- Aleesha (4/5): Disappointed - Good position. Guy at reception wasn't much help. "Go up the stairs, you'll find your room"... Lift not working so was difficult to get luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Skid mark in toilet! Shower handle fell off on first use. Shower rose doesn't sit well. Mould in spa outlet making it unsafe for use. Power point behind microwave, only one side works. Shower leaks all over the floor. Long black hair in the bed ( really hoping it was the cleaners). Stain on bedspread and on mattress protector that could be seen through the sheet. Overall a disappointing stay.

- Min Jia (1/5): Avoid at all cost. - Nothing- it’s terrible, old, dirty and unhygienic. We got up the v moment sunrise, didn’t even dare to use any items within the accommodation. Everything was infested, main wood gate was broken. We had many insect bites and spotted dirty bedsheet. The reception was unresponsive to requesting for a cot request made in advance. Everything to be honest, nobody should go through this. Have more photos to share but review only limits to 4 pics but should speak enough.

We are mobility challenged & with not a single staff person on site we had to get our luggage downstairs with no assistance. Totally unacceptable. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone. We booked a hotel room not a serviced apartment so we would have expected to see someone. The room was not cleaned the whole time we were there, no change of towels etc. I wasn't too concerned but others might be.

- Mike (5/5): Weird unit but clean and a great location. - Very clean unit, newly renovated. Very close to cafes, shops and the beach, Beautiful spot. Unit was newly renovated but no sink in kitchenette, just the bathroom sink. We were put in a unit that looked straight on to the footpath from the units behind us to the road, so people were walking past our floor to ceiling windows the whole time - it was like being in a goldfish bowl. There were big blinds to block this but adding screening blinds to the fact that we were under a large overhang meant there was no natural light - you couldn't really see the view or even daylight. It was very weird. A shame as the location was amazing.

Terrassentür liess sich nicht öffnen, auch defekt. Eine Wärmelampe im Bad ebenfalls defekt. Eingichtung sehr rudimentär. Pteis und Leidtung stimmen nicht überein.

- Nathan (2/5): Great location but the rooms are poorly maintained, unclean, and in urgent need of repairs. - The property is in a great location, and one of our rooms offered a lovely ocean view. The rooms was very disappointing and in urgent need of maintenance. Our initial room had a significant roof leak, with water running down the wall and soaking the bedroom carpet. The water-damaged skirting boards suggested this was an ongoing issue that had not been properly addressed. Was offered a towel initially to sop up the water - we rejected that as it was unsafe and musty. We requested to move rooms and were relocated promptly. Unfortunately, the second room also had several problems. There was a pre-existing hole in the wall (which management acknowledged), loose bathroom tapware, and multiple doors that could only be locked with a single shared key. This made it impractical to secure rooms, requiring us to use furniture as door stops. Cleanliness was also a concern, particularly in the bathrooms where the showers were visibly very mouldy and unclean. While the location and views are definite positives, the lack of maintenance and cleanliness significantly impacted our stay.

The mattress was too hard, didn’t sleep that well. We couldn’t turn the tv on, but when staff came they managed to turn it on but then when we went to turn it off at night, it wouldn’t turn off, so turned the sound down to zero and left it on over night. Before leaving we turned it off at the power point.

First impressions of room. Tidy, pull down blinds and curtains over fixed windows and door, not ideal. Shower over very old spa bath, not a great set up for older people, not mentioned at time of booking. Water damage to bathroom door. Shampoo and body wash provided in large containers obviously used by previous guests. Fire alarm had activated when returning from walk on beach. Batteries needed changing, not changed since 2024. Floor not vacuumed properly from previous guests. King bed arranged at time of booking. Two ordinary beds pushed together creating a ridge between the two. Very uncomfortable. No Wifi at all. Mismatching mugs and glassware. We were unable to obtain clear communication with receptionist. Low rating.

- Jason (7/5): Had a lovely time at the beach - Great location opposite the beach. Look, the joint is a bit rundown not overly clean but acceptable, quite nice in the one bedroom apartment. We would stay there again for sure, if the price was right. The TV did not work in the bedroom. A lot of stairs from the car park to the room that’s OK for us but if you are elderly or had a disability do not book here.

The state of the Unit which we understand is owned by an individual owner on a Unit Title. The maintenance in this room is sadly lacking, blinds that didn't work. Shower / Bath control that would not select bath and or operate the shower until we 'played' with it for some 5 minutes and 'freaked' a flow from the shower

The pillows were dirty the tap was broken not enough towels sponge was used and dirty. I’m a cleaner myself and for the price we paid we did the night very disappointing

- Linda (2/5): Convenient location, but needs attention to their facilities and staff who are trained. - It was a convenient location The carpets were dirty and in one of the rooms the carpet we had booked was very damp. The bathroom wasn’t clean and had mould on the tiles. The shower head did not stay on the holder and make it difficult to shower. The screen did not stop the water going onto the floor which made it dangerous to step out of the shower /bath. Only 2 pillows had pillow cases. We were disappointed that the money was taken from our card before we arrived as we had booked 4 rooms and each couple were hoping to pay individually.

No facilities to make breakfast. No view at all, just a fence, no privacy - people walking past could see into the room. The blinds that gave privacy made it impossible to get out of the door and are arguably a fire risk. I feel the accommodation generally was misrepresented by booking.com
