• Alejandro (7/5): Caro y no cumplió las expectativas. - Si bien la habitación respondía a mis espectativas, nunca se pudo regular la temperatura del aire acondicionado que estaba muy frío y a la temperatura que el hotel decidió. Es un problema muy serio pagar el precio y terminar disgustado por este problema. Debo decir que el personal que nos atendió, se esmeró en tratar de calibrar el aire acondicionado, pero a pesar de su esfuerzo no lo logró. Nos cambiaron de habitación y pasó lo contrario, el aire acondicionado no enfriaba. Finalmente abrimos la ventana y bien tarde a la noche pudimos dormir, cuando entró aire fresco del exterior. No volveré. Todo podría haber ido mejor si el aire funcionaba correctamente.

• John (8/5): - My wife & I only stayed one night while on a road trip but probably would look elsewhere if we had to do it again. Great staff and breakfast, but room was dingy and and in need of a rehab. (Probably could say that for a large swath of all things Argentine!!) Restaurant seemed good but only had buffet breakfast. It's well located in downtown area so restaurants within walking distance. Parking is a bit of a hassle in a lot around the corner, but free.

• Telma (4/5): NEUQUÉN TOWER HOTEL - Buenas tardes, en lo personal no quede conforme, el hotel no tiene gym tenés que ir a dos cuadras, la cochera no tiene comunicación con el hotel, o sea que si venís con cosas tenés que cargarlas 80 mrs, aproximadamente, la pileta que anuncian no tiene agua jiji, ningún empleado nos acompañó con nuestra maletas hasta la habitación, deja mucho que desear para un hotel 4 1/2 estrellas, además de lo que le pagamos a uds 111 dls. por día , en el hotel nos cobraron 1200$ más por cochera e iva NO LO RECOMIENDO

Irregular - No tiene gimnacio en el hotel, no tiene piscina cubierta, NO SE PUEDE SOLICITAR AIRE ACONDICIONADO porque es general para todo el hotel. Dia de 28 grados, habitacion orientada al oeste con sol toda la tarde, 40ª marcaba el celular y el hotel todo tenia el aire acondicionado apagado. Muy desagradable, fue imposible permanecer en la habitacion

• Juan (8/5): Comodo y bien ubicado - Muy buen hotel, bien ubicado y excelente atención. En nuestro caso, nos dieron una excelente habitación en piso 11 con vista a montañas y buen tamaño. Solo que salía olor a cloacas de la rejilla e inodoro del baño. Creo que tienen un problema de mala ventilación de los conductos cloacales o estaban tapados y eso generaba ese olor. Nos cambiaron de habitación a una mas pequeña pero igual cómoda. Repetiría el hotel sin dudas! Gracias
• MARIA CRISTINA (8/5): Espacios con mucho confort. - La estadía fue muy buena. Lo único para corregir la temperatura elevada en la habitación que no se pudo adecuar hasta pasadas unas horas. Tuvimos que permanecer con las ventanas entreabiertas, caso contrario el aire estaba irrespirable. No se podía regular en forma individual por habitación.

• Garth (8/5): Visit to Neuquen - My stay was fine, except that the breakfast was only cold dishes. No hot food. The staff, with the exception of the last day spent to much time talking to each other and the service, although friendly, was very slow.

• stay away (2/5): Stay Away - Old hotel Old pictures No AC Dirty Terrible wifi Best thing to do. Stay Away. On expedia shows nice pictures. Probably was taken a dacade ago. You can not control AC if front desk decide that it is cold you will get hot air. If they decide is hot than you get an AC. So Stay Away

The food in the restaurant was quite good and I enjoyed the Coffee Shop / Bar area off the lobby that looks out onto the pool. I would certainly stay here again when I come to Neuquen
• Bill (10/5): Nice place at a convenient location. - Stayed here for one night during a trip to Argentina. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Our room was very spacious and had all of the amenities that we needed. This place is in Neuquen's center, but is very easy to find. We were traveling along Ruta 22 and were able to get on and off very easily. Overall, this place is very much worth staying at. I will be back next time my travels take me through Neuquen.
