- Nidds (10/5): Lovely staycation with family! - I recently stayed with my family for a staycation at Courtyard by Marriott Chakan and was truly amazed by the hospitality here. Though I am a Marriott Bonvoy member and regularly stayed at Marriott properties in different locations, the customer experience here was exceptional! Starting from the main entrance when the lady inspecting me asked me how my day is going to the staff inside, we were greeted with warmth and courtesy. We were celebrating my parents' anniversary here and Santoshi and Anushka made them feel very special. They even arranged a cute card and a cake for them during dinner. Even during meal times, we were attended to with utmost sincerity and all these gestures turned our staycation into absolute delight. Thanks again to all the staff. Would love to visit again

We have travelled across numerous places and resided in few of the greatest properties, yet I still believe that no one could match the hospitality offered here. Chef Sunil is so kind and prepares delicious dishes as per our liking. Harsh at the cafe will make sure that all our preferences are given priority. Suhas and Anushka at the reception gave all of us a very warm welcome and helped make the check in progress seamless. I have visited this place so many times, yet I would always wish to come back here everytime.

Everyone welcomes you warm, feels like a home. Room maintenance is perfect, restaurant spread is on point (kudos to the chef and staff at the restaurant) the staff ensure that you get everything on time and with a smile on the face. Reception staff/AT your service/room cleaning staff everyone is to be applauded for! Sometime they even decorate my bed and it feels so good to come to the room and find a little something like this. Even the gym is super good, i visit everytime and the trainer makes sure i utilise it to the fullest and also helps me with workouts that are right for me. Nilaya spa over the hotel has exceptional staff who give great service, must visit ;) Special mention: I had my birthday few days back and they made sure that i celebrate it with so much happiness. I dint feel for a second that im away from home! Staff feel like family now and i would definitely recommend everyone to stay here. Your stay will be perfect and there is no scope for disappointment.

Also, Kalyani and Ashwini in the restaurant always greeted me with smiles and positivity, making my days even better. The only things to keep in mind: The hotel is located in an industrial area, which may not be ideal for sightseeing. While drinking water and tea/coffee cups were provided, the minibar fridge was empty—no soft drinks, beverages, or snacks. This was the only detail I missed, and therefore I would rate my stay 4,5 out of 5. Overall, if you are visiting for business or looking for a peaceful stay with exceptional service, this is a fantastic choice.

Furthermore, the reception staff, the waiters and the ladies who assist in the restaurant (especially the twins), and the staff at the hotel entrance are fantastic people who take care of everything for you. Despite informing the team in advance, the cake and arrangements were not ready on arrival. Early check-in was part of our package, yet this was unnecessarily pointed out as a courtesy. The AC in our room was not working and required multiple checks before a room change was suggested. The spa services were good; however, our experience with the spa manager was disappointing due to repeated pressure to buy a membership and a lack of basic courtesy afterward. That said, Shubham, Sangi (Spa), and Purva from the At Your Service team were extremely supportive and helped salvage the experience. Gupta Ji and the lady at the entrance were very warm and welcoming.

They are currently renovating the training facility which were needed - great decision!

I had informed the marriot associate about my visit on the bonvoy app and I got a whatsapp from Ms Shraddha. She took details of my preference and planned complementary decor, sweets, cake and even choice of welcome drink. I am a repeat visitor and apparently the staff values repeat customers highly. I love the breakfast spread and taste. The chef and other staff will come and personally checked with is regarding food. I have been to a lot of hotels but the way these folks go above and beyond make me want to visit again. Jitender and Aniket also helped put up a nice room decor.

They ensure they meet the customers need without the customer even telling them about it. I had booked a normal room and without me even telling them they had upgraded me to a suite which was fantastic and well appreciated especially after a 6 hour drive. Santoshi at the front desk was warm and helpful and the checlkin was smooth. Chef Sunil was great as usual and came to meet me personally, while most of the food was great , some of it could be improved. Nevertheless i love this hotel because of the people striving for excellence and in that process they ensure the customer is always having a great experience. The hotel was already recommended by colleagues who had stayed before and I wasn't disappointed. Being happily greeted daily by the front desk staff, Shraddha (both of them), Anushka and more made me feel incredibly welcome from the offset. The room initially was a smoking room which was booked by accident by my company, as a non-smoker I asked if there were alternative rooms and the hotel moved me without any fuss. The daily buffet breakfast and dinner did not disappoint, it was quite easy to put on weight! Jay, the waiter assigned to us went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, after one day we didn't even need to ask for drinks etc, they were just brought to us and he remembered what everyone was having! The chefs were constantly creating new and interesting recipes, each of the chefs made contact with us offering to try their food, I think I tried every level of spicy! All in all, this hotel is excellent and I would thoroughly recommend staying here whether for business in the area or just to get away for a few days to relax, thank you Marriott for providing me such a good feeling even though I was there working, when I return I will definitely be staying there again!

I can't say enough good things about my stay. From the room to the staff, everything was perfect. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. From everyone at the front desk including, Shraddha S, Shraddha G, Akshay, and Anushka. They made me feel like coming home everyday when I got there and made sure I had everything I needed to make me feel comfortable. My room was always so well kept and I'm grateful to the team for keeping it clean and well stocked during my long stay. Especially Sandeep and his adorable towel animals that made me feel not so lonely. I'm also super grateful to all the dining staff and everything they did while I was there. They were always so accommodating and welcoming and so kind. I can't thank them enough for making me feel comfortable. The food was always excellent and everyone alway made sure I was well taken care of. I'm know I'm missing a few names but Pranali, Pawan, Harsh, Manju, Ankit and Chef Aditya were just some of the few who made my stay extra wonderful, but I really want to thank everyone in the dining staff and the hotel itself. Also, Gupta at the front doors. Him and the rest of the team always greeted me every day with a smile, which made my morning and afternoon. It was great to come back and see a friendly face after a long day. - joshcA5079VD (4/5): Miserable stay to end a miserable day - I arrived late for our check in after a long day of business travel. Only 3km before arriving at the Courtyard Pune Chakan, our driver’s vehicle got a flat tire (the area roads are like a Baja off-road course). The replacement “taxi” had no room for my luggage so my wife and our work colleagues split up. Her driver dropped off two colleagues at their hotel, but my car went straight to Courtyard Pune Chakan and I arrived before her. We messaged the hotel in the Marriott Bonvoy app, as we’d been doing for hours up to our arrival (a customer visit 2 hours away stretched long), so they knew my wife and I were on our way. Upon check-in, I was greeted by an unpleasant woman by the name Beda. Having been on the road and visiting a customer since 5AM, being now after 11PM, I just wanted to get to our room so I could get some sleep for the subsequent early morning. I mentioned my wife was arriving soon, which I thought was normal. But Beda handed me a piece of paper to add my phone and email address to the room because our Bonvoy Gold Elite account is in my wife’s name, which I didn’t think anything of at the time. I had to ask for two keys despite informing Beda that my wife was arriving soon (I didn’t want her to not have a key, as I often work out in the morning and take a key). I completed check in and went to our room. About 15 minutes later my wife texted she had arrived, so I came down to get her (the elevator requires a room key), and we went back up to the room. We got ready for bed, and got into bed to wind down. The king size bed was like a concrete block draped in a bed sheet, and the four pillows were practically as thin as empty pillow cases. We both tried to log into our devices and we both received a notice that our room number and password was incorrect. As Bonvoy Gold members, we usually just have to add our room number and her last name. Many times our devices connect automatically. What we realized was that Beda set our stay up with MY name on the account, and not my wife under our Bonvoy account. To confirm, we checked our app and it said our stay was “cancelled.” We were too tired to complain to front desk, and just turned on the TV. The interface was overly complicated and after many tries we could get neither the TV nor YouTube app to function. We gave up and tried to sleep, but it was about as comfortable as sleeping in a parking lot. The AC was set to 19 degrees C but didn’t drop below 21 (I’m a big guy who gets hot while sleeping). There were only 3 normal and one small bottle of water, so between drinking after a long hair day, one for brushing teeth, we only had one for coffee the next day. The bathroom had zero face towels and only one bath towel. There was a medium sized towel my wife used, but she usually uses one for her body and one for her hair. My wife is going to call to get credit for the hotel stay, which gives us points toward future stays. This hotel wasn’t cheap (for India standards), and maybe if they didn’t spend a fortune on the giant foyer, they could afford to hire helpful employees and purchase a few more towels. I gave 2/5 as 1/5 wouldn’t be fair because we didn’t try their restaurant. You need to do better, Courtyard.

- Roberto (9/5): Excellent experience, while not fully unexpected though! - My stay (room 616) was really great and I enjoyed it a lot and so much, to convince me to book this hotel for my upcoming trips to Pune. From the check-in to the check-out and all what stays in between, it has been great. I also had the chance to use the SPA and their massages and it was a great experience, especially for my back which was in pain since few weeks. I flew back to the UK just yesterday and the last massage was on Saturday evening, and, as of today, my back is completely relieved from any pain. I also had the pleasure to interact with Abhishek Sawant, the Front Office Manager, who helped me in some requests I placed and also with the Chef of the Hotel restaurant who was so kind to ask his team a dedicated attention to my meals, as my stomach, after the trip I had in Aprlil'25, suffered of a heavy food poisoning, and so I changed the hotel and decided to try the Courtyard in Chakan. I think I said a lot but I am sure my words are not able to express exactly the comfort I tested during my stay, so, just one thing is left to say....See you next time at Courtyard by Marriott, Chakan NOTHING...I would just suggest that, it would be good increasing the food oprions for people like me that would like to avoid too spicy food.

They were always friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend for anyone to stay here. I will return here on my next trip to Pune 100%.

I had a pleasant stay and the service provided by front desk manager - Shraddha Sargar as exceptional. She took time to answer my queries. If u have to give a rating then it will be 10/10.

Each and everyone is very helpful and giving priorities to guest . Especially i would like to mention some staff names Shraddha , Santoshi , jayvant , Akshay were very kind and helpful.
