- Brian (1/5): Will never stay there again. - Little to nothing was the nicest way of commenting about property and staff. Spouse and I just wanted to have a nice place to stay after touring the painted churches. My wife and I are both handicapped. The staff placed us on the second floor. That was not an issue until we were advised the elevator was not functioning. The free breakfast was a let down with little to no food available with one hour remaining until buffet ended.

We were locked out out our room 2x because the door lock batteries needed to be changed and the staff was to lazy to change them

Restaurants were nearby. Hotel difficult to access from interstate service road at night. It is dark and unlit, without directional signage. I was rerouted to another access point, Heinrich Rd, which was a better option. Be careful.

I would not take a shower because the shower head looked so bad and the tub drain was tore up, and it looked like someone tried to fix the tub was something that was peeling up. At breakfast, the Pancake maker was not up to par. I had to restart it 3 times to get 3 pancakes. The rest of the breakfast was just as bad. The eggs and potatoes were cold and hard.

- Julia (6/5): - The ice machine near our room was broken. No water in the workout room and no water to fill your water bottles during the day. Lots of other hotels have cold water and coffee available all day to guests. Not up to usual cleanliness standards in the rooms either. Dirt and gunk in the corners and on bathroom floor. However the continental breakfast was very good! They were just really slow at replenishing food. It was ok for a one night stay.

- Gary (9/5): We met up with some friends and toured the painted churches. Great visit. - The breakfast offered was exceptional. The breakfast area was light and bright. It was a great place for visiting. Our TV remote didn't work. However, the front desk replaced it, and then it worked fine.
- Thomas (10/5): - Staff was fine. Breakfast was short on food. No Orange Juice, out of bacon. Light bulb burned out in room and Men's room off of the lobby had 2 of the 3 light bulbs in the vanity light burned out.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Disappointed - TV did not work. Front desk said to "just wait". Yeah, we waited. It never worked. Breakfast was nasty. The pancake machine didnt work. Someone asked for assistance and a very angry looking woman came out and said it was fixed. It was still broken. "Omelettes" were burned, turkey sausage was hard and cold, all bread items were old and stale and hard. Over priced for this.

- Alec (10/5): - My wife had a health situation and Mario was extremely helpful in assisting us to find an appropriate Medical Center where they could carry out all the tests that were needed and where they were open 24 hours a day with a doctor to meet our needs late into the evening. IT GREATLY ASSISTED US IN BEING ABLE TO CONTINUE OUR TRAVELS.

- Brenda (4/5): - I always stay in holiday inns and most of the time it is a very nice, clean hotel but this one was the exception. Bathroom door wouldn’t work properly, it also needed updating badly but the most awful thing was when I started to put water in coffee maker in the room there was a hair in the part where water goes. I have a picture but I can’t insert it in this review. It literally made me sick. I will definitely make different choices on the future
- Erin and Juan (10/5): - Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. The staff were all friendly. Everything in the hotel was clean - it seemed that a true effort was made to show pride in the appearance and warmth of the establishment was demonstrated by all. We would gladly stay again.
- Susan (8/5): Hotel was convenient for our visit with family. Priced fair too! - Enamel in bathtub was peeling. Door lock was not working properly. Thought we were going to be locked in the room. Advised desk when we checked out it needed attention. Dirty wash cloth hanging on shower curtain upon arrival.
