- Rosalind (9/5): -
- Roxana (8/5): Very much enjoyed it - Lovely location - Kirsten at the front desk saved the day by finding an important package that was somehow lost for a day
Breakfast was amazing. No complaints- the rooms seemed a bit more dated than the rest of the modern building but it was quiet, clean and comfortable
- Georgie (10/5): Amazing, clean and enjoyable. - The Signature Suite was amazing and great value for money. Great night for my partners birthday loved the terrace, free snacks, beverages & necessities. I want to stay again for sure! N/A
- Richard (10/5): Lovely rooms, staff, and location. Who could ask for more? - We payed for breakfast but wasn't able to eat it, as we were both suffering from gastric distress before we arrived at the hotel.
- Anusha (9/5): - A very comfortable sleep
- Trevor (10/5): -
- Clark (8/5): -
- Knowles (9/5): One of the best hotel stays in a very long time. - Staff and service were exceptional. Whoever is running the hotel and setting these standards is absolutely nailing it.
Friendly, knowledgable, kind.
Rooms were very comfy
Dinner was delicious at Bramleys Only things to improve may be including a fridge in rooms
- Louise (8/5): would stay again in a heartbeat but definitely make other dinner arrangements - very clean, comfortable, excellent I had room service and I thought it was very overpriced for what it was and the food wasn’t at all nice.
- Michelle (9/5): -
- Jodie (10/5): Perfect night away - Perfect stay! So happy such a nice, comfortable and clean hotel was dog and child friendly for us. We had a lovely stay Nothing
- Heather (10/5): - Clean and comfy room. Easy check in and helpful staff.
- S. Irmak (8/5): Teşekkür ederim. - Çalışanları, yeri, restaurantı çok başarılı Odalardaki halılar daha temiz olabilir. Bir de her odaya su konmalı. Bazı odalara koymuyorlar

- Robert (10/5): Excellent - All of it Nothing
- Janice (10/5): -
- Gail (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel's prime location, modern facilities, and exceptional staff contributed to a highly satisfying stay. My room was exceptionally comfortable, and the bed provided an outstanding experience. Additionally, the availability of electric vehicle charging stations with a straightforward setup was a convenient amenity. Leaving the hotel

- Pickard (10/5): Comfortable stay in a great setting for visits to Nottingham University facilities and events. - Very comfortable clean room. Great comfortable public areas. Delicious breakfast with lots of choice. The completed check in through online text message request had not been inputted into the hotel receptions computer so check in details had to be re-entered on arrival. Why have that system on offer when it clearly doesn't work!
Did not like the offer of room key by app message that kept appearing by text after booking. A good old key card is still valuable to us and possibly more reliable so we are glad that option was still available.

- Elisabeth (8/5): Perfect - Location Price
- Alison (10/5): -
- Neil (10/5): Excellent stay - Nearby to venue for an event
- Peter (9/5): Excellent hotel design, great staff and beautiful setting - Nice modernist architecture and - if you have business on campus - a great central location within University Park, a lovely green campus Was hoping to book a swim at the nearby David Ross Sports Village but all slots were already booked when I arrived (at the earliest possible check-in time).
- louise (10/5): Great overnight stay to see the sights of Nottingham - The place was new fresh and modern We couldn’t get a standard ham and cheese panini on the day as it was a Sunday lunch menu but we only wanted bar snacks and variety wasn’t great
- Jason (10/5): Excellent value for money stay - I would of scored one higher but under the bed there is a lot of mess but overall the room was clean !

- Devon (10/5): -
- Jacqueline (10/5): -
- Andrea (8/5): Handy for Nottingham University Sports Centre. - Proximity to the University sports centre for our event. The rooms were comfortable and clean throughout. The parking was confusing and you were only permitted so many hours before it ran out, which was a nuisance. We ended up having to park all day at the university sports centre as we could not break off to shift cars about.
- Liz (9/5): Lovely airy room in central Notts location - Pristine rooms, good shower, great breakfast, campus location Pillows were hard - would appreciate a softer thinner option!
- Steve (8/5): Apart from the traffic, excellent! - Property excellent. Wasn’t aware of extensive roadworks and road closures around the hotel. This caused serious delays.
- Matthew (9/5): Excey - Location room and value for money Nothing
- Richard (9/5): Did the job nicely - will definitely come again. - The room was nice, clean and quiet. The login process is very easy. Free parking is a very useful feature as public transport to the hotel doesn't really work, for me at least. Whilst I like a firm mattress, it was a little too firm even for me.
Similar to last year when I stayed, the Flexipass app worked to let me into the rooms and my room once only, after that, lots of flashing green lights but no door unlocking, so, like last year, I had to get a physical key card too.

- Bola (9/5): Superb 1 night stay - Excellent checkin process (self check in is an option). The staff at reception (Lassad) was very warm and efficient. The rooms r modern and cosy with comfy beds and good lighting. Nice looking restaurant on site tho i didn't get a chance to visit... Location within uni campus
- Benjamin (7/5): Nice hotel, lovely food, needs WiFi sorting. - Lovely building and bar area. The outside terrace is nice too.
The restaurant food was lovely. The WiFi wasn’t great, it dropped out regularly.
- Caroline (10/5): - The cleanliness, the staff were super friendly. We couldn't say anything bad at all. Breakfast was superb!! Nothing
- adrian (10/5): Perfect location at a reasonable price with great facilities and staff - Beautiful modern building well located with great facilities and helpful staff All fine
- David (8/5): - Fantastic breakfast. Lovely bar area. Great location for visiting the campus. Light and bright. Plenty of parking.
- Lesley (8/5): -
- Vander (5/5): Overpriced and double booking - Our experience was extremely disappointing. The hotel double-booked our room and only informed us 15 minutes before our arrival, after we had already driven for five hours. Instead of offering a suitable solution, we were redirected to a lower-category hotel for the first night.
Despite our long journey and the inconvenience of relocating, we were required to go in person to the original hotel just to speak with management and secure our room for the second night. This added unnecessary stress and wasted even more of our time.
To make matters worse, the room we were given at the alternative hotel had a leak, which we documented and reported to staff the following morning with video evidence.
Overall, the handling of the situation was poor, and the lack of organization and customer care significantly impacted our stay.
- Scott (10/5): -
- Liz (10/5): - Very helpful staff good car charging availability very clean
- Andrew (7/5): -
- Jelena (10/5): -
- Charlotte (10/5): Exceptional - Great location. Really friendly staff. Beautiful decor. Was very pleasantly surprised all round! Nothing
- Steven (10/5): Hotel rooms and bar area exceptional, the conference facilities were a let down! - Great location Catering staff not prepared for large crowds, looked like rabbits caught in the headlights.
- Joshua (10/5): Great stay at a lovely property - Excellent breakfast with brilliant range of continental and cooked full English food. It was high quality too, with lovely sausages and fruit smoothie. Even waffles and pancakes available. Access to the swimming pool and leisure facilities a big bonus, although you should book these in advance if possible, so would recommend calling the hotel to ensure they are available on your stay. It was all great!

- Amandeep (10/5): -
- Ian (10/5): -
- Nira (9/5): - Suited our needs perfectly.
- Phillip (10/5): -
- Nick (9/5): Comfortable - Location The parking has become more annoying and the cost has increased unproportionatly
- Louis (5/5): It okay - The room itself was very nice. There was a balcony which was poorly maintained and clearly had not been cleaned which was quite annoying as it was lovely weather and we wanted to hang out outside.
The restaurant was subpar at best. The food quality was low and it was very expensive.
- Sarah (9/5): -
- Dave (7/5): Enjoyable - Breakfast tasty, fresh pastries, lovely honeycomb.
Like location for short walk in the evening around the grounds and easy access to Wollaton Hall
Easy parking No water in the room
No fridge
Unable to use Netflix
Smaller room
Kettle location as the steam when boiling went up and across a 1/3 of the TV
- Sue (10/5): Great location for the event I was doing - Great venue
- Timothy (9/5): Beautiful hotel with a great staff. Room was nice size for England. - Within the university of Nottingham campus. Beautiful grounds and great design A bit noisy in the lobby as it was full of students
- Joanna (9/5): -
- Jonny (9/5): -
- Burdett (8/5): Idea for our journey , close to some good Resturants! - The location was excellent for our visit and staff very helpful Information of how to use the lift , it took us a while to realise how to use it!
- Neil (10/5): -
- Lisa (10/5): -
- Christopher (10/5): - Stylish and modern hotel, great food, great location and access to the sport centre across the road. Rooms are a good size and beds are comfy
- Emma (10/5): It was surprisingly nice and relaxing based on the building and location. - We had a complimentary upgrade which is always nice. The cocktails in the bar were excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was also very clean, had what we needed and a lovely view. Breakfast was also nice, however, we asked for poached eggs but had to do our own toast which was hard to sync and felt a little odd. The positioning of the building and it's surroundings were very calming and peaceful. A mirror in the bedroom and not just the bathroom as I wanted to do my make-up whilst my partner was using the bathroom which was limiting. A small mini fridge as I had something I needed to keep cold.
- kelly (10/5): perfect - breakfast is lovely quite pricey - would love more offers as I would use it more often
- Rebecca (10/5): Wonderful - Breakfast was superb. High quality food and drink
- Kara (9/5): Excellent location and very easy for any parent collecting their children. - Excellent location even if you are not picking up a student from the university. Tram was reasonably priced and an easy trip into the city centre. N/A
