Marco (1/5): - We are extremely disappointed with our stay. We initially booked 7 nights, but ended up leaving after only 2. The first issue was the room location. We booked a room overlooking the pool area. Imagine our surprise when we arrived and the room was above 2 restaurants, with their roofs as our view and overlooking a public space in the back. The room was also situated in the public part of Club Mykonos, that everyone can access. This made our trip with 2 small kids very difficult. The second issue was the noise and the smell. We are supposed to keep the noise levels to a minimum and be quiet after 10pm, yet the restaurants continued until late at night, making it impossible for us and the kids to sleep. The entrance to our room was behind restaurants and very dirty and smelly. The room we got did not come close to what we expected and I cannot believe that it is acceptable to change our reservation so drastically without consulting with us. We wasted time and money visiting the resort, a mistake we will not make again.
