- Rose (4/5): - Messed my reservations up and then increased the cost, took 2 hrs to get corrected. Room too cold upon entering then started smelling like mold when I turned to A/C off. Staff ignored me at first and threatened to cancel completely when the mistake was theirs. I will not stay at that place again.
- Pam (6/5): - Still currently here. Lots of luggage to unload from the car and the one and only rolling rack has a wheel broken off. Weird smell in hallways and room. Decent room, spacious. With all the hotels around to choose from it would be nice if this one offered breakfast as well.

We were going to graduation he gave us a umbrella I forgot how unpredictable the weather was in West Texas. THANK YOU JAMES we sure needed standing in line to get in!! It was a eventful weekend he handle ALL events with grace, quick thinking, 1st fire alarm went off 1st night I personally thought we are having a tornado. : ( 2nd night we a thunderstorm knock out electricity he gave us a flashlight. So, Mr. James THANK YOU for your kindness, quick thinking , we greatly appreciated it!!!. I was disappointed that the swimming pool/hot tub were closed due to remodeling . 3rd parties need to inform people that's basically why we booked there the hot tub. In West Texas heat you need a swimming pool.

- Roland (9/5): Great Value Near Monahans Sandhills - Excellent value for the price. It’s really close to Monahans Sandhills State Park, which was perfect for us. They allow free use of laundry facilities—bring your own detergent, of course—and that was a huge bonus! Having our own kitchen was awesome too. The staff was incredibly friendly. Nothing major to complain about.

The only challenge I faced involved the fact that the TV's directory (within the TV itself, not just some printed guide) did not correspond to the channels; it made finding my news channels a bit challenging.
- Saul (2/5): - Worst experience ever at a hotel. Was awakened by someone trying to jerk our hotel room door open! Front desk said it was maintenance, although we never requested maintenance. Usually people knock like normal adults. Safety side doors were propped open with rocks by hotel. Kids looked forward to swimming and of course pool was closed. Front desk was horrible, got the number to the manager who of course “won’t be in until Tuesday “.

The laundromat inside the hotel is free and that's a plus as well I was not informed at checkin that they only service my room once a week. Communication is preferred.

The bed was comfortable and there was even a large desk, desk chair and a comfortable recliner. It was just what we needed after a day of driving.

Massive dirt piled up in the corners of the bathroom, and in the kitchen. I felt dirty even after showering. Shower drain not even attached to the floor. Toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. It was just gross.

- Joe (4/5): - My teenage kids had to sleep on the floor. I specifically reserved a suite.1 king with a living room area that has the sofa bed but only got a king suite. No sofa. Just a recliner. The receptionist told me that they were sold out and when i told her that i reserved it, she said when you book third party, you don't get what you want. You get what's left. So what's the point of reserving with Expedia. If you don't get the room THAT YOU NEED!!! That was the whole point of reserving at this hotel. Was the 1 bedroom suite. I needed a sofa bed and my privacy from teenage kids. And i didn't go to sleep until 1130 because the kids upstairs didn't stop running their marathon up there until that time. Smh. Talk about paper thin walls and floors!!
