farm area & lil girl enjoyed it!.,there are multiple accommodation to choose from like hut for rent, picnic tables,& venues for bigger group..I find it more appealing that Luljetta’s is in the same vicinity & has same owner..They include in their choices to use the facilities of Loreland if you get a package from Luljetta’s & that was so convenient..I did my massage at Luljetta’s while my mom & daughter enjoyed at Loreland..
- 560mylenem (10/5): a funfilled family bonding - Loreland farm resort is a very good place for family bonding, barkada gathering or even relaxing. The staff are friendly & accomodating. They always make sure that the guests are happy and satisfied. The room is spacious. The place have many pools to choose to. You can use the place for exercise by walking around using the staircases. I found the place also good for meditating, I have seen the chapel & station of the cross located at the side of the mountain. the breeze is so refreshing. I would recommend to go back to this place.
- amy_on_foot (8/5): for family and friends - I've been wanting to go here years back. We went recently with our friends. We stayed in a villa. It had 2 queen beds and 4 single beds. My child and my friends' children's age are 3-5 years old. It wasn't enough for an overnight to really roam the place at is is so huge. The pools are not crowded this time of the year. It could be due to the still cool temperatures in antipolo and also the cold water of the pool. The kids enjoyed much. There are plenty of waterplay features. We enjoyed our time with our families and friends. We were able to try the breakfast buffet which was ample, nothing special. The front desk and first aid team are worth mentioning since we had an incident. They wer quick to respond when our youngest friend got stung by a bee. It was night time and while they do not have paracetamol for kids, they provided first aid to the sting, and gave us instructions on how to aid the young victim. They made an incident report and assured us we can call on them if in case there is a severe reaction from the child. A staff even visited us a few hours after to check on the child's condition. The place is also clean. At night, you can expect carefree party people to be noisy. I think it can be expected that the resort is packed during the summer months due to the cleanliness of the place and the numerous pool options to choose from. I just do not understand why there would be a separate entrance fee when you already booked a room for overnight.
- eringeee (10/5): Fave Spot in Antipolo - -Been here several times. Very family friendly, very clean and staffs are very accommodating... You can either take a quick dip or you can stay overnight.. You might as well check their facebook page or their website for any ongoing promotions... Btw, here’s their contact number...

- mhazel_h (10/5): A great place for a family stay - We stayed for 2 days and a night to celebrate my mom's birthday. Everyone had fun and enjoyed the stay. The room was clean, the food was superb and the staff was so accommodating.
The view was spectacular. The pools were clean and very kid-friendly.
I would highly recommend this place...not to mention it is not far from Manila. I definitely would love to come back.
- w1ck3d_shaun (8/5): Nice cool and relaxing place to stay - Went here last January 2018 with my family. Their complimentary suman is the best. Facilites are good. Loved the sauna and jacuzzi. Stairs can be steep and be careful in going up and down as you might slip. They have an overlooking view from the pool of Rizal. Can be cold at night when swimming.
- Noreen_Owen (6/5): Good for short family stay - Loreland is close to Manila so it is very accessible if you want to go for a swim esp on a hot day. The pools are clean and fun for families (though too cold for my preference). They have cottages you can rent for overnight stay or huts for day trips. Make sure to bring insect repellent (lots of it). The place is very close to nature so mosquitos and bugs are everywhere. The restaurant has below average food, better bring your own. Overall, recommended for families for short stays or day trips. The place is a bit bumpy for wheelchair and strollers, but it is manageable.
- GENEROSA (6/5): Old hometown hotel - It is ironic to drive thru narrow streets with with crowded residential-commericial mixed ups before you get to the entrance. The rooms are desperately in need of a lot of update. Bathroom is so tiny with moldy walls and fixtures. Towels are so thin for current use. Staff are very friendly and I know they are doing their best to please. Surroundings are nice with botanicals which is the main reason why I chose this hotel. A good financier can turn this hotel around to be more competitive. Consider a more wholesome path to lead to the hotel.
- hermievincec (8/5): Good for a Barkada Quick Getaway - We didn't stay on a room and only had a cottage for night swimming, it was a quick overnight night swimming with a few of my office-mates and I can say it was a very good short stay considering the travel time and the price. There are lots of swimming pools, some of which has slides, thou not all of them are open during the night, and there are a lot of activities to do like basketball and volleyball. They also have a restaurant thou I find it a bit pricey. You can borrow basketball, volleyball or inflatables at a sari-sari store which is also inside the resort. You just have to pay a refundable deposit for each item. Best thing about this place is that it is not very far from Metro Manila, our office is at Ortigas and it only took us around 45 minutes to get here. Thou you may expect 1 to 2hrs travel time if you'll be going during rush hour. The resort itself is clean, you can smell fresh air and has a very good view of the Metro Manila skyscrapers on a good weather specially during the night. Luljetta's hanging garden is also in this resort. Lots of parking space is available. Outside the resort, it's more likely like a usual provincial barangay area, with sari sari stores, carinderias and small barangay roads, so be careful when driving because there are lots of playing kids and pedestrians around. Overall the short stay was worth it.
- ShalimarJ2014 (6/5): So-so - We held our family reunion here because it was recommended by one of my officemate. The place is actually quite beautiful with lush greenery and it has a great view but the place needed a whole lot of TLC. Some areas looked rundown. We booked their biggest and most expensive Kubo however we were disappointed that there were no fans available inside so it gets really hot and uncomfortable especially for a group of 25 with kids and elderly. Seriously, for the price of 4,500 and 250php per person, you can't install a decent ceiling fan or wall fans? And we have to pay 500php for renting one stand fan. A total ripped off! The place is actually clean but while preparing our food and during our lunchtime there were swarm of flies. All of a sudden, we felt like we were in a dumpsite not in a resort. It totally ruined our boodle fight. Anyways, the kids enjoyed the pools and slides. The staffs were accommodating and very responsive to our needs. I still recommend this place though.
- mitosp (8/5): Interesting place - We were able go around only a portion of the place, there is so much to see and check if you have time, especially the camp where team buildings are held. Quite a secluded and private place to go to if you want privacy.
- Amjad (6/5): Good for kids - Good for kids with many pools and places for kids to play. But the rooms a little outdated and need a little makeover.
- steffieli (6/5): Beat the summer heat - This was our last 'hirit' before the summer season ends.
Just walk-in during the night. It's not as crowded at night compared of course in the morning.
We just availed of their kubo since they were fully booked for the day/night. I got the kubo which was good for 8pax even though we were only 3 so we can have space and we can still rest if we get sleepy. It was only a small price to pay for comfort.
The pools strongly smelled of chlorine but it wasnt too cold during night time. They have life guards around which I highly approve of even if it was night time. Safety first.
- MGracee (6/5): Big Place but not a Farm - Been coming back to this place since 2005 and almost every visit, there has been an addition to this place. Last visit, there's a wedding and our room is just near the venue. My kids are complaining, they can't sleep thru the night because of the noise. We have to walk several blocks away from our room to find an 'uncrowded' pool. Can't say we have a relaxing stay at this time but we're able to have a quiet morning stroll since the place is big and most of the guests are still in their rooms. The staff are approachable, the food is good. Nevertheless, if my kids ask for, we'll still come back to this place.
- Mark (6/5): Unhappy Stay - The pools were fun but the slides were closed. We had ants in our room. People were up at all hours of the night being very loud and we were not able to get any quality sleep. I thought we was going to get a queen sized bed. This bed was smaller than a queen. I should know, I have a queen sized bed at home. I would not book another stay at this resort. They staff was friendly though.
- leilanien (2/5): Misnomer - Not Farm Resort - My family went to the place for holy week to have both family time and rejuvenate from busy work life. The place was farm resort that connotes simple and relaxing place. Unfortunately the place is busy and toxic with so many people being admitted several times the whole day because they have in-house guests, day tour and night tour guests. The place is all swimming pools and kiosks where people can stay whole day and whole night with out checking-in.
The uncontrolled number of guests coming-in and out of the place compromised orderliness, cleanliness and feeling of security of the place.
The saving grace is the Luljetta’s spa that is a little bit secluded from the noise. The downside is the cost of the services and food. It is quite expensive like a cup of Lipton hot tea was offered at P100 (more than the cost of gourmet tea in Manila).
I recommend Loreland for those who want to go swimming! Not a nice place stay to experience resort vibe that most usually expect. Not even longer stay in their housing facilities.
I hope the management would control the influx of people and separate the place for guests wanting solitude and comfort.
I commend the staff at Verde restaurant. They are amiable and accommodating even if they look tired service guests. Thank you to Ms Milan.
- marjoriem483 (10/5): MM @ 18 - At first, I thought na hindi na talaga ako makakapag debut. I don't know how, pero they worked their magic and somehow... the best debut happened. It wasn't anything that I expected. They made my day extra special. Nakakastress pala mag plan ng debut pero coordinating with the team was the most fruitful experience I have ever been into. I seriously don't know how they did it. Loreland Farm Resort deserves the best ratings. Kudos to everyone who made this happen, especially Ms. Love. She's like a superwoman! 😊 Without Ms. Love Soriano, my debut wouldn't be as perfect as I imagined it would be...❤
- allanpg16 (2/5): NOT WORTH IT BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE - We had been here Dec 31, 2017 to Jan 2, 2018 and checked-in in Room 101 with Triple Beds.
Factors that needs improvement: 1. Customer Service and Room. Ms. Rachel needs orientation and training on how to reply to customer's inquiry. I emailed her and followed-up several times prior to check-in on how the room looks like but receive no response. She promised to send me pictures but this was not given. We were disgusted in the room provided. The location I preferred is near the overlooking City View but the actual room was located on top of their reception and office, the view is the Parking Area near the entrance gate. The room flooring is made of old wood planks and the wall dividing the rooms were poorly made. You can hear the footsteps and noise from other customers. If my inquiry and request for pictures of the room were given I should have booked for another room. No baggage assistance. Pillows are small, the other one is a throw pillow (they will charge you for an extra pillow), blankets and towels are thin and mattress not fit on the bed frame so it moves. On the second day I requested the gentleman from the Front Desk around 7am to make-up our Room but when we came back in the afternoon it was not done. My wife called the housekeepers to clean our room and change the sheets and towels. She also asked them why our room was not cleaned despite the early request, they said that they did not received any request from the Front Desk.
2. Housekeeping was terrible. You can see stains on the bath room and cobwebs on the ceiling and exhaust fan. The adjacent common Comfort Rooms lacks cleaning and smells awful.
3. One thing great is the food from Verde Restaurant. I commend Bong for his excellent service.
- Anton (2/5): Unaccommodating staff and unpleasant room - Check in was smooth until we get to the room that was not so nice; it was small for 3 persons, the view was a parking lot, noisy neighbors and a common bathroom that wasn't even maintained well and of course 1 sink only for 6 rooms in that area. What bothers me the most is that their service is poor, they always say "we cannot" or "no" e.g. asking for spoon and fork, order room service or if not help us order fast food delivery which is about 2km out of the area. There was nothing much to do in the resort but swim due to their 5 pools inside the resort. All else in the area has entrance fee, it is more like a amusement park than a relaxing resort. I do not recommend this hotel to family looking for a relaxing vacation.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Overpriced and overrated - The rooms are overpriced for my opinion, we stayed in a room that cost us almost a hundred dollars which is next to a boys' toilet. I could have gotten it for a cheaper price in a different resort. We were there because we just wanted a place outside Manila and I was thrilled with the 'Camptipolo' which is closed when we got there. Also, the place needs maintenance and cleaning. It was really messy and there were dried leaves piled up everywhere. There is undergoing construction that could be covered up (or maybe other options) as this is a safety hazard for kids.
I know that this is very circumstantial but I do hope that this doesn't happen every now and then.
As I said earlier, our room is situated next to the boys' toilet and as you guess there were drunk kids that stayed overnight as I presume. It was at 5 am when they started screaming and cursing. I was really scared as it took for almost good 30 minutes when I decided to come and to talk to them. I wish the management could have controlled activities like this, probably more guards to roam around as the place is huge enough.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Extra Charges - We had booked a room with a King bed. When we arrived the room we were given only had a double. We asked to be given a room with a king bed as per our booking and they charged us nearly 2000 PHP extra. That room was then noisey with a phone just next to the door in the public hallway that went off all through the night. Other than that the place is quite nice, although I would recommend a day trip as opposed to staying the night.
- Johannes (8/5): Hotel in schöner Lage - Schöne Umgebung mit vielen Pools.Spa kostet extra.
- Thomas (8/5): Respite from Manila - Loreland is up on the hill above the huge Manila Metro area. It offers a getaway from the congestion and chaos of Manila but it takes a long taxi ride to get there. The grounds are nicely landscaped with swimming pools and a nice open air restaaurant. I would stay here again although don't expect the room to be large. One nice touch was the hot water tea/coffee maker but you have to bring your own tea or coffee. This is not the place to access the Manila bar scene but nice for couples and families. The staff was very helpful. It takes a couple hours to get to Nino Aqiuino airport and that is at a good traffic time if such a time exists in Manila.
- jang keun (6/5): - totally local resort. people are kind and try to service something but they are not used to it. forgot order too often such as car booking.
- Dieter (6/5): Nicht nochmal! Zimmer sehr klein.Pools sauber, aber nicht alle in Betrieb.Gut aber zu weit vom Flughafen.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Relaxing - We booked for a Family room for two nighs but it was no longer available when we got there, instead we got complimentary breakfasts for 2 days, so all was well. The Luljetta Hanging Garden Spa is a must, they were fully booked on our first day. They have the therapist, and facilities and city skyline view were great too.
Jede 2. Bestellung Getränke und auch Speisen wurden vom Frühstück bis Abendessen mit"Not Have" beantwortet!!! Ungenügend!!
Alle Pools schmutziges Wasser-keine Umwälz-Filteranlagen
- Mari (6/5): Nice place, near Pinto Art Museum via tricycle - Place is okay, hope the coffeeshop is open til 10pm, wifi access, more food choices
- ben (2/5): nothing like the photos on the add. - i didnt not stay.looked into the yard.nothing like your photos that you had on your add.
went and got another hotel.was so angry tried to leave you a message bit i couldnt get thru.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - It's a good experience in staying their resort, they have a very accommodating staffs to assist you during your stay
- Mary Jane (6/5): loreland staycation - the room is ok. It is clean and big enough for 2. However, there is no phone line to call information if you have questions or needs. You have to travel back and it's a long walk. Also they dont have food service. You have to go to the restaurant to eat. Since it's open to public and have people 24/7 i dont feel safe leaving things inside the room. I also lost my pair of Havs. Good enough I saw who took it. It was returned so I didnt report it.
- Ann (6/5): Nice place but we thought breakfast was included -
We just expected to have free breakfast because it was included when we booked through Expedia and that was one of the reasons why I reserved for a family room at Loreland but their front desk staff said, it wasn't. :(
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Good. There was no corkage, and we can eat food from the outside in their restaurant. :)
- JAN (8/5): Sjarmerende sted, flott personale, topp service. MEN i weekend for mye mennesker.
- Cha (2/5): Dirty pools and teeny, tiny, small room - Wow. This has got to be the smallest hotel room I've been in. I've stayed in transients, hotels and guest houses with private rooms less than half of your rates -- and they have bigger, better rooms than Loreland. Basically, our room has a double bed one step to the right is the door, and one step on the left side is the bathroom door. It's that small. Totally not worth the money.
- K & M (6/5): Better than average, but not as good as I expected - Showers were less water and not as warm as I thought they could be. I also had trouble getting change for P 1000 on two occasions, as not everyone pays with plastic. Breakfast was nice, but was usually out of the free tea and they felt they should charge extra for yellow label tea, which is common in PH.
- John (6/5): nice place to look at, - booked the cheap room . was given a room in a neighbouring property among construction workers. Grr. so I upgraded got the room next to the pool .was much nicer .only the one swimming area was open .no waterslides were operating. had a problem with the breakfast bill and the receptionist in the office forgot to return my p500 bond.
- Rudy (2/5): Worst ever stay in the Philippines - Nothing enjoyable about our stay except the kids pool. The room(602) was the worst, it is so tiny with the worst bed I slept in. The beddings was so small that it keeps coming off the bed. The staff were the worst I ever encounter in the Philippines, most especially the security guards and restaurant personnel. Sorry Loreland
- Geoff. & Anna (8/5): Great place to relax - Well worth a few days stay, everywhere you look is green and leafy.
Great views , well maintained swimming pools and attentive staff
- Verified traveler (10/5): Amazing resort! Great service and accommodations. - The staff were extremely kind and accommodating. The rooms were clean, beautiful and had AC. You must go to the spa. I've traveled much of Asia and have never experienced the luxury that this spa had. Excellent stay.
