Friendly & warm welcome and everything well explained. Unfortunately I was only there for a 1 night stopover but I will return to spend more time in Reims. Nothing.

Things always falling off. Lift can only take one person and one bag. It’s a very old building so space is a premium I’d say

- Juliette (1/5): Verschrikkelijk - Niets Er werd verbouwd, het was 1 grote bende. Zodra het grote licht uitging, ging de stroom eraf. Dus geen tandenborstel of telefoon of gehoorapparaten opladen. We hebben het hotel gevraagd dit op te lossen. Dat konden ze niet. Na 3,5 uur aandringen en wachten werden er 2 stroomhaspels met stroom van elders geplaatst. De badkamer was zo klein dat ik niet de douche in kon. De doucheslang en kop waren verkeerd gemonteerd,het was 1 groot waterballet en de douchedeuren sloten niet goed. Booking is met me eens dat we niet hebben gekregen wat we mochten verwachten op basis van waarmee het hotel adverteert. Ga niet naar dit hotel, kies een ander hotel.

- Patrick (6/5): OK maar als je hier blijft ga een een deluxe kamer. Maar overpriced om eerlijk te zijn - Op zich was alles wel ok. Niet super maar normaal voor een doorsnee hotel. Maar voor een 3-sterren hotel verwacht je mss net iets meer. Ontbijt was basic en dat verwachtte ik ook wel. Ik had hier geen hoop op om eerlijk te zijn. Positief was dan ook dat de kamers dagelijks verschoond werden...daar hou ik wel van, beter dan dat woke gedoe waar je wel betaald voor schone kamers maar ikv van het millieu ze niet krijgt. Wat mijn vooral tegenviel en waarom we eerder vertrokken zijn was de kamer. Goed ik neem altijd een standaard kamer en verwacht geen suite, maar ik vermoed dat we het kleinste kamertje hadden in het ganse hotel. Dat aan een prijs die je toch wel wat beter mag geven. 95 euro per nacht om over het bed te kruipen als je naar het toilet moet...dat valt een beetje tegen. Ofwel verhuur je die kamers niet ofwel geef je ze goedkoop weg maar niet aan de volle pot. Goed na twee nachten je partner moeten wakker maken om naar het toilet te gaan hadden we het wel gehad.

Le petit déjeuner est correct sans être exceptionnel. L'insonorisation des chambres laisse vraiment à désirer, que ce soit avec l'extérieur (zone TRES animée le week-end en soirée) ou entre elles. Le tarif du petit déjeuner est un poil élevé.

Pas de prise à côté du lit, fenêtre qui ferme mal, on entends tout le bruit de la rue, mais vraiment tout le bruit. Un double rideau mal attaché qui laisse passer la lumière des lampadaires et pas de volets. L'eau chaude, bin soit elle est brûlante et sans pression soit c'est de l'eau froide dans la douche. La chambre, minimaliste pour un 3 étoiles, 77euros la nuit. Chambre 102, si on vous la donne à la réception, demandez direct une autre chambre sinon vous dormirez pas de la nuit avec le bruit de la rue et la lumière qui passe Le petit dej correct

L'isolation phonique avec l'extérieur n'est pas très efficace. J'avais demandé une chambre sur cour car plus silencieuse qui avait été validé mais finalement je ne l'ai pas eu. Le parking juste à coté de l'hôtel était fermé la nuit.

En arrivant il faisait très froid dans la chambre , le chauffage n' avait été mis en marche avant notre arrivée. Nous avons du gardé notre manteau le temps que la chambre se réchauffe un peu. Ensuite, nous n' avons pas pu prendre correctement une douche car il n y avait pas de pression , le pommeau de douche était cassé et l eau n' était pas très chaude..... De plus, nous n avons pas réussi à fermer l oeil de la nuit car c était très très bruyant. La chambre est très mal insonorisée. Nous avions l impression qu une fenêtre etait ouverte !!. Les personnes dans la rue criaient , se battaient ,des voitures passaient sans cesse. Les enfants n arrivaient pas à dormir!!!!
