- 745Entertainment (10/5): Great Hilton Property, Great Location, Great Rooms, Great Location - This is a fantastic Hilton property, located right in the heart of downtown Williamsville. Steelbound Brewery/Distillery has a location right onsite, and provides the "hotel bar" and breakfast/lunch/dinner option to guest. You're also an easy walk to/from a number of great restaurants, bars, shops, etc. and if you have a car, there's even more amenities within a very short drive. There is reasonably priced 6.7kW EV charging on site in the parking garage on the back side of the hotel. The lobby is quite impressive visually, and has s spa onsite. We were upgraded to the Glen King room, which was very spacious on a corner. The bathroom was also quite bit, with both a shower and a multi person jacuzzi. Bed was a little bit saggy, but the hotel and room were quiet so no problems sleeping. The lobby, hallways, room, and bathroom were all very clean. One small complaint, and it's more interesting for Hilton, our check in person didn't mention my Hilton Gold status, didn't give us waters, and didn't mention the $15/day food credit we get. Honestly I'm not pretentious enough to care about the mention but we could have used the waters, and I ended up trading the $15 credit for the 1,000 bonus points, but only after I brought it up did she acknowledge it. The morning check out crew were definitely more on the ball and friendly throughout. The weather was among the worst for any time of walking, so we'll definitely be back in the summertime to check out the neighborhood a little better. Great spot!

The hotel staff are very helpful and pleasant. Our room was clean and comfortable . there was a coffee maker which was nice. If I one thing to make it perfect it would have been half and half for the coffee rather than the packaged creamer We went to the bar for night cap and that too was very pleasant. We will definitely stay there again

The desk was a rolling desk that came out from the wall and looked like it was bought from a cheaper version of Ikea.

- Verified traveler (4/5): - I was traveling to Buffalo from Rochester for a concert with my daughter. I decided to have my whole family come and stay the night instead of traveling back to Rochester late and book a hotel with a pool so my son and daughter could swim and have some fun. We booked this hotel specifically because it had a pool and parking (as that was a complaint at many downtown Buffalo hotels). As a family of 5 we arrived at the hotel and I was shocked to hear the pool was out of commission. That was the literal only reason we were there. I felt terrible I dragged my whole family out just for my kids to have nothing to do while I was at the concert. Perhaps this was my fault for not calling a couple days in advance to confirm the pool was working and I have learned my lesson. I would have booked another hotel had I known we would not have access to the pool. I know this is not the end of the world but it was a huge inconvenience considering I did not have to drag my whole family with me. I was not wowed by my experience. The restaurant serves decent food for a hotel but the dinner service was not great- the breakfast service at least the server was kind to us and seemed to want to make sure we had a good meal and was very hospitable. For dinner we were the only ones there and we seemed like an inconvenience. I expressed my sadness both to the front desk receptionist who checked us in and the text check in from the hotel. - 868mariant (8/5): Mosey was a great choice! - First time stay at a Tapestry collection as a long time Hilton customer and would most definitely recommend the Mosey if staying in the Buffalo area. Fairly new hotel with a professional yet friendly front desk staff. I truly appreciated Brittany’s recommendations and attention to details during our stay. My room was light-filled & spacious, an attractive contemporary style with high ceilings & included a chaise lounge for seating with plenty of drawer & flat surface workspace. The bathroom was also roomy with enough space for two people to shower & another use the vanity/sink area without feeling cramped. My minor complaints was in the bathroom: the toilet paper holder was placed in an awkward position for use & the choice of Lockwood Rosemary& Geranium body wash, shampoo, conditioner, & lotion scent was not to my liking. Breakfast was an adequate buffet selection but an additional $15 per person. Free parking was an additional advantage with a choice of covered or outside spaces available.

However they did honor my request and assigned another room. Staff were friendly and very efficient. Would not hesitate to book The Mosey in the future. - Miriam (10/5): - It's in a great location on Main St in Williamsville -- a charming suburb of Buffalo. It is close to the highway. The rooms are very spacious and the parking is free. It has a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The staff was very friendly. It is on the pricey side.
- Vivek (10/5): - Pros: 1. The rooms are big and the condition of property is good. 2. The location is nice. Cons: 1. The only issue we faced is flushing toilet needed a little more rotation. We did not report this a this was not a big issue.

- Meander401937 (10/5): My new favorite hotel brand - We spent three nights at The Mosey Hotel in Williamsville and it was a great experience. It’s close enough to the places that we were visiting and very easy to get to. There’s a lot to do in the area, but unfortunately, the weather was not on our side this time of year. We were there for a concert at the Riviera in North Tonawanda, and visiting friends on Grand Island. The Hilton Tapestry brand is my new favorite. I’ve stayed in three now and all three were memorable. Each one has a unique style and personality. They don’t feel like your typical hotel and they’re not crazy expensive. I think it’s worth it to spend a little bit more for a much better experience. One of the things I like about them the most is the bathrooms. Their bathrooms are spacious and well-designed, with attention to detail in color choices, textures, and overall aesthetic. The ones I have been in feature Grohe fixtures, great lighting, huge mirrors and large countertops. Towels are always abundant and readily available if you ask. The beds are always comfortable and cozy and regular pillow options. Plenty of outlets in the room and the room lighting itself is always perfect. This one has a parking garage attached to it and there is electric vehicle charging available right outside the portico door entrance. If you use it, be sure to plan to move your car as soon as it’s finished because this one will charge you five dollars an hour if you leave it plugged in after your charge is complete We did not have the opportunity to check out the restaurant unfortunately but it looked very nice. There’s plenty of shopping and local restaurants and breakfast places nearby.

The Steele restaurant has good cocktails and appetizers. Emily at the restaurant/bar is so nice and friendly. Try the pineapple upside down cocktail and blue berry lemon drop . The cold cauliflower is so good . The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.
- André (9/5): Comfy stay at Williamsville - Located on a nice street with shops, restaurants and cafés. The room was spacious and clean, with modern installations. The beds were comfortable. Convenient free parking. The staff was nice to us and the hotel provided a crib for our baby. Hotels in the US are expensive, so I wish the rate was a bit cheaper. But when compared to other hotels in Buffalo, the price was fair.

- saralikestravels (10/5): My third stay--and I'll keep coming back! - I love the decor at this modern-feeling hotel. The rooms are spacious, and the mattresses are very comfortable with a soft duvet. It's got an excercise room with a Peloton bike! That was a new one to me and much appreciated. The staff is also helpful, friendly, and kind. They have on-site laundry facilities, too, as well as a swimming pool and a really solid restaurant. Plenty of food options within walking distance, too.

- Z7269YMwilliams (4/5): Not A Great Experience - I usually stay at the Hampton Inn, but I decided to give The Mosey a try. It was a mistake. I arrived in the late afternoon, and Jayden checked me in. From the minute I arrived, he had an arrogance. There was no warm welcome, no mention of my Diamond status. I asked if there were any upgrades available. Before I could hardly finish my sentence, he said we were sold out. I asked why they don't try to preblock their elite members in upgraded room in the morning and not wait till the person arrives. I usually arrive late, so there is usually no chance of getting an upgrade. I was just in Asia and Europe, and every hotel thanked me for being a Diamond. I would say I was upgraded nine out of my ten stays, even though those hotels were sold out. I wonder why it's so hard here in the US to do the same, especially in the lower-brand hotels. The room looked clean on the surface, but the coffee maker was full of dust when the coffee and cups. The headboard had dust all over it. I had a colleague traveling with me who checked in earlier with status, and he was treated the same way, so it wasn't just me. I had been up since 4am PDT and traveled all day. I don't need an attitude when checking in.
