• Olga (9/5): - Чисто, все новое, большой номер, хороший балкон, вид на горы, кофе машина в номере. Хорошо пахнут шампунь и мыло, есть ванна. Белоснежные полотенца. Если ужинаете в отеле, то дают приветственный напиток на выбор ( вино, пиво, вода…) есть задний двор с парковкой 10 франков. В ресторане вкусно готовят. Напротив отеля ж/д станция. Рядом два магазина. На первом этаже бесплатно спа, но мы не успели воспользоваться. Плотные шторы. Батареи в мае были все время холодные, а мы с маленьким ребенком. Дверь в туалет раздвижная. Запахи и шум идут в номер. Очень слышно соседей сверху, двигали стулья на балконе. Онлайн регистрация, хотя официантки помогают.

• Bianca (8/5): - Wir wurden in das Hotel Porta Cervino umgebucht und waren dort äußerst zufrieden mit dem Zimmer und dem Service. Schade war nur, dass sich die Sauna im Partnerhotel Matterhorn Inn einige Gehminuten entfernt befand. Wir haben sie deshalb leider nicht genutzt.

• Rex (6/5): - Location was great. It was easy to access the trains, shops and restaurants. The room was extremely small and it was disappointing that their was no mini fridge in the room.Some of the staff were not very helpful.

El parking del hotel es abierto, pero es muy practico porque esta atras del mismo. El muchacho de la recepcion, no estaba del mejor humor ese dia, y luego, el desayuno no fue en ese mismo hotel, tuvimos que caminar dos cuadras (lloviendo) hasta otro hotel para tomar el desayuno, rarisimo, jamas nos pasó algo asi

• René (7/5): Wir würden dieses Hotel wieder wählen, mit der Hoffnung auf eine bessere Dusche. - Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet und gute Lage direkt gegenüber vom Bahnhof. Die Dusche in der Badewanne war sehr unpraktisch. Sperriger Duschschlauch und viel zu kleine Dusch-Glaswand. Man konnte nicht entspannt duschen, da sonst das ganze Badezimmer überflutet worden wäre.

• richard (7/5): Room was nice, bee was comfy but it wasn’t room I had booked and paid for please send refund - We DID NOT stay in the Matterhorn inn We got a told on arrival we had been moved to another hotel down the road so we loaded up cases and drove there no bath no south facing balcony I had paid for please send refund Didn’t stay so don’t know was told the other hotel was a four star upgrade but it wasn’t in my eyes did not bath did not have a balcony south facing I had booked and paid for as we where v tied after a 7 hr drive we just took the room

Compared to Hotel Matterhorn Inn, hotel is slightly further away from train station. It will be better if hotel guests are given complimentary parking.

• Brian (8/5): Porta Cervino not Matterhorn ! - Well, it is difficult to to give a review on the Matterhorn, as they changed my booking to another hotel 150 metres away just a day before I arrived! That said, the Porta Cervino, was wonderful. All of the ratings I gave, pertain to the Porta Cervino. Welcoming staff, good and regular room service etc. New hotel, room was excellent. Only one thing. The Spa that was available at my original booking at the Matterhorn, although still available for use, was now 150 metres away. With the temperature at sub zero, not really an option.

Salle de bain fonctionnel et lumineuse Personnel très sympathique Petit + pour l’accès spa qui a été un véritable bonheur pour nous après une longue journée. La gare juste en face de l’hôtel pour prendre le train direction Täsch. Un peu de bruit dans les couloirs ..

• Frank (10/5): - For me as a skier the location right next to the train station is perfect. The rooms are modern, spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable. I loved the strong shower. Checking in and out was a breeze and the staff super friendly and helpful. -

• Stanislav (7/5): Beautiful hotel with early morning noise! - The hotel is very nice and clean. The single room, though quite small, was well equipped and very clean. It is right across the train station so it is very convenient. It's got everything a ski hotel needs. Unfortunately the hotel is next to a coop grocery store. Every other day at 7 am the truck comes and they start holing this containers on wheels and the whole building is shaking! So if you get a room on the north side, be prepared for loud, humming, shaking noise coming from the street.

• Sohaila (4/5): Unpleasant - Room were clean and the property was close to the train station I had paid for breakfast but didnot know they open breakfast at 7:00 when I booked. I had to leave at 7:00. They didnot bend a rules to let me take something with me from the buffet. The lady was very unfriendly. The rate I paid should include all the taxes but they told I have to the city tax. The two personell I met were very unfriendly. Customer orientation was hugely missing in this hotel.

• Tania (9/5): Good hotel to explore the area - Hotel is located across Taesch train station, they also have their own parking for extra cost of course. Room was very clean, spa is also a good addition and we also tried their breakfast, they have a good variety of food and good coffee. Staff was very friendly and the room, bed was very quiet and comfortable. There are also supermarkets and restaurants nearby, so location is perfect. Only downside is you need to go to Zermatt to spend your time, there is not much to do in Taesch to be honest, I expected the place to be more tourist oriented. And I do not advise staying in Taesch if you want to ski, you need to go with taxi or train to Zermatt.
