• Guest (9/5): Great time. - Hotel staff were friendly. Rooms were clean. Grills were clean and no one hogged the grill like they do in other locations. Location of the hotel was great. There is a park right in front where you can take your kids if they get bored of the pool. Beds were uncomfortable and the place does not offer free ice.

• April (5/5): - The housekeeping staff does an amazing job with keeping the place clean. The bed was very uncomfortable; the mattress needs to be replaced. When I sat on it in fell to the floor. The water was extremely hot, enough to burn someone if they didn't know how to regulate the water temperature. They need to upgrade their TVs to smart TVs. The wifi is horrible.

• Jonalin (10/5): Great vacation place - We love coming to this hotel. It’s very nice place. Pool was great and heated. Grill was accessible and clean. Staff cleans them every morning. Room was clean and has all the kitchen stuff you need. I have a special autistic child which has some behavioral issues. They transferred us to first floor to easy access our car and pool. She tends not to walk at times and will lay on the floor. That was a great move they did for us. Staff were amazing. The only thing was the other people stayed late for their party. Did not follow the quite time at 11am. Overall our experience was great and will always continue to come back every year. Thank you 😊 None

• Patricia (10/5): Clean and close to beach - Room was clean and pool was great. Short walk to beach 1 grill wasn't working and families were inconsiderate that people were waiting. There should be a time limit. One family was on the grill for more than 2 hours. She kept throwing on burgers for her family and grilled a whole cow.

• April (8/5): Overall I like the area that it is in. Close to everything. - The property was nice to stay at. I like the cleanliness of the place. I truly believe that in this day and age. They need to upgrade their TV’s to a smart TV. Also nobody wants to squint to watch a 32inch TV.
• Ashley (4/5): Will not stay here again. - I booked this room because it say triple room. When we got the keys to the room it was one room with a pullout, couch. It's very tight and minimum space to move around. Quiet time is at 10 PM. It was hard for my kids to sleep because people were outside our door playing music and drinking. Bed sheets did not feel clean and the hardware floors were very dirty. I received a threatening note on my car that the hotel will tow my car. I also received text messages that I would be charged additional $30 for dirty towels. As these towels were used as a floor map in the bathroom for my kids safety. I honestly would not stay here again. We left the place very clean we are a family that travel a lot and leave great reviews unfortunately this was not a good stay. I spoke to the manager and she was not pleasant to speak to, instead she insulted me for cleaning the bathroom floors. Bed sheets didn't feel clean. Hardware floors and couch pillows were very dirty.

• Herold (3/5): Bad Experienc - I liked that it was a decent size room, it's not an apartment like booking says it is. The wifi didn't work, I called the office and the lady said it was working there, I told her I couldn't even get on YouTube, because it was so weak that the modem probably needs to be restarted. She said she wasn't sure how to do it. So the next day I messaged them through booking and told them I was still having problems and others were having the same issues, I got no response. If I would have known the wifi there didn't work I would have never booked that motel. Plus they had a no refund policy, so my wife and I were stuck there, because we had already paid for 6 nights. They don't care about the people who book their rooms they just want the money. Plus the TV had channels that had no sound, and very few to watch. My wife and I like to stream movies and play games when we're in our room. So it was very boring when we were in the motel at night. The shower didn't have very good water pressure, and the toilet made you feel like you were sitting on a potty chair.

• O'Hara (8/5): Relaxing, convenience by the sea - Location was fantastic, despite a wild party at the hotel for a convention the room was quiet and comfortable. Stained pillow cases, rug needed a deep cleaning but it's the end of the season. Linens were fixed by housekeeping!

Great kids water park across the street and wonderful breakfast/lunch place a block away. Parking is too narrow and hard to get into and out of cars without bumping the doors on other peoples cars.

• 18 (7/5): Was pretty good, nothing exceptional, and a good value but noise at night can be a problem bc there’s no one really poli - As close to beach as you can get for “beach front” but it’s still a walk. Room was clean and comfortable if you just need a simple home base for shore adventures. Was fairly convenient location for all our needs. The after hours noise was unacceptable our last night. 11pm is quiet time but there were 20-30 ppl outside our room till 2AM playing music and partying. I’m ok with that to a degree but right up to 1:15 or so, there were young kids still running around screaming and making a ruckus. The group took our two chairs and little table from outside our door so we couldnt put our wet bathing suits out to dry. They did bring them back around 11PM but then kids were sitting in them making a racket. I did go out and ask them to keep it down a bit around 12:50 but didn’t really help much. Why they were still out there is a question for the parents. Anyways, you apparently have to call the on site overnight person living at the place but didn’t seem lk you should have to bc if they live there, they must have heard all that racket. Lotta ppl up late drinking & having good time, I wouldn’t want to bother them either but we had to get up early and they woke our kid up twice. That’s the shore though. People on vacation doing what people on vacation do
• raymond (10/5): Overall great vacation and location Very happy with everything and would definitely stay again - Place was perfect for me and my family. Perfect location. Clean. Nice big pool. Park and beach rite across the street. Board walk is quite a ways down but it’s walkable if you don’t want to drive.also house keeping comes by everyday to clean up and refreshes everything for you if you’d like. I would definitely stay again. I would like to stay on 3rd floor room facing the park and beach next time. My only complain would probably be the WiFi did not work at all for us but that wasn’t a big deal for me. More for the kids

• Kerri (7/5): Great location, clean but terrible after hours noise - The location was great and the room had everything we needed for our family of 6 There was no AC in living space so those sleeping on sofa bed were warmer than we would’ve liked. ALSO the after hours noise was ridiculous and there was no way to contact staff to do anything about it. Called the listed number and no answer. I’m not talking midnight either…still very loud music and voices at 2am for two nights of our stay.

Room was slightly dirty (blood/boogers on wall at head of bed), chipped paint on walls, no hair dryer in room. Deadbolt on door was broken and did not work. Stains on carpet in room.

• Dennis (9/5): Our stay was very enjoyable. Highly recommended. - The staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent location… close to the beach, and we were pleasantly surprised that a park was also close by. The pool on the property was very nice, and there were several grills on the property for cooking out. Our only suggestion is to improve wi-fi access. For the most part we needed to go outside to access wi-fi. This was a minor issue, as we went to enjoy the beach and not having easy access to wi-fi was probably a blessing.

• AIKATERINI (7/5): Our stay was value for money. Walking distance to the beach and great staff! - The location was exceptional! We never had problem finding a parking. I don’t think it was dirty, but it seemed not that clean probably because the facilities are old. I don’t like how much loud the AC was, I appreciate there was AC tho.
• Shirlene (6/5): We loved the convenience of the short beach walk, but I don’t think we’d be willing to put up with the outside noise aga - I liked the short walk to the beach. We planned on the 10 minute drive to the boardwalk. The noise level at most hours of the day was surprising. For the sake of guests’ sanity, music should not be permitted outside. It gave third world country vibes 😂

• Christine (7/5): Overall it is a clean hotel. It’s not the best of the best but it’s also not the worst. - It was close to the beach which was a definite plus. It had a nice sized pool which my kids enjoy. There was a group of very load customers that pretty much took over the pool one day. Their music was very loud and obnoxious. My kids didn’t enjoy the pool that day!

• Jacquelyn (6/5): I liked motel overall and know what Ito expect I would stay there again but would plan differently - This property was extremely clean and well stocked in kitchen area with toaster/strainer etc. I loved having the fridge and pullout bed/couch. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. no hair dryers in room. Also, no washing machine on site. this is important if you have a family visiting and/or you are staying multiple nights. Also, concerned me that the chlorine put in morning and if someone wanted to take a morning swim they would be going into all those chemicals. wish they put that in at night. i wanted to take a morning swim but decided not to due to amount of chemicals i saw being put into pool.
• Lorilei (8/5): Beautiful ocean view in a quiet and peaceful location - Pool and grills are very clean room was quite tiny but was cozy for 5 people. Staff is super friendly. Couch could be better material but I understand from sandy location. Trash was piled up daily on balcony because the cans are too small but quickly picked up by staff.
