• Wallbanks (9/5): - The location was great - peacefully located but within 5 mins of the beach, cafes, restaurants and bars and a supermarket where you could also buy bus tickets. Our favourite restaurant was Gorgona. Also 5 mins from bus stop at the beach and small harbour.There was a lovely pool and a snack bar which also served breakfast wanted. Our ground floor studio apartment was very basic but good value for the price and had it's own outdoor sitting area (see photo) with pool view. I believe there are other refurbished apartments. It was okay for us but I think some people might find this studio apartment too basic ( eg the shower facilities).
• Patry-Hérard (9/5): J’y retournerais sans hésiter - La propriétaire est très attentionnée et a répondu rapidement à nos demandes. Chambre au 2 ieme avec terrasse et vue incroyable. Ménage fait à tous les jours. Les installations extérieurs et la piscine sont superbes, l’hôtel est à quelques pas de la plage et des restos. Manque de rangement malheureusement :/ J’ajouterais crochets et tablettes. Salles de bain très petite donc plus difficile si vous êtes plusieurs mais tout de même très fonctionnel pour un court séjour.
• Sean (10/5): One of our favs! - We stay with Something Else every year, and it has always been a wonderful experience. Super clean and safe, and great location too. Pool is fantastic! There was a slight issue with the plumbing but that can happen anywhere, and was resolved super quickly!

Very friendly/welcoming owner, rooms cleaned and towels refreshed every day. We had a wonderful stay at Something Else Hotel We would have benefited from a shelve in the wardrobe areas to lay some folded clothes. Also a towel rack by the sink would have been useful. Minor details that didn't impede in anyway in our amazing stay!

Cleaning service every day, with towels etc. renewed every day, if needed. The shower head was not attached to the wall, which made showering more awkward. Maybe the small bathtub should be replaced with a shower tray.

• Marcel (8/5): Fräscht och fint rum. Familjevänligt - Det var ett fräscht rum, vi hade massionette med bubbelpool på övre balkongen. Bra med yta, och städningen va väldigt bra. Poolen va ren och fräsch och personalen va väldigt trevlig och tillmötesgående. Vi var där med två barn. Och om vinintresserade badade i poolen så låg stranden max 200m därifrån, och går du i ca 5-10min så har du en fantastisk strand precis bredvid. Mataffärer och restauranger i väldigt nära anslutning.

• Kathryn (9/5): - The pool is lovely and the location is great - easy walking distance to the beach & places to eat. Room sizes are generous. The woman on reception was very helpful and friendly. Two of the three chairs on the balcony were cracked and in general the fixtures & fittings were in need of repair/replacement. Some rooms had been refurbished though, so they are probably working their way round them. For the great price we paid, we weren't overly bothered by a bit of wear & tear.

My only complaint is it is very noisy during the night since it is close to the road and people in the area where loud until very late.

Je recommande cet établissement bon rapport qualité prix pour un deux étoiles La salle de bain est un peu vétuste mais pour des séjour de quelques jours et pour un hôtel deux étoiles elle fait l’affaire.
• Tristán (9/5): Buen sitio al lado de la playa - La ubicación al lado de la playa y con todos los servicios es perfecta para descansar. Si tienes coche de alquiler tiene un parking perfecto para aparcar y la piscina estaba genial, con tumbonas muy cómodas y sombrillas y accesorios para que jueguen los niños. El baño y la ducha demasiado pegados y al no tener mampara ( como casi todos los sitios en los que hemos estado en Grecia) el agua se sale por todas partes. Había que tener mucho cuidado con las duchas.

• marie (9/5): Great pool area and close to beach. - The studio suite was very good. Pool was excellent. Breakfast was ok but not many different choices. Our studio had a bedroom and another bathroom upstairs. It was very difficult getting up and down the stairs as I’m 65. Next time I’d probably ask for a downstairs room. We also had to carry our large suitcases up the stairs on our arrival.

• Αγλαΐα (9/5): Εξαιρετική - Η καθαριότητα (αλλαγή πετσετων, καθάρισμα μπάνιου) ήταν καθημερινή. Εύκολη προσβαση με τα ποδια στην υπέροχη παραλια της Αγίας Άννας, πολυ κοντά σε μίνι μάρκετ και στάση λεωφορείου. Ωραίος εξωτερικός χώρος με πισινα. Ιδανικό και για οικογένειες!! Μικρή ντουλάπα ρούχων

• Annie (5/5): - The pool Attention to detail. Room required maintenance repairs. Eg. loose bathroom basin and very loose toilet seat. Clean linen on bed was damp, no mattress or pillow protectors. Only 2 pillows supplied for double bed.
• Tino (8/5): Heerlijk , super relaxed verblijf gehad ! - Perfecte locatie in dorp , dicht bij de "drukte" maar toch rustig gelegen. Mooi zwembad met voldoende bedjes. Wij zaten in een gerenoveerde (witte) kamer die prima voldeed, 2 badkamers, 2 balkons , klein koelkastje, Nespresso apparaat. Elke dag schoonmaak met nieuwe handdoeken etc. Wij hadden ontbijt erbij welke prima was, simpel maar goed . (prijs was ook niet hoog). Voor 2.30E enkele reis pp kan je de bus naar Naxos stad pakken dat ongeveer 20-25 min duurt. Niet heel storend maar persoonlijk vindt ik het altijd fijn als je via de accommodatie een pickup-up kan regelen als je aankomt en bijvoorbeeld een huurauto te regelen die ze dan bij de accommodatie komen afleveren. Reguliere taxi van haven was 25 euro, huurauto gehuurd bij Summer Cars , prima auto en gebracht en gehaald bij accommodatie.

• Kyriakopoulos (8/5): Quiet little Oasis in Naxos - The facilities were great and the pool was amazing. Close to all units and even though some units need to upgraded, the owners are slowly upgrading them which in a few years will be a great property to stay. Also a very short walk to the beach, cafes and supermarket. Some outdated units needed to be upgraded and the WiFi was not the best in the units. I recommend going to their cafe at the front.

Ankom sent på aftenen, men ingen problemer med check-in. Simpelt og slidt værelse (104). Aircondition virkede ikke særligt godt. Vi var 3 i værelset, men der var kun lagt håndklæder til 2 personer. Og håndklæderne var fugtige/våde, og gjorde at sengelagnet også blev fugtigt. Håndbruseren kunne ikke sættes fast på væggen, så vanskeligt at tage bad. Måske vi bare var uheldig med værelset?

Elke ochtend werden we gebroken wakker. De badkamer was toe aan vervanging: zelfs de klep van de wc bleef niet open staan. Na het douchen was alles nat.

Other apartments seemed to be at a higher standard after what looked like a refurb. There is a bar restaurant on site which is pretty good. They showed some international football. Owner was really helpful during our 4 nights. Room cleaned daily. A/C directly over bed was not ideal during the night! We had the budget studio which was not modernised in kitchen or bathroom area. The loo seat would not stay up!

• Caroline (10/5): Fabulous hotel, stunning pool area! - We loved our 5nights at Something Else hotel. The staff were all so friendly and helpful and very welcoming. We had one of the budget studios, which had a lovely private seating area which overlooked the pool and well maintained gardens. The room studio was clean with a small kitchen area with table, fridge and cooking facilities. The pool area was fantastic, the pool was so clear and clean with plenty of comfortable sunbeds with umbrellas. The hotel is a short walk to the beach, with loads of great places to eat and drink nearby, as well as a number of supermarkets. The bus to and from Naxos is a short 5min walk away. We also picked up an Island day trip from outside Margaritis supermarket, as well as a fabulous boat day trip to Rina Cave & Koufonisia island from the little marina a short walk away. We loved our stay here, and would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were small, with no space for furniture, other than the beds. Lack of dressers or even shelves in bedrooms and in the bathroom to unpack some items onto.
• giorgos (10/5): Ευχαριστούμε για όλα και τα λέμε του χρόνου!!! - Πολύ όμορφο ξενοδοχείο, πεντακάθαρο σε ωραία και βολική τοποθεσία,άνετα δωμάτια και ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό.Ηταν πολύ όμορφη εμπειρία και ένα υπέροχο πενθήμερο Ήταν όλα πολύ καλά ,αλλά αν έβρισκα κάτινα πω θα ήταν λίγο πλουσιότερο πρωινό (η τιμή του ήταν λογικοτατη)και αν υπήρχε δυνατότητα μεταφοράς από και προς το λιμάνι.......

• Ellie (10/5): Spotlessly clean accommodation with the comfiest beds. Basic, but everything you need for a perfect holiday break in Agi - The most comfy bed I’ve ever slept in! Nothing! Everything about Something Else was great.
• NIKOLAOS (7/5): - The swimming pool they changed towels and sheets Basic facilities in the room small wardrobe and poor quality drawers Dirty kitchen with few kitchen items. Not even a bottle of water. No coffee. Basic breakfast
• Meaghan (4/5): - The only good thing about the hotel was the pool and staff. Our room was very old and run down. The AC had a smell, the shower was barely functioning, and the fridge was not even working. There was also some sort of booking issue that meant they had to move us to their sister hotel for our 2nd night. The owner however was very kind, helpful and accommodating. The area is very convenient with many restaurants close, the beach a 5 min walk away, and a few markets close by.

• kristi (10/5): - Ihana allasalue, lähellä rantaa noin 100m, puhdas, perus aamiainen ( kananmunia, vesimelonia), ystävällinen henkilökunta ja avulias. Ihan mukava sänky ja tyynyt

• Matteo (7/5): - Molto gentile lo staff sempre disponibili per ogni richiesta, La posizione fantastica la piscina veramente molto bella, anche l'atmosfera molto tranquilla dell' hotel ci è piaciuta. il bagno era molto piccolo mancava una tenda per farsi la doccia che era microscopica , anche la cucina mancava di utensili e di un piano di cottura .

• Richard (8/5): - Läget nära till allt och ett jätte fint poolområde. Bad rummet var en katastrof inget draperi ingen kant i duschen nästan så vatten fulla badrummet när man duschar. Inte kul.
