• Marcel (8/5): B hotel bali en spa - Nette ruime kamer op de BG. Mooi zwembad en het zit dicht bij een mall (200 mtr) waar ze ook een achtbaan hebben. In de mall veel zaken om te eten. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en goed. We zijn er maar een nacht gebleven omdat we op doorreis waren.

• Urmila Amaranti (9/5): - Lokasi strategis, dekat ke airport dan restaurant, banyak space parkir mobil. Penanda arah kiblat salah arah. Kami sudah pernah 2 x menginap disini dan semua kamar kami tidak ada yg benar. Jadi para tamu pakai aplikasi saja untuk menentukan arah kiblat.

• Renate (5/5): Middelmatig - Het bed was fijn, het zwembad was lekker. Kamer, met name badkamer erg klein en hal sfeerloos. Ik had dit hotel geboekt mede vanwege de aanwezigheid van een gym, ik dacht ook dat ik ontbijt bij mijn verblijf had geboekt. Ik bleek geen ontbijt te hebben geboekt en kreeg te horen dat de gym nog niet klaar was. Toen ik daarover mijn teleurstelling uitte werd gezegd dat ik nog gebeld zou worden op mijn kamer om te kijken naar mogelijkheden voor de afwezigheid van de gym. Ik werd niet gebeld, het was leuk geweest als ze een ontbijt hadden aangeboden ter compensatie van het missen van de gym, maar dat gebeurde helaas niet.

• Libby (4/5): Thankful it was only for one night don’t think I could have handled not sleeping for more then one night. - The open foyer & dinning Thin walls you could hear people talking walking pass the room also as was close to foyer to elevated noisy plus it rained and could hear staff mopping the water. The aircon fans from the next door hotel kept me up most of the night.
• Amanda (5/5): Okay for the money - Okay for the money. My flight arrived in the middle of the night so this was an easy to get to place to get a few hours of sleep before moving to Ubud. Staff were friendly Room run down and the whole place felt deserted, I didn't see a single other person even on my departure day. Odd location, difficult to walk anywhere from there as near large roads. Electricity didn't work in my room when I arrived, had to call a technician to come fix the card slot. Seems this is a common problem as he knew immediately exactly what to do

• Linda (10/5): - Alles! We waren hier al eerder geweest en dat beviel zo goed dat we nog een keer zijn geweest. Het personeel is zeer behulpzaam. Eten is prima, ontbijtbuffet erg uitgebreid. Goede bedden en heerlijke douche. Het hotel ligt in de buurt van het vliegveld maar geluidsoverlast hebben wij niet gehad. Kortom een aanrader! Niets!

• Manjit Singh (7/5): Lovely hotel with spacious rooms. Good location as only 15 min away from the hotel. - Location and cleanliness We didn’t get much time to stay. It was just a transit visit.
• Suzahn (7/5): A comfortable and convenient stay with welcoming staff and only minor areas for improvement. - It was a convenient and comfortable place to stay after a long flight. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always willing to assist. Breakfast was generous and full of flavour, and the rooms were quiet and comfortable, providing a restful night’s sleep. The gym was quite small and felt stuffy. Some of the in-room amenities could use better maintenance, as one of the bathroom cupboards was broken. However, these minor issues did not significantly affect our stay.

• Lance (6/5): Short & sweet - The staff tried to be helpful. The hotel is large and plenty of parking in a good location for the leisure park close by. Good pool. The breakfast was terrible, very poor quality food and the egg chef didn't have a clue . Not trained to even cook an egg! I think it is geared up for Asian market not western foods. It seems that the hotel was built some time ago and has had a quick coat of paint but is failing in finish a bit tired. Okay for a one night stay for the airport.

• Helena (10/5): Dreitägiger Aufenthalt vor unserem Rückflug - Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im b Hotel Bali & Spa sehr genossen. Es war der perfekte Ort, um nach einer längeren Reise zu entspannen und „anzukommen“. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und ausreichend. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider gab es einen medizinischen Zwischenfall während unseres Aufenthaltes, wobei das Personal sehr emphatisch und unterstützend gehandelt hat. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und ruhig. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
