- Emily (10/5): - The staff and service at this property was phenomenal. The breakfast was excellent and well stocked. The pool area was lovely and, when we reported that the towels were low, they were immediately restocked. The only negative is the design of the room. While this was an updated Springhill that included the west elm furniture, the privacy glass barn door is noisy and causes light to pour into the room if someone if in the bathroom. Also, after recently staying at another property that had a standing glass shower, the traditional tub/ shower combo felt outdated (but the water pressure was great none-the-less!). Overall, the property was great and we’ll stay there again if we’re in the area.
- Lynn (4/5): - Although clean the room smelled like a lockeroom or an old gym shoe. This is a facilities issue. Also drain flies and a medium size spider in the bathroom. Overall a very used hotel room that needs a refresh. Will not stay here again.

We weren’t going to eat the morning breakfast but after seeing it, we had to try it. The cook, Faye, sat by us and we told her we may steal her! The breakfast was amazing! Fluffy eggs, perfectly grilled sausage and potatoes. The waffles were amazing as well. If ever we need fo stop in Jackson again, we would definitely stay again!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the entire hotel was extremely clean! The parking was plentiful, well lit, and very safe! The only thing was the shower/tub was a little bit of a fall hazard because there was no grip or traction of any sort. However, everything else was excellent and I would still highly recommend this property to anyone needing a place to stay around Jackson, if I’m ever passing through again I will be staying here!

The legs were just propping up the desk top, so a hazard with young children in our party. Front desk personnel were pleasant and available if help needed

The bathroom had lots of water damage and the door to it! We told the front desk, everything else was great! The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were very spacious! - Angela (8/5): Get rid of the bath doors on the bathroom! - Great hotel in a nice area. Only complaint is..barn doors do not belong on bathroom doors! Had to shove towels in the gap to be able to shower with my 14 year old in the room.
- Brenda (10/5): Awesome stay - Had an awesome experience, hotel is in a great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was great very comfortable and clean. Will definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends whenever they are traveling in the area or just want a nice staycation.
