- Yuki (4/5): 平日の朝食の提供が遅くてがっかりしました - ロケーションは良かったです。部屋の作りは新しくなさそうでしたが、ユニットバスはリノベーションしてあり、比較的清潔でした。 平日の朝食が最も不満でした。一応朝食は8:00開始と書いてありましたが、8:05にフロントに行ったところ、５組ほどが４組ほどが待っていました。そこから8:30まで朝食会場に入ることができず、会場に入れない人は15人以上にのぼっていました。その間、フロントのスタッフの方が「近隣のコメダコーヒーのチケットに変更できます」と案内してくださいましたが、近隣と行っても少し歩かなくてはいけないので、行きませんでした。8:30にようやく会場に入ることができ、すぐに注文しましたが、朝食が提供されたのは8:45で、食べ終えたのは9:00近くになっていました。ビジネス用途として、朝食が提供されるまでにこれほど時間がかかるのは致命的だと思います。朝から職場に向かわなければいけない方は、少なくとも朝食ありのプランはおすすめしません。 朝食に関しては、オペレーションに何らかの改善が必要だと思います。朝食会場を見渡したところ、ホールと調理含めて３名ほどしかスタッフがおらず、席数は十分あるにも関わらず、会場に人を入れられていないようでした。注文するたびに食事を作ってくださっているようでしたが、こんなに時間がかかるくらいなら、ビュッフェ形式にしてもっと人が回るようにしたほうが良いのではないかと感じました。 金曜日の夜に宿泊しましたが、繁華街に近いため、朝方まで騒がしかったです。ベッドの近くに電源がないのが不便でした。また、部屋のWifiは全くつながりませんでした。

- 修那 (6/5): ホテルはグッド、駐車場は… - 大雨の中、隣の駐車場が機械的トラブルで使えずに困っていたところ、フロントスタッフさんが代わりの駐車場を簡易地図にて丁寧に教えて頂き、とても助かりました。 隣の駐車場が大雨の中、前車両が長時間待たされて居るのにスタッフがダラダラ出てきたと思ったら、機械的トラブルで入れないと追い出しにかかり最悪でした。 トラブルになった時点で張り紙なり出せば良いのに何もなし、後ろにウチの車も待っていて出庫もバックの為大変…な感じになっていたので可哀想でした。 ホテルは全く悪くないのですが、車利用の場合は駐車場に注意です。

- Vital (7/5): Quiet rooms but not the most convenient location - The hotel is located in a central area, with many shops and restaurants nearby, which makes it easy to find food and basic services. Even though the building is on a wide and busy street, the room is quiet, and no outside noise can be heard. The room has all the basic amenities, including a TV, kettle, and fridge, which makes the stay more comfortable. The location is not very practical, as the hotel is placed between metro stations on the same line, so it takes some time to walk to either of them. The room is quite small, and there is very little space, especially if you have large luggage.
