• Fenyao (8/5): - 當天意外獲得升級為四人房，因為擺設的關係，四人房的空間很大，有充足的空間放行李箱，也有充足的空間可以走動。稍微觀察了一下，有些房間的光線可能是來自於天井，若是住到那些房間，可能會因為覺得房內的情況會被搭電梯的人看到，而終日關著窗簾，但天井的設計，讓飯店不至於都是不見天日的，這點算滿不錯的。 入住的部份，一律要四點過後才可以進到房間，3點50幾分辦好入住，也是必須等到4點由服務人員提供鑰匙，也許是飯店有其他過往經驗所以才有這樣的規定，不過長輩在旁邊等了一陣子很想進房休息，所以對此有點不太滿意。 住宿期間遇到的服務人員都很棒，有耐心，也樂於回答疑惑。

• WENJIE (6/5): - B1停車是要用電梯下樓，通道在約3米寬的單行道，按電鈴後服務人員推遲一下才出來開電梯門，被後面的車子狂按喇叭被罵！服務人員建議我們倒車入庫下樓，下樓後門在反方向，倒車出去真的超卡！ 進房開門即聞到類似KTV包廂的芳香劑味道，去電櫃檯反應馬上有房務人員來詢問，但是直接問我們是反應有臭酸味！回答是誤會後，房務又說再跟櫃檯說是芳香劑問題，櫃檯再打來問說要出門了嗎？要用臭氧機來幫忙處理問題，唉～這是什麼神邏輯趕客人出門？傳達想要換房後，受不了味道在走廊站了10分鐘，才又來電說有人員會上來帶換房，整個無奈，從來沒遇到這情形！ 換房後仍有味道，但是淡了許多，廁所卻真的有臭酸味⋯已經不想再說了，反正不是睡在廁所，不想當奧客！ 放馬克杯的木盤裡面都是灰塵跟頭髮，差點吐出來⋯ 這天，是我生日，真的有夠衰的
• TSE-HAO (8/5): 七樓低頻噪音是個問題 - 優點： 1.交通與用餐方便 2.房間插座為多國插座 3.洗手台有洗手乳很實用，且洗手台於浴室外較方便與開闊 4.浴室乾溼分離，腳踏墊位置良好 5.浴室熱水充足 6.大廳有座位休息區，三五好友可以聊天 7.房間為落地窗採光良好 缺點： 1.七樓往逃生梯與電梯方向有低頻噪音會傳入房間內 2.浴室與廁所空間偏窄 3.桌上插座部分被電視機使用的插座阻擋，且缺乏USB充電插座，建議日後可重新調整配置 4.非用餐時間缺乏用餐區、咖啡機，對商務人士使用上較不利 5.房間落地窗外為逃生空間，無法出去比較可惜
• emily (8/5): 交通方便,景點美食不少! - 周圍停車很難停,飯店停車位有限,要去停附近的停車場! 周圍吃的很多,可以找到適合的餐廳; 還有公園河岸邊,可以散步走走~ 還有ubike可以租借, 飯店也有腳踏車可以使用! 飯店周圍景點也不少,屬於核心地段,去台中市區哪裡都便利喔!
• Jennifer (8/5): - 地點方便。停車場不是地下平面停車場：可以選擇地下電梯停車場 或在對面鐵皮屋的停車場。衛浴設備比較失望… 不是獨立空間⋯⋯如果不是一家人一起住的話 會超尷尬的。
• Cheng fen (10/5): 品味細節、用心的飯店 - 飯店大廳結合藝術家作品展覽，成為具有文青風格的裝置藝術，空間明亮舒適，房間設計簡約、乾淨，透明的淋浴空間非常俏皮（有簾子可以遮擋），床舖柔軟、備品整齊，許多佈置都有值得留影的小巧思，飯店附設簡單的健身房和互動遊戲室，待在飯店也能有更多休閒娛樂。
• WEN-CHEN (8/5): - 停車場在旁邊小巷子，遇到車庫口旁臨停跟對面違停，轉進去需要很小心，館內停車場是機械升降梯跟機械車位，不是很好停，旅館正對面還有一個平面停車場 房間的風口設計不太行，雖然有裝擋板，可是整晚風還是一直吹頭

• Grace (10/5): 還會再來住 - 床軟硬是適中，房間很乾淨，牆上的檯燈也沒有積灰，不過靠近浴室的地毯黑黑的，似乎是發霉，這應該是不是靠清潔人員就能避免的狀況。因為地點在大馬路邊，過路車的聲音無法避免，建議準備耳塞，可以一覺好眠。

• Chun (6/5): 家庭房的廁所很不好用... - 家庭房的廁所及淋浴間很小，使用起來很不方便。房間的色調及傢俱的安排會有種給人陳舊，太乾淨的感覺。住過很多台灣同類型或者更差的酒店，都沒遇到早餐這樣的不好吃。

• jess (8/5): - Family / casual vibe, fine For business. It is modern-cutesy style (concrete floors, yet cheesy sculptures in lobby). There is a teeny fitness room and play room. Extremely clean. Artsy. Good value. Bizarrely they have a lovely and bright eating area on the ground floor which is always closed and put the free breakfast (international and fresh, pretty good for being free) in a dark and depressing windowless room in the basement. This one decision brings down their rating from a 4.5 to a 4 or so. The other strange thing is that there is no heat in the room. No biggie since it's warm season, but seems strange since everything else is so nice. Other nice things: room design good, there are designer local toiletries in the rooms and for sale in lobby. Plenty of towels, extremely helpful professional and courteous staff in uniform. English is sufficient for derpy no-mandarin guest.

• Janet (10/5): Great location & lots of good restaurant close by - This hotel is nicely-designed and decorated. The room is clean and tidy. I had a great time staying there. The staff is super helpful too. The only problem is I ordered the premiere room and paid slightly more in order to get a bit more space. I checked with the reservation desk about my reservation when I moved in and they said it was the type of room I was entitled to get which to me, the most basic standard room. From the paper, it was genuinely the order the hotel received from Expedia. But I couldn't find the equivalent Chinese name of the premiere room on their hotel site or the Chinese version Expedia. So whoever is going to book this hotel is recommended to check the room type with the hotel's official website first.
• suk (8/5): Good to stay at right price - little small room and rack of full equipped furniture but good to stay 2 nights at Taichung midtown with reasonable cost compare with other hotels in Taichung.
• Emily (6/5): Disappointing - The room is small and the layout of the toilet is not good. We were asked to pay TWD 600 for requesting an additional towel. Overall, this is not the best hotel we have stayed during our 9 day trip. We have stayed in Yilan and Taipei.
• Verified traveler (6/5): good location, bathroom could be better - the staff was friendly. the room was quite clean however the bathroom was just a tinted glass window. we stayed there three people so it wasn't that convenient in terms of getting dress after a shower since you have to stand in the shower and get dress.

• Matthew (10/5): Cute, clean, very pleasant - Great service, excellent hotel with very appealing decor. There's free ice on the 7th floor, a fitness room (no weights, just 3 cardio machines) and washers & dryers (50nt per use, detergent included). Decent breakfast choices compared with similarly priced hotels elsewhere in Taiwan. Restaurants all around with delicious lunch & dinner options. Highly recommended.

• Dan (10/5): Nice birthday experience - I took a trip to Taichung for my birthday. Check in was great, and I loved the design of the place. Lots of art, as well as a clean and spacious interior. The room was good, albeit a little small, though I believe the price was right. Breakfast was not bad, but what made me fall in love with the place was the staff. They treated me very well, with a smile on their faces, and even a birthday gift. I'll definitely be heading back!
• Verified traveler (8/5): Themed hotel - Hotel has a theme and seems better than most hotels beside it, majority is ok but will be better if room provided has better clothes hanging facilities and better windows. Windows was facing staircase.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Nice hotel located in a quiet neighborhood. - Stayed for one night with friends. As there were five of us, we stayed in one family room and one twin room. Rooms were decent. The hotel is located in a residential area, so it's quiet at night, but it is close to Jingcheng Road where there are a lot of restaurants and shops. Overall a nice stay.

• RY (6/5): Good concept with room for improvements - We visit Taichung frequently when we return to Taiwan and this time decided to try an artsy hotel. Concept is good, but leaves more to be desired. Check in was a little frustrating. We booked a deluxe through Hotels.com but it seems that their version of a deluxe is different than what is stated on Hotels.com. We called and verified that there was a bath tub in the room when booking a deluxe. However upon check in, seems like their E-Commerce Marketing team got the hotel room descriptions all mixed up. The counter wanted me to pay extra for their version of the Deluxe room with a bath tub. I absolutely refused and in the end they gave apologized and gave me the room without incurring extra fees. The room was about 8 pings, had all the essentials one would need for a nights stay. The problem we encountered with the room was water leaking from the wall. When someone took a shower, seems like there is a small leak coming from behind one of the walls. This was annoying as I stepped into a puddle of water without noticing it. Uhhh. Then the next morning came around and we had breakfast. Had a selection of Chinese breakfast, but you could order eggs cooked to your liking. Both my wife and myself agreed that the food was just horrible. Lacking taste and selection. Overall, I do not think the hotel is on par with its price point. For the same price, there are much better out there.
• young (8/5): Clean hotel with modernize environment - it is worth to stay at heart of Taichung but its bit hard to find and tell driver to find it especially by foreigher. Except this location matter, this is great hotel to stay.
