- Marek (2/5): Špinavý, zatuchlý pokoj - Milý personál. Ubytovali jsme se zde před rokem a byli jsme spokojeni, proto jsme toto ubytování zvolili znovu, bohužel už bych tak nikdy znovu neudělal! Náš pokoj byl v 7. patře a byl v hrozném stavu. Už při vstupu pokoj extrémně zapáchal zatuchle a byla v něm obrovská vlhkost. Stěny byly opadané a špinavé. Na skříni vedle postele byly obrovské chuchvalce prachu a opadaná omítka (tohle není sakra normální). Celkově na co jsme sáhli, to se rozpadalo. Jako třešnička na dortu nám v koupelně skoro netekla teplá voda a když ano, tak s extrémně malým tlakem, že byste si s tím neumyli ani ruce. Za tuto cenu už bych tento hotel nikdy v životě nenavštívil a jsem rád, že jsem zde zůstal maximálně jednu noc a ne déle.

Breakfast was delicious and abundant. We especially enjoyed the location near the train street cafe. Unfortunately, the train wasn’t working due to repairs but the location was with walking distance of most most attractions.

Change EUR, réservations de tours. - Les petits déjeuners à volonté étaient plutôt copieux, assez diversifiés (fruits frais, thés et cafés, plats chauds vietnamiens, les œufs selon notre demande) et adaptés à nos palais occidentaux, dans une ambiance conviviale et souriante. Le personnel de cuisine était aux petits soins, s'adaptant à nos demandes particulières. A l'arrivée la première nuit, nous avions une chambre aveugle (comme mentionné dans Booking). Puis nous avons pu déménager dès qu'une chambre avec fenêtre s'est libérée. Nous avons fait plusieurs passages à HanoÏ lors de visites dans le Nord (Sa Pa, Halong, .)..et chaque fois nous sommes repassés par le Spoon Hôtel. Il faut dire que la gérante des lieux est une personne remarquable, nous préparant nos visites dans le Nord, nos réservations de train pour Hué,....) avec patience, rapidité, efficacité, professionnalisme...et le sourire qui accompagne ces qualités. Petites attentions délicates de Mme Taho : offrande d'un châle en soie, des bonbons au gingembre pour calmer la gorge d'Odette, une boite repas/diner avant de prendre le train).

- Devon (9/5): Amazing staff and location. - The staff are amazing! They helped with everything from my phone to money exchange and booking tours! Truly a one stop fantastic experience! The location in old quarter is perfect for walking and exploring, even though you are downtown the room is quiet and the bed is comfortable, hot water and a mini fridge. Breakfast has a nice variety from cooked eggs to fruit and toast. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Only thing I didn't like and it was minor but after a certain time, not sure what time but I got back around 130 or 2 am and the door was locked with a note to call or text on WhatsApp. I sent a text and then another guest called to be let in. It was quick, 10 to 15 minutes after I text and a few minutes after they called but again minor detail to all the benefits.

Das Personal ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Cash only, aber dafür werden auch Euros und US Dollar zum fairen Kurs akzeptiert. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist bodenständig und wird a la carte frisch ergänzt. Kaffee und Tee stehen im Zimmer bereit. Später Check out wurde ermöglicht. Der Taxiservice ist schnell und preiswert.

Rien à dire, il est très bien placé, juste à côté de la rue du Train. L'hôtesse d'accueil s'occupe de tout des réservations de train, bus spectacle.. Parfait. Rien à signaler. 🙏

La chambre est bien, propre, équipée, le petit déjeuner est bon (avec du choix), service de lessive à un bon prix, et surtout, Thao à l'accueil est exceptionnelle ! Tellement gentille, elle a tout fait pour m'aider, m'arranger, me conseiller, avec le sourire 😉 merci infiniment à elle ! Je recommande ..

- Jurgita (6/5): Good for short stay - The staff at Spoon Hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, making our short stay comfortable. Their attentiveness really stood out and made a positive impression. The hotel itself is quite outdated, with a noticeable dampness smell in the rooms. It’s okay for one night, but we wouldn’t recommend staying here for longer.

- Ferro (8/5): Bom! - Localização. Destaque para panqueca de banana feita na hora no café da manhã. Horário do café (a partir das 06h), o que é bom para quem tem passeio cedo. Fechamos o passeio de Ninh Binh com próprio hotel o que foi bem comodo. Funcionária não muito bem humorada durante check in. Usamos o serviço de lavanderia do hotel, o que foi razoável.

Breakfast was good with oprions for a fresh cooked main. Location was excellent across from train street and easy walk to Hoan Kiem lake. So many good restaurants and bars close to the hotel. 100 percent recommend this hotel. Nothing do dislike here at all

- Rachel (9/5): Aanrader - Prima hotel op een perfecte locatie naast trainstreet. Hier heb je overigens geen last van. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam en regelde alles voor ons. Bij het ontbijt had je diverse keuzes welke direct vers klaargemaakt werden. Geweldige prijs-kwaliteit.

Tolle Betreuung! - Tolle Lage direkt an der Trainstreet, sehr gutes Frühstück (unbedingt die Banana-Pancakes probieren) und Phuc war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit!! Leider viele kleine Tierchen im Zimmer und Bett. Phuc war aber so nett und hat noch in der Nacht das Bett frisch bezogen!!

- Doris (7/5): Sein Geld wert - Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Train Street, sehr zentral gelegen.
- Pierre (6/5): Personnel adorable, mais hôtel vieillissant, qui mériterait un bon coup de peinture - La réceptionniste était extrêmement gentille et attentionné, et le petit déjeuner était bon. L’emplacement est également parfait, à deux pas de la rue du train, du lac, de la vieille ville. Les chambres sont vieillotes, avec des traces d’humidités mal décorées quand elles sont decorees, et surtout extrêmement bruyantes : nous étions en 703, au dessus de l’évacuation des climatiseurs qui soufflaient jour et nuit. De même, le passage du train, bien que typique, fait presque trembler les murs.

Miła obsługa Pokój bez okna, cienkie ściany, cienkie drzwi, nie da się spać jak ktoś w pokoju obok rozmawia. W łazience brudno, kabina prysznicowa odsunięta od ściany, gdzie ciągle wpada woda i rozwija się grzyb.

L’hôtel est idéalement bien placé à côté de la rue du train et non loin du centre. Je recommande cet hôtel et n’hésiterai pas à y séjourner à nouveau.

- Maria Luisa (7/5): - Tiene muy buena ubicación y se puede ir caminando a todos los sitios del centro de Hanoi sin problema. El personal es muy atento. El desayuno está muy bueno. La habitación que nos asignaron no sé parecía mucho a la de las fotos.... Una ventana muy pequeña en lo alto de la pared que además daba a un pasillo interior... Sensación un poco claustrofobica. Además hay bastante humedad en la habitación (pequeña y sin ventilación a penas...) Solo estuvimos una noche.

- Hamdan (9/5): A great day in Spoon Hotel - The counter service is superb. Both of the receptionists are exceptional. They tried everything they could to accommodate our request. They even kept our belongings after we left the hotel in a hurry. My friends and I surely will stay in this hotel again should we come to Hanoi. The location is very strategic. It is close to almost every attraction available in Hanoi. I am not sure. Everything suits me well.

The bed was extremely comfortable, I slept so well. The balcony was spacious with lovely views of the Old Quarter.The breakfast was enjoyable too. N/A

- philippe (10/5): - L hôtel est dans le vieux quartier en face du passage du fameux train, notre chambre au 5ème étage permettait d atténuer le bruit typique. Chambre de 25 m2 avec balcon et clim, personnel aux petits soins, et la réceptionniste est très agréable et le portier nous a aidé à mettre les affaires dans le grab Bruit de hanoi mais l hôtel n y est pour rien

- Audrey (6/5): Séjour correct - Son emplacement central est parfait pour sillonner la vielle ville à pied et voir les principales attractions! Literie confortable. Tout le nécessaire dans la chambre. Personnel très accueillant et souriant. Petit déjeuner très correct. Pour le même prix, il y a moyen de trouver mieux dans le quartier. La propreté est limite : chambre remplie d'humidité et moisie au niveau du plafond et dans la salle de bain. Le sol était tellement imbibé que le simple fait de marcher faisait ressortir de l'eau du lino!! Odeur d'humidité. Assez bruyant, de par son emplacement (mais en connaissance de cause lors de la réservation puisque la chambre donnait sur la Train Street)

La chica de recepción un encanto, nos ayudó muchisimo a organizar tours, aconsejarnos cajeros, donde comer… Siempre nos respondió por Whatsapp, sin ella no nos hubieramos podido organizar tan bien! - David (9/5): Great location and super friendly staff! - Very cozy hotel with a great location in Hanoi’s old quarter. The kindness and helpfulness of the staff really sets it apart. They took the best care of us from start to finish. Would warmly recommend and book again! The room is quite small and the bathroom facilities a little dated but everything worked just fine!
