For cleaners I give 10, for reception 5, for breakfast staff 8 at check out they asked to pay for every water what was in my room with higher price. Its a SCAM! They must inform guest so we could choose to buy water in shops. At check in they asked to pay deposit, but both my banks declined payment because in my both banks this hotel is marked as fraud.

- Celene (7/5): - The hotel's location has a nice view of Macau Tower. It's also near a bus station and a 12-minute walk to Barra LRT station. There are also some restaurants and convenience stores nearby but it's a bit of a walk. There's also a free shuttle that you can ride when going to Senado Square (via Metropole Hotel). While the views are nice, the roads are quite steep and it might be challenging for seniors and PWDs to navigate.

- Andrea (8/5): A great out of town hotel. - Lovely room, decorated in an oriental style with a private balcony. Shuttle bus to and from the town centre, but also within walking distance to the lake & nearby cafes. Buffet style breakfast was efficiently organised, with a good variety of foods. Reception staff were not as friendly as at other hotels in Macau!

We liked the quiet neighbourhood and the 10 minute walk to several restaurants weren't an issue at all. Bathroom is a bit dated and corridors smelled of cigarette smoke. Rooms were fresh though.

- Joanna (7/5): Kamers oké, beperkt ontbijt en ligging net te ver van centrum en openbaar vervoer - Grote kamer en lekkere bedden. Kamers waren schoon. Ontbijt met zeer beperkte keuze, de ligging was net uit het centrum en ook best ver van openbaar vervoer. Personeel sprak zeer matig Engels vloer in hal en ontbihtzaal was erg plakkerig.
