• Sukru Umit (6/5): Beklentiyi düşük tutarsanız kalınır - Asansör yok, bulaşık makinası yok, balkon yok , evde baharatlı bir yemek kokusu var, wc havalandırması yok .Isınma iyi , çarşaf ve havlular beyaz temiz ve yeni , yatak yastık rahat, U3 metro istasyonuna 400 metre heryere bununla ulaşabilirsiniz, başka toplu taşıma aracına yakın değil. Bebek için beşik sağlanıyor, mutfak eşyaları yeterli.
• Devina (8/5): - Apartment was quite close to the city center. Although we found it hard to find at first and needed help from a local. Electric stove had no instructions and it worked differently to the other electric stoves. Communication was terrible since they only respond within working hours and we arrived outside their working hours. Wi-fi is not provided, and i had to wait for them to reply to tell me what the password is for the wi-fi. I really like the bed here though. I find it very comfortable and i slept so well in this apartment.

• Yuko (6/5): - Excellent location. Only 4 mins walk from the nearest underground. Felt slightly unsafe when first arrived but after 2 days, I felt ok to walk about. Overall quiet well equipped but will be more catering friendly if the pots and pans are smaller, so can fit bit on the stove to cook at the same time. Spatula was missing and had informed the owner. Promptly reply from them saying will take into account for future visitors. Bits and bobs maybe updates but overall acceptable. The only main problem is the same as other comments - extremely noisy. I mean, not just noise but extremely unconsidered neighbours who are visitors too. They banged on the wall, slammed the doors, shouting or talking really loud with other visitor from 10pm-2am w their apartment doors opened. To the extent that we were terrified. It is not the owner's fault but very disturbing. Excellent communication w the owner and they said they will give warning to the those residents which they have already moved out after 2 nights. I like the location of the apartment right next to U3 line and supermarkets nearby

• Helene (6/5): - die wohnung war extrem hellhörig. in diesem ausmass noch nie erlebt. konnte die gespräche der nachbarn praktisch verstehen. die haustüre knallte bei jeder benutzung so laut!!!!, dass ich trotz wohnungstüre und geschlossener schlafzimmertüre jedesmal aufwachte. aber auch am tag war es total unangenehm. musste mir oropax besorgen

• Verified traveler (6/5): Overall well, with just a few disturbances - Overall fine apartment. Location and access to transport couldn't be better and the apartment had everything we could have needed, save for a chopping board and an unfortunately cracked mug. However (as mentioned by others) the building is not soundproof at all and the front door to the outside also does not close itself easily nor do you need a special code or key to get into the building so the security doesn't feel entirely up to scratch. In addition we were unfortunately disturbed twice in the morning, once the day after we arrived by a cleaner who thought we should be checking out and who only spoke German, causing an awkward and confusing interaction, but we communicated with the help desk and they replied very quickly and there was no problem after all. We also were woken up at 7:30 one day by building inspectors wanting to see our booking details, which unnerved us a bit. However both these things didn't turn out to be problematic in any way, they just disturbed our peace slightly. Still believe the apartment satisfied our requirements and stay very well.

• Michael (8/5): - The apartment is in an excellent location for those who wish to be outside of the main tourist Old Town, but want to still access it easily. Very close to the U3 subway line, which was very useful. The communication from the CheckVIENNA staff was fantastic. The apartment was spacious but very rough around the edges, with the toilet loose from the floor and the TV having no signal. We were also able to clearly hear the neighbors next door, but this caused us no specific issue. We very much enjoyed our stay.

• Verified traveler (6/5): A budget option that's okay enough - It was fine. It's very much a budget option. If you're on a multicity trip and want to save money in Vienna, this works. It's conveniently close to the U3 line so you can get to all the top sites. But if you're on a trip only to Vienna, treat yourself to something nicer. Too many things that weren't great: The WiFi was spotty and slow and the kitchen is minimal. We never heard trains nearby, so that was not a problem. However, people who stay here can be VERY noisy. (A family left their screaming baby in the hall in its stroller everyday. It was way too loud and made it not relaxing to be here.)

Suelo en mal estado, lavabo pequeño y con malos olores, paredes con manchas muy feas y no teníamos cosas básicas como escoba o una Fregona. Les reclamamos lo del wc por los olores, dijeron que mandarían a alguien y allí no apareció nadie

• Rubinder (10/5): - Very clean apartment. Kitchen had everything, stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, utensils. There was even a washing machine in the apartment. Location was very convenient, only a 5 minute walk to the metro station. Local transit is reliable and connected to all relevant tourist spots. There is also a grocery store right outside this metro station. Overall very pleased. Would definitely recommend.

• Laetitia (8/5): - Appartement agréable avec vue sur Vienne et le château. Pour info, il n’y a pas d’ascenseur et nous étions au 4e étage. La voie ferrée est juste à côté mais on n’entend rien par contre, on entend les voitures et les voisins lorsqu’ils sont là, les murs sont fins. Petit point à savoir, il n’y a pas beaucoup d’accessoires de cuisine : une casserole,une poêle et un faitout. Il y a un four mais il n’y a pas de plat adapté. Il y a le nécessaire pour prendre un thé ou un café. Petit point pour les propriétaires : le placard de l’entrée et la salle de bain auraient besoin d’être améliorés. Par contre, l’appartement est très bien situé,proche du métro et du tramway et des supermarchés.

• Laura (8/5): Comfortable - Very nice little apartment. The fact that the toilet was in a separate room and on the other side of the apartment from the sink/shower was a bit annoying. They desperately need to provide better towels (larger, a couple extra, etc). Decent area and easy access to good food, some of the sights and the train station/car rental.

Es hat kein Waschmittel fur Geschirr ausser 3 Tabletten für Geschirr spülen. Das reicht nicht. Alte Geschirr waren nicht sauber. WC ist alt Model und zu gering Platz. Nicht geeignet für große Leute. Sehr laut im Nacht und kam von obere Etage viel laufen Geräusche. Bett ist gut und sauber gehalten. Ist geeignet nur für Personen und nicht mehr.

• SHILPA (8/5): - This property is close to the metro station (U3 Johnstraße )and also this place is one bus stop (10A) to schronbrunn palace. So the place is very centrally located. The only thing I did not like is that our flat was facing the road. So lot of road noise and flat is facing the rail tracks too. But overall it was a good stay. We took 7 day pass to travel every where.

Für ein paar Tage völlig ausreichend.Die Therme war defekt, ein kurzer Anruf und das Problem wurde sofort von einem Techniker behoben, großes Lob.

Bon point , WC séparés.Petit bémol sur les ustensiles de cuisine mis à disposition pour cuisiner, pas de poêle, ni égouttoir. Les casseroles auraient pu être plus propres. Assez bruyant au niveau des autres locataires surtout le week-end, mais quartier résidentiel calme.Globalement satisfaisant

• Ulrike (8/5): - Die Wohnung war sehr groß und gut eingerichtet. Die Küche hatte eine sehr gute Einrichtung mit Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Allgemein ist die Wohnung etwas abgelenkt (Defekte Fens, Jalousien und Heizkörper), aber alles sehr sauber. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist somit völlig in Ordnung.

Lenzuola letto prima camera sporche e con residui di peli. Da dimenticare... ancora in attesa di risposta per rimborso visto che uno della comitiva non ha voluto alloggiare per le condizioni scandalose di pulizia.

(2/5): Too loud with so much traffic, you can’t sleep - This location is industrial, there is a train storage across the heavy traffic street, and on the other side there is a homedepot like store. Parking is bad, loud location, no living room. It is a 1 bedroom unit but they advertise as 2 bedrooms. They put a couch in the bedroom and call it living room space. Too expensive for an industrial location. Pros. Close to grocery store, 10 minute walk to tram transportation, walk-in distance to castle, zoo and park. Pictures in description are not accurate, they have a photo of the palace not the industrial type it is located at.

• CLAYTON (4/5): Value for the Price- understand what is there. - Check Vienna management team is very helpful and kind German and English language- understand these are 100 year old building (apartments updated) in real Europe ( not fancy downtown ) - most buildings without a lift or elevator. Internet is good and provided free - parking is on the street - but normally no spaces and most districts a no parking zone a police are efficient and will give you a US$ 40.00 ticket by the end of the day - 2 tickets and the car is booted and locked - Promise. or Public Parking 1-3 KLM away. Check Vienna is a facility management team not a 24 hour hotel service and most of the time you need to check yourself in with a key code to unlock ( CV provided by the phone ) - to use to unlock the key for the apartment and be prepared to walk up-to 4 flight of concrete stairs- you need to look our on the prices for US$ or EUROS ( 30% difference ). CV will charge you EURO. Value for the price and you will get that you pay for - in general CV they are nice and helpful people. Vienna has great city transportation a local affordable groceries nearby ( Aldi/Hoffer, Spar).
• Verified traveler (4/5): Vienna - NO PARKING and it will cost you a bunch. - Check Vienna is not a "hotel" this is a management team over old European buildings ( clean and updated ) and works with you over the phone. but be aware of what is not there - this is old Europe . I have lived and worked within a Check Vienna hotel unit in Vienna for over one month. When you arrive - chances are they will be busy short handed not be there to help you in, you have to call and try yourself (to find the apartment and use the combination to unlock the apartment key). Vienna like most most of Europe has no parking - Vienna like Geneva, Zurich etc, for the entire apartment / hotel area (unless indicated) has no outside parking - but they do have expert police to stop by and give you a ticket (US$ 45.00) after 2 tickets they will block your wheels and you will have to walk or taxi ( US$ 40.00+ round trip ) to pay at the police station - we experienced over US$200 in ticket costs- or park in a public parking area about 1-3 KLM away for US$11+ per day. Further - unless you are a resident NO annual parking - so good luck. FURTHER with old European buildings NO lift or elevator (unless you are lucky and maybe can get one) - so be prepared to walk up and down up to 4 floors of concrete steps - so if you are not used to walking steps, have bad knees or other problems I do not advise unless it is specific to stating clearly a "lift" chances are - NO. - you will get what you pay for.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Convenient Apartment - Comfortable Apartment in a good location near to Johnstrasse Metro station. Reasonably well equipped including washing machine. Our only problem was that we couldn't get the wifi to work. We reported this and we understand this was finally rectified after we had left (we were only staying three nights). • Clayton - Spartacus GRP (8/5): Clayton - Spartacus GRP - Chicago - Check Vienna are professional and courteous people. This is not a Hotel with a front desk but a local management group of clean, updated, modern-remodeled apartments in older European solid buildings, some dating back to WW1. This gives you the true European Experience - yet clean and upto date. You must do your home work - the is Europe, most buildings without elevator lifts or lower level parking. ALSO get a Garmin updated with the Europe maps ( only in Europe ) or you will get lost - i promise. In general Vienna has a wonderful and safe public transportation system - you can stay within 1 KLM of the Austrian Palace and downtown with buildings and architecture beyond belief. Vienna has over 100 Historic Museums as this city was not touched by WW2 - this is the home of Mozart and Bach.. Amenities for food and groceries easy and many restaurants - if your search - you can get the original Vienna foot long sausage dog near the main train station. Check Vienna Staff is good with English and German no worries - need anything just a phone call away - so if you are on a budget and do your homework - Check Vienna is a positive choice the get tour an enjoy Vienna the crown jewel of Europe. I am from Chicago so you will feel at home pretty quick - I Promise - that is my experience.
• Clayton - Spartacus GRP (8/5): Clayton - Spartacus GRP - Stay in Vienna - Check Vienna is a very good group of people to work with - multi-language so English and German has no issues. You need to understand this is not a hotel but a local management company with updated and clean remodeled units in 100 year buildings ( Solid and quiet ) - most buildings as in Vienna and Europe to not assume they have elevator - unless stated - they do not so be aware. Also make sure to ask for a lower floor if climbing steps is a problem , Internet and cable is good. Maintenance staff gets in fixes quickly. - Vienna there is no other city like this with great public transportation. Remember - this is down town Europe little to no parking at these older units unless specified - if you know this going in - you will enjoy the stay with good amenities and kind people and get a Garmin updated with maps of Europe it will make life much easier to enjoy your stay.
• UK Sisters (8/5): Close to Schnbrunn Palace and links to City Centre - Basic, but adequate flat without a lift. Room was on the 3rd (4th for US) floor with one double bed and one single (was the sofa/couch) in the main room. Shower room was through the kitchen and toilet was in separate room off entry. Convenient to underground transportation into city centre and within a mile of the Palace. Reasonably priced, but appeared to be a sub-let flat since someone had to meet us with the keys. There was no 'front desk' or management to reach on-site. Beds were fine.
• Dianne (8/5): Great value in Vienna - Great value, clean hotel and everything you need in an apartment. Had issues with washing machine but company came right away to fix it. We would definitely stay again. Convenient location. Very efficient apartment. Lots of room for 3 people. Thank you very much. We enjoyed our stay and thank you for access to washing clothes. We would recommend this apartment to our friends and family.
• Chris Potts (10/5): Great hotel poor info - The hotel directions are vague. Basically the company own apartments in a corner block. We stayed in Flat 3 at 86 Felberstrasse One. Others with us stayed in Flat 1at 1 Krollestrasse the adjacent street. When you arrive go into the relevant door by pressing Properitie, and there is a key box next to the door. Put in the code and access the keys. Ring the contact and he will arrive and take the money, he accepts cards. Flat was clean and well equipped, the U3 train is at the top of Krollegasse with convenience stores and a Chinese next to it both pretty good. The area is run down and has gentlemens clubs but we had no issues. Take ear plugs as the flats can be noisy. Access to Vienna is quick and cheap €15.80 buys you a train ticket for the week from any tabac, called a wollecheck.
• AR (4/5): Sketchy! - Was not happy with this apartment at all. BEWARE, this is NOT A HOTEL. This is an apartment in a complex managed by a group. We did not get a confirmation email and were standing outside the apartment wondering what to do. We had to call and after a few exchanges, finally got into the apartment. The place was dirty. The kitchen was sparsely furnished. We repeatedly requested a cleanup of the place and it wasn't honored. I would NOT recommend this place AT ALL!
• EMack (10/5): Comfortable Apartment - It was a nice change to stay in an apartment as opposed to a hotel. Kitchen came fully stocked with pots and pans as well as a microwave and coffee maker which made mornings much easier. Ended up staying at the Felberstrasse location which had an amazing view of the summer palace but was about 15 minutes from Stephenspltaz (though only a short walk to the metro). Linens and towels all provided as well as wifi and tv. Overall great stay and would recommend to small groups traveling together.
