• Ladislav (8/5): - Snídaně byly bohaté a pestré, personál ochotný a vždy nápomocen. Na pokoji i v prostorách hotelu čisto. V pokoji uvítací lahev vody. Staré vybavení v koupelně, záchodové prkénko bylo utržené, sprcha stará. Internet fungoval pouze na pokoji, ve společných prostorách a u bazénku nikoliv. Byly uvedeny v nabídce župany, ty však nebyly k dispozici. Lednička uvedena v nabidce neni, ale určitě by byla přínosem.

La Clim n’est pas assez puissante ce qui fait qu’il peut faire assez chaud mais c’est qu’un détail après l’excellent séjour que nous avons eu !

• Peter Reymer (4/5): Hotel Surya Yudha Purwokerto - besser nicht. - Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. Das Hotelzimmer ist stark renovierungsbedürftig. Das Mobiliar hat überall dicke Kratzer und sieht einfach nur "alt" aus. Im Badezimmer riecht es muffig und in die Ecken schaut man besser nicht. Nebenbei, der bereitgestellte Wasserkocher stammte mit Sicherheit noch aus der Kolonialzeit. Superalt, abgenutzt und undicht. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und genügend. Aber: Sobald das Hotel voll ist, sind sämtliche Speisen leer, nicht aufgefüllt und Essens- und Speisereste liegen überall; zwischen dem Essen auf dem Buffet, den Gängen, unter den Tischen. Wir haben noch nie etwas vergleichbares erlebt. Ein "menschengemachtes, ekliges" Schlachtfeld. Da vergeht einem der Appetit, das Essensverhalten mancher Menschen lässt einen nur den Kopf schütteln. Insgesamt war das Hotel viel zu teuer für die gebotene Leistung.

• Carolina (6/5): - I would have given a 5-star rating if I hadn't had trouble with the front desk staff regarding the reservation. I booked the hotel through Expedia for my brother. While everything was fine on my end, the hotel staff somehow had trouble accessing the reservation because they did not scroll up to see the full information on their screen! The trouble they caused me was more annoying and bothersome than the actual issue, which was simply that they had not done their job properly.

Last night they conducted renovation on the floor I occupied so had to transfer to another floor. Internet quite choppy at times this time around and the TV channels were horrible. Hotel must fix these issues to get better rating from patrons.

Too bad the hotel didn’t have twin beds for the first 2 nights and the bidet leaked water in the washroom. But the third night managed to get twin beds with better washroom. Overall will stay again there this coming January 2024. Good deal compared to hotel with similar amenities. Recommended

• jeannek594 (6/5): 2 Nights stay at Business Hotel - I've decided to stay at Surya Yudha by recommendation from family-friend as it was one of the biggest and best hotel in South Purwokerto area. At a glance you could tell that the hotel mostly aimed for business traveler with the business facilities and size of the building. So, here are the good sides of the stay (+) Quick, efficient, and friendly process: front gate security, doorman, front desk, breakfast F&B team, phone service. You've got trained team. They represent the hospitality of the hotel in which made my stay truly comfortable and trustable. (+) Location was nice. There is a mini mart in front of the hotel just accross the street. Also a street food vendor. Decently located nearby city in which take about 10 minutes to Alun-Alun (City Center Area) using online transportation service. It's also quiet during the night. (+) Cleanliness! Needless to say further. Below were the things which could be improved further: (-) The toilet door stucked most of the times since the upper hinges got loosen up. (-) Leaking bidet spray (\•_•/) (-) Incomplete amenities; we didn't have any soap bar on first day. (-) Breakfast Menu. Investment on display ice box could boost the display of breakfast and quality of food. The vegs had turned to yellow color and the fruits became mushy due to warm temperature. Varieties could improved further since the same food appeared on our 2nd day breakfast compare to the 1st day. (-) GYM. Please take this as a constructive feedback: rather than buying another expensive machines, maybe you may add some tools such as stretcher, yoga mat, ball, hulahoops, etc. In overall, the reason I gave 3 stars was because the stay met my standard but did not exceed further expectations nor it was disappointing. It is what it is for the half price that I paid since the occupancy was low. As I wrote on the comment paper, there's more detail oriented needed to make people want to come back and stay in the same hotel. Besk of luck!
• felicia1001 (10/5): A memorable trip at the hotel, highly recommended! - We had an awesome experience at the hotel. The check in process was quick, and when we got into the room we were impressed. The room was superbly clean, the aircon was working, the tv reception was clear, the wifi worked very well. The water was with constant temperature. We had a night swim, the changing room was clean and well lit. The pool was small, yet sufficient for the kids. The most compliment goes for breakfast. The breakfast selection was various. For a 3 star hotel, they surely exceeded standards. Javanese menu selwas very tasty. The green juice was refreshing, and it was freshly made. The egg station was without queue, the breads were as those presented in 5stars hotels. And there was a kecapi player who kept us entertained during the breakfast. I love the gudeg, the proll tape and the jamu station. I would definitely come back yo the hotel!

The breakfast was fine, the staffs are friendly and helpful. But,the pool area is really small the pool itself is small too, and no signage of the pool's depth. Well, overall I enjoyed it.

• Len (8/5): - Check-in time was 2:00. We came at 3 pm and still had to wait 30 minutes for our room to be ready. The wifi in the lobby was very good but the room wifi very bad. We called about it several times with no help. The room was clean and the bathroom and bed were nice. We also had a balcony. The air conditioning was marginal. The hotel staff were very accommodating, they even washed our car while it was parked. The restaurant was very good and the breakfast buffet excellent with a great variety of foods to choose from.
