• Christine (8/5): - Very nice suite and clean. However, it was a bit hard to get hold of the staff when we had questions prior arrival. Probably because it was the travel season and there was not enough staff. Otherwise, staff were friendly and helpful once you could talk to.

• Elizabeth (8/5): - The three bed suite was a great weekend base for six adults and two toddlers. Location was amazing and place was large and clean. Parking and check in and out were easy. The bedroom layout wasn’t quite what we thought as there was a loft bedroom with no door for one couple, and it wasn’t well equipped (no large plates, no chopping board). And there was no AC in the bedroom so it was so hot at night.

There were only three mismatched wine glasses. More care and attention to details and higher quality products would go a long way.
• Katerina (10/5): - We stayed in a lakeview suite. It had plenty of space for 6 people ( 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms). We liked the modern decor.The balcony with a table was very nice. We wish the window screens had been dusted. There were lots of cob webs on them. Otherwise the suite seemed well-cleaned and in good repair. The check-in and parking were easy. Great location one block from the lake. Would stay again.

Our unit had not been properly cleaned and the electric fireplace was so noisy that it couldn’t be used, making it hard to keep the place warm. Not well stocked in terms of dishes and cookware was well used. Internet was terrible.

There was a hole in our closet door, damage to one of the bathroom doors, writing on the baseboards and the carpets were in terrible condition. The largest burner on the stove did not work and the dishwasher smelt disgusting and didn’t drain properly. The condo said it sleeps 6 but there was barely enough mis-matched kitchen items for 4 people. The office staff was rarely in the office during the week and never answered the phone. I made multiple requests for extra garbage bags and they were never delivered. Also, they charge $50 for use of the barbecue!!! $50!!! For the price we paid and the large size of the condo it was still worth it, but do not expect great communication or service.

When we got to the room, they considered the pullout couch in the living room as a double bed. All the beds were so uncomfortable, none of us were able to sleep well. Will never stay here again.

We were not able to sleep in the upper bedroom as was unbearable. On a good note the balconies were great with a beautiful lake view and great having 3 full bathrooms. Just need to invest in more air conditioning units throughout. I would consider staying again if the air-conditioning was added.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Bright clean and plenty of room. Close to amenities within the town of Harrison Hotsprings. The condo itself was a little on the cooler side temperature wise. Would have been nice to have a bin for recycling within the suite. Accessing parking after hours required phoning the property manager to open which as a bit of a nuisance. Overall very pleasant stay.
• WD (4/5): - Mediocre at best. 3 bathtubs no plugs. Broken cabinets. Garbage on fridge and never cleaned. Cleanliness was dubious. Handles were all sticky. Holes in doors and walls. Walls all scuffed up. Broken light fixture. No plunger or extra toilet paper. Worst accommodations i have had in years. Too many deficiencies to list. Cuba has better accommodations. Very disappointing for the cost. I would not recommend at all.

• Debra (8/5): - Location was awesome, lots of space, could use refreshing of paint, and kitchen was very lacking in supplies. Manager was very helpful with any requests, it just would have been nicer if we wouldn’t have had to make so many requests and supplies were already there.
• Verified traveler (4/5): below expectations, not clean - won't be back. - First thing is this isn't a resort, it's a condo with some rooms being rented out. the plus side is the 2 bedroom we stayed in was very big. Checking in set the mood for this, it's an odd check in experience as its in a room in the building, no reception area and there was no one there, we had to call them and wait and it all seemed odd and uninviting. Cleanliness - The room was not clean, there were stains on the towels, a mess on a window, hair in the bed and things like the toilets were wiped, but definitely not clean, overall cleanliness was very poor, with the current state of the world, this is no good! The room was also in rough shape, one wall had a hole that was patched but not finished, the carpets are very, very stained, lots of chipped drywall, only 1 of the 2 tubs had a plug and things of that nature. The kitchen was missing some essentials like a spatula, and it's all cheap stuff, dull knives etc. It wasn't horrible, but there were enough things that made us uncomfortable. It seems like they don't care about the place, both in cleanliness, condition or their reputation. Considering what we spent we will definitely not be going back.

More thorough cleaning definitely needed during these covid times. Light switch in living room filthy. Outdoor balcony should have been swept or swept better ; lots of sand/dirt on floor.

They cleaned our rooms when they were asked and made sure we had dishwasher pods, dish soap, hand soap and a huge bottle of hand sanitizer in our room. There is also hand sanitizing stations located everywhere. There were a few loud parties held but as soon as we called the numbers provided it was addressed right away.
• Shannon (8/5): - Pros: It fit our group of 6 very comfortably, it was very clean. Close to the strip. Cons: the walls are thin and could hear a group of partiers all night, couldn’t get sleep but management was awesome to deal with and let us check out a little later due to it.

For instance, found a child’s handprint on the wall; dishwasher, where all the cutleries are kept, has a pungent mildew smell; Some of the lightbulbs are burnt out; blindfolds are really dusty.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - The name states it’s a resort... it’s not it’s pretty much an air bnb so there isn’t any of the normal amenities you would expect from a “resort” I believe just one person is employed to look after the whole property (check ins, cleaning etc etc) and this has lead to problems with the housekeeping we found hairs in the bath tubs and showers, buggers on the walls, the place was just not cleaned to a hotel standard I really believe this is not due to effort from the poor single staff member but from management profiteering and allowing the proper resources to look after such a property properly

• Christa (6/5): Nice place. Could use a little improvement. - I was very diappointed there was no laundry in the room. We have stayed here before and there was a washer and dryer. The website advertised laundry. Only 5 rooms in the resort have laundry in them. Huge inconvenience when staying with a family. Also, the kitchens are not well equipped. No pot holders!! No pitcher. No large serving bowl or serving dishes. Yvonne was delightful when we checked in. We had to get a different room because the stove was not working in the original one. I had to pay a minimal amount to park. Not a big deal, but that should be disclosed when booking. The vending machine was empty. I love the location and staff was friendly. The pull-out bed was not changed from previous guest, but the other beds seemed freshly made. The place was overall clean. We will likely return.

It lacks the Reception desk for checking in, amenities, house keeping, and any kind of room service. I would consider this more of a motel.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Grand Suite not grand at all - Grand Suite 2bedroom, 2 bath (Unit 204): dirty washroom (& cracked mirror taped up!), dirty kitchen, dishwasher did not work properly, bed is lumpy, very noisy neighbours (partying until 2am), walls are very thin (can hear water from plumbing from upstairs unit).

Switches on lamps broken had to turn on and off by pulling sockets from wall. Taped over sockets - broken? Very large cracked mirror in bathroom held together with tape - dangerous should be replaced. Will never stay here again. Very dissapointed. Manager had extremely poor English couldnt communicate very well!!! Not worth the money. I expected 4 star accomodation and got 2 star. Would not rate this property.

When I paid for a unit with a king bed room and two double bed rooms, but I received a king bed room and one double room. When I discussed the difference, the manager said this is the only one. It was clutter in the hallways
• Verified traveler (10/5): - The resort pleasantly surprised us compared to other resorts in the area. The room consisted of a kitchen, living room, and three bedrooms, walk in closets, and two full bathrooms. The place was very clean and overall well maintained, aside from a few minor dings in the ceiling and behind the entry door. The view from each of the bedrooms and the living room was of the lake and although we were a couple of streets back it was still very nice. Internet service was included and the room included its’ own cable modem with wireless router so the performance was very good for a resort (about 2.8 MB/sec top download speed). The television service was limited to basic channels and only the living room and one of the bedrooms included a TV, wasn’t a problem for us. The full kitchen included dishes, silverware, glasses, coffee maker, etc. The only downside would be the curtains not blocking all of the light from the street lamps and the fact that a couple of large trucks drove by early in the morning (we stayed on a weekday, weekends may be different). However, neither of these really impacted us and the street noise was only noticeable because of how quiet the resort was (we never even heard another guest’s noise). The manager was very friendly. Arriving at the resort was different from many hotels as the actual manager’s office is on the second floor (you have to go up to the second floor to check in). We would definitely stay here again.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - So noisy, it really spoiled our night there. We stayed on the third floor in a two bedroom suite. The family above had small children who ran around in shoes all day and night. The building manager warned them several times, but the family persisted to make noise well past the 10pm 'quiet time'. The building manager refused to move us to somewhere more quiet (the building was mostly empty), but his coworker (lady who does the cleaning) did move us eventually (around 11pm). Great rooms overall, but way too noisy and little done to assist us once we complained about the noise. I had to confront the noisy family myself. I wouldn't recommend for a relaxing stay. Also they charge $5 to park in their own car park, I don't believe it was advertised and felt like a rip off considering the price for the room. A disappointing break.
