RBonin (10/5): Great location! - Enjoyed our stay on our way to and from Rapid City. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. Water pressure in the shower was excellent. Breakfast was your typical continental breakfast. Biscuit and gravy was good. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.

As the 2 hotels were miles apart and I'm 76 years old and stressed because my son got flown to a hospital in siuox falls 86 miles from our home and I got another hotel closer to the hospital I told makaila to cancel my reservation I booked another hotel through your company at no fault of mine did aI not stay at Fairfield. I went there at 3 pm, check in time and there was an obvious delay on your part. So please do not charge me. You should be able to see where I stayed because I paid you. John (10/5): Clean, friendly staff, gluten free brkfst options! - Very nice and well kept hotel! We checked in around 2am- the woman working at the front desk was so incredibly kind and checked us in quick, which we were so thankful for (so we could get some sleep)! The hotel is in an area where there isn’t much around except for a “Top Golf” type of place- closest gas station was like 5 mins or so away (just fyi). The bed was comfortable, the place was quiet, the bathroom was very nice and the showers were spacious with tall glass doors. The breakfast was good-a little different than most hotels, with a nice variety of options including Gluten free bagels and gluten free muffins! I will definitely stay here again!

All the staff are always friendly and accommodating to make sure I enjoyed my stay. Shout out to Val, Alina, Josie and Patience at the front desk when you check in or out! Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a wide variety of good food. Loved the afternoon cookies. It be nice to see the Goldfish back in stock for snacks...lol Katie and Lisa, keep up the great work!

Brent (2/5): - I tried to check in at 4:10 and was told there were no rooms available, even though check in was supposed to be 3:00. I was told it would be at least 20-30 minutes before a room would be ready. Unfortunately, I needed to make other arrangements to change clothes and get ready for an event. I did receive a phone call after I had left saying that a room was ready. At that point, I didn't have time to turn around and go back. The attendant on hand said she could not do anything about this issue and I should speak to someone in the morning. The morning attendant said she couldn't do anything because it was booked through a third party. I felt like there should have been some sort of compensation since I had to leave without being able to use the room to get ready for my evening event.

Pool and Exercise area was clean and very nice. It was nice having a nice Bar and Grill across the parking lot. I would highly recommend the Fairfield.

SemperFi47 (10/5): One of the best - This was by far our favorite hotel stop on our South Dakota trip. This was one of the nicest and most convenient hotels we have ever stayed at. The hotel was exceptionally nice, the rooms were spacious and clean, the beds were comfy and the breakfast is over-the-top good with a large selection of items to choose from and even sandwiches and snacks to-go. There is a restaurant next door and Falls Park is only a few miles away. We highly recommend this hotel
Santiago Noel (4/5): - Shower wall had a big crack down the middle, bad showing. Other than that, it was OK. Last hotel I stayed in was much better for the same price

Sandra (10/5): A place where a traveler finds comfort and relaxation! - With one exception, the staff at the Sioux Falls, SD facility are exceptional!!! Bonnie sets an outstanding breakfast buffet and has the best attitude of welcome! The gentleman who checked us in was abrupt, never made eye contact and gave the impression that we were an imposition. Perhaps he was having a very bad day or perhaps he is in the wrong line of work. In any case, he does not give a positive first impression to an otherwise top notch facility!

Entire Property Public Area Coated in Sheet Rock Dust as was My Room. - Usually a top notch property but don’t stay here until they are done with renovations (not mentioned in Bon Voy App). Place is absolutely covered in sheet rock dust everywhere, and I mean everywhere. My room and everything in it was covered.

Nancy (2/5): Very poor - I made a reservation but did not, in fact stay there because of misleading information. Your advertisement on Booking.com said that you had free airport shuttle. I made the reservation after a weather related flight was cancelled and I realized I would need to stay in Sioux Falls. When I got to SF late at night and found out from your front desk that a shuttle was not available, I found a more convenient hotel. I have requested a refund based on that misleading information and have not received any response yet. Very frustrating. misleading advertising. no airport shuttle.
Douglas (9/5): Superb - It was a ten out of ten. I like to pay cash for as many things as possible. This created a small issue when I checked in. There are many of us who like to use cash and we should feel welcome.
kelliek553 (10/5): Thank you Fairfield Airport Sioux Falls. - This was a great place to stay. Clean and comfortable. The front desk was very accommodating. We needed a rollaway and they said it was first come first serve when we called to make the reservation, but when we arrived they had already put it in our room. Thank you! That took the travel pressure off. Pleasant employees in the morning at the breakfast area also.
Craig (6/5): Harder bed. breakfast at 7am to late. - Bed on the hard side. What was nice is that breakfast started before 7am. If something was out there early I would not go to Fairfield. The morning setup was great just before the 7am.
Evan (10/5): Great spot in Sioux Falls - Great spot to stay in Sioux Falls close to the airport. The shuttle was a huge plus! The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The restaurant beside the hotel was also a great stop.

sonny98921 (10/5): Great property - On business for a week. Great location within a short distance from the airport. Hotel is well sound proofed so aircraft noise is minimal to none. On arrival, there was a brief delay with the shuttle, so the hotel's GM arranged for an uber. Very unexpected! They do have a shuttle; though, that provides timely service to and from the hotel. On arrival, everyone at the desk was happy to greet and very very welcoming. "Chelsi" checked me in and was a true professional. Very upbeat and very welcoming. In fact, every time I left and returned, front desk agents exchanged greetings. Rooms are great. PLENTY of lights in the room and very quiet. In fact, the hotel is quiet. There is no highway traffic or other environmental noise. Breakfast is plentiful and offers many options. Many of the items are wrapped to avoid passing germs. Very clean. The gentleman that works the overnight shift was very helpful. When I complemented the lobby coffee, he smiled and said: "It better be; I made it myself." :) Highly recommended! Definitely be back to this property again

It isn’t close to restaurants or shopping. Very convenient for a huge sports complex nearby My only complaint — The front desk clerk didn’t know how to deal with Hotels.com to make a change and told me to contact them if I wanted to. I had to get hold of them so they could tell him he could make the change with no problem. It just caused a delay and I was surprised he didn’t care to find out how he could assist when I was the only customer he was dealing with. (Hotels.com was GREAT to work with!)
