Sarah súper atenta, formal, con muy buena actitud y paciencia nos explicó todo lo que podíamos hacer en Hue y nos hizo muchas recomendaciones para que nuestra instancia fuera lo más agradable posible. • Tegan (10/5): Lovely stay, with very helpful staff - The staff were extremely attentive at the hotel from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Sarah greeted us when we arrived and gave us helpful information about the city and recommended where best to visit, how long it would take at each location and the ticket costs for each activity. We were also able to check into our rooms earlier than expected and when we arrived very early after getting a sleeper bus, they had a spare room they allowed us to shower and get ready in, which we really appreciated! We used the hotel taxi services, which allowed us to have a trip to further out locations knowing we had a driver waiting for us. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable (we had a really good rest) and even though there was outside building work across the street, we did not hear it at-all in our rooms. Breakfast was also good, with some fresh made options like omelettes, which was a nice addition. Would definitely stay here again Nothing, everything was good!

• VALERIE (9/5): Un joli hôtel à taille humaine, nous y retournerons avec plaisir - Nous y sommes restés 2 nuits et avons apprécié la gentillesse du personnel, la localisation très centrale ++, le petit-déjeuner et le confort de la chambre. La salle de bain nécessite d’être modernisée et l’absence de décoration dans les zones communes ce qui est vraiment dommage, un vrai contraste donc avec le reste de l’hôtel qui est joliment décoré. Enfin, les travaux de l’immeuble qui se trouvent en face mais cela est temporaire.
• Svetlana (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, everything was great. Everyone at the reception and in the restaurant was very welcoming and friendly. The administrators were very attentive and helped me book exactly the room I wanted. The breakfast is buffet style, not huge, but very diverse. There are fruits, vegetables, yogurt, cereal, pastries, hot dishes, egg dishes, Vietnamese soup, etc. The location is excellent, very close to the river and walking street, just a couple of minutes on foot. There are also many great restaurants within walking distance. The room has everything you need and everything looks cute and tidy. Some rooms have a bathtub, and the hot water works perfectly.

• Daniela (10/5): Amazing staff very central - Everything was exceptional! From the moment we arrived at around 7am and the doors were opened for us, we received the warmest welcome. After a long overnight bus journey, they kindly offered us coffee and even a room to shower and refresh before check-in, which was incredibly thoughtful. The room was so spacious and comfortable although a bit outdated. We were truly astonished by the hospitality and outstanding service, especially from Sarah. She immediately made us feel cared for, recommended a fantastic city tour, and handled every request with genuine kindness and professionalism. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her. What impressed us even more was how personal the service felt. Sarah even messaged me afterwards to make sure we had arrived safely at our next destination, which says everything about the level of care provided here. She also arranged our private taxi from Hue to Da Nang, and everything went perfectly smoothly. Honestly, this is hospitality at its finest. A stay we will never forget 🌿 Make sure you visit the nice coffee shop at the end of the road! Amazing salt coffee The noise of the construction site opposite the hotel

Concernant l’hôtel très bon emplacement. Il manque juste un peu d’isolation mais sinon tout est nickel.

The breakfast was very good, and the staff were extremely helpful. There was a small issue with my room key card, but they were very kind and handled it well, so it didn’t affect my stay at all. I wish I could have stayed there longer.

• sophie (10/5): - Nous avons passé 2 nuits au Serene palace et notre séjour à été absolument parfait ! La chambre était très spacieuse, très propre et très joliment décorée. Le lit était vraiment très confortable et nous y avons très bien dormi .la SDB était également très spacieuse et très propre . Le personnel est très attentif et toujours prêt à aider les clients . Je dois souligner l'aide exceptionnelle de Sarah qui nous a permis? grâce à ses recommandations , à passer un excellent séjour à Hué. Elle est d'une douceur et d'une gentillesse hors du commun et c'était vraiment appréciable. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et varié tant salé que sucré ( les crêpes à la banane étaient délicieuses !!!) Des fruits frais en quantité, des yaourts faits maison, des œufs préparés à la.demande etc...bref le paradis !! Le seul petit point négatif est pour moi le thé et le café servis au petit déjeuner qui ne sont pas à la hauteur d'un hôtel de ce standing ( thé Lipton en sachets et café au goût très curieux !!)

• Lotte (10/5): Fantastisch verblijf! - Wij hebben werkelijk een fantastisch verblijf gehad. Dit hotel heeft een super goede locatie en het personeel is onwijs attent. Onze host Kelly heeft ons een warm welkom gegeven en dacht met ons mee over alle wensen die we hadden. Zo heeft ze een prachtige trip georganiseerd van Hue naar Hoi An, onze volgende bestemming. Zo hebben we onderweg al verschillende highlights bezocht! Het hotel heeft een super goede locatie, letterlijk om de hoek van het bruisende stadsleven. Hue is een geweldige stad, super indrukwekkend. We raden een wandeltour (Guru walks) aan om de Imperial City te ontdekken en ook het verlaten waterpark was erg gaaf.

• Louise (8/5): - Nous avons apprécié la situation, le confort des lits, l'espace de la chambre familiale, le délicieux petit-déjeuner, la gentillesse ḍu personnel. Il y a des travaux actuellement juste en face, ce qui n'est pas très pratique pour ouvrir les rideaux. Les ouvriers sont à hauteur de la chambre et ils commencent le bruit dès 7h du matin. Sinon c'était parfait.

Les chambres étaient spacieuses et l’équipe était au petit soin, surtout Sarah qui a été d’une grande aide dans notre séjour à Hue, et qui nous a trouvé un transfert de qualité à un super prix pour Hoi An. • Derek (9/5): Comfortable and clean room, good breakfast and very friendly staff made this hotel a top pick for us. - The cleanliness and location in Hue for the restaurants. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful, special mention for Amy who gave excellent help and advice. The team also organised a car to take us to the airport for an early start.

• Lisa (10/5): - Serene Palace is perfectly located for Hue, located down a small side street so its quiet. Our room was excellent, immaculate clean and great size. All the staff were outstanding, nothing was too much of an ask and they helped us with trips and transfer. Kelly in particular was really helpful in the lead ip to our stay and organised everything in advance. I booked a room to the front of the hotel with a balcony as I do like to sit out to read, The balconies are really small and would not even fit a chair so no outside furniture is provided, which is not what the pictures portrayed.
• Angela (10/5): Exceptional value, close to the river, staff extremely helpful. - It's a wonderful place with very fine staff, great breakfasts, and an intriguing location on lane 42. Our room was spacious with a view of the surrounding area. The hotel is entirely relaxing and comfortable. The value exceptional. After the night train we so appreciated staff's recommendation of a relaxing place nearby for an early lunch. Later we discovered a lovely outdoor riverfront place for morning coffee, an early evening drink, even a tasty basic dinner, just over a block away, at the end of Lane 33. The B53 Garden Coffee cafe. Thankfully it's off the crazy tourist circuit. A very peaceful place to end a long day of sightseeing. And entirely a quiet local spot run by a family. Barely 10 minutes on foot from the Serene Palace. What could have been better? It was perfect.

• Hélène (10/5): Thank you for your kindness - Thank you for the wonderful time we spent at your hotel. Sarah was exceptional. Incredibly kind, she gave us great recommendations, and since we couldn’t have breakfast on the day of pie check out, we even received a takeaway breakfast for our journey. She was very thoughtful. The entire staff was remarkable. Thank you! Everything was perfect.
