• Lourdes (10/5): Enduring time, love of beauty. - The building is lovely, with an extraordinary collection of clocks. Great care has been taken to preserve a sense of history but renovated to present day needs. This is done with great care by the couple who inherited the hotel. The edge of the stairs to the entrance makes it difficult to carry suitcases.

Estamos de luna de miel y nos dejaron una muy linda atención. Estamos muy agradecidos. Todo bien, nada que decir.

The location is perfect as it is only 5 minutes walk from the train station , the room was very clean , beds were so comfortable and we had a lovely balcony that you could enjoy your morning coffee! There was a good variety of food available for breakfast & the staff were attentive. Staff at reception were very friendly and obliging. The shower was a bit dated.

The exterior itself is very beautiful! and the hotel is well maintained It is family run and attentive to small details. Fantastic breakfast!

Muy buena ubicacion cerca de la estación west. Дружелюбный персонал, очень красивый интерьер в отеле, как в общих пространствах, так и в номере. Скромный, но вкусный завтрак. В общем осталось великолепное впечатление, настоятельно рекомендую, очень удобно тут остановиться и ездить по окрестностям.

• Khan (10/5): Der Aufenthalt in Interlaken bleibt unvergesslich - Die Lage vom Hotel war optimal. Es gab in der Nähe ein Shopping Center und die Stadtmitte war nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das Hotel war nur 400 m vom Interlaken West Bahnhof entfernt. Das Bad war etwas klein. Und wir haben leider kein Zimmer mit Balkon bekommen.

• Salim (9/5): Excelente ubicación - La ubicación estuvo genial, a pocos metros de la estación West. Nuestro tren llegó a la estación Ost y nos fuimos caminando también, aunque es un poco más la distancia (1.8 Km), las calles y los andenes son adecuadas para las maletas. El personal fue muy amable. La decoración del hotel es como viajar en el tiempo. La habitación para 3 personas fue algo pequeña, pero con camas muy cómodas, baño bastante amplio. Precio - calidad tal cual lo esperábamos, y la habitación fue tal cual aparece en las fotos. Quizás un poco más de variedad en frutas en el desayuno.

• Lisha (10/5): Great hotel with welcoming and friendly staff, lovely breakfast, in a nice location. - Beautiful hotel in quiet area but close to Interlaken West train station, a Coop grocery store and all of the shops and restaurants downtown. You can come into the Interlaken OST station but it’s about a 20 minute walk to hotel, just take a train to Interlaken West, 5 minute walk to hotel. Room and beds very clean, great bathroom, tea and coffee, hairdryer, and spacious closet to unpack for a few days! Awesome breakfast with scrambled eggs every morning, fresh croissants and coffee, tea, cappuccino, etc. Staff very welcoming, helpful and friendly. We would stay again. Beatus caves a short bus ride away which was a highlight for us and many other sites to see nearby, great base to stay! We had Swiss Travel passes so buses are included for free but hotel also gave us a card to cover the bus and I believe it gave other discounts as well.
