- Verified traveler (2/5): - Los comentarios críticos son más cercanos a la realidad que los positivos. Habitación con feo olor. Recepción sin luces, solo dos mesas para desayunar. El desayuno muy pobre. Por favor no cometan el error que cometí yo y lean también los comentarios críticos, don más veraces. La TV no andaba, lograr que hicieran funcionar el aire acondicionado fue una odisea. Lo único rescatable es la ubicación. El precio pagado es elevado para el tipo de hospedaje, la calificación de 3 estrellas es generosa, no creo que llegue a 2. Si pueden evitarlo háganlo
- Verified traveler (8/5): Hyvä pikkuhotelli keskustassa - Pikkuruisessa hotellissa oli erittäin ystävällinen palvelu ja siistit huoneet. Emme viettäneet aikaa huoneessa muutoin kuin öisin, joten siihen tarkoitukseen hyvä valinta. Aamupala oli kotiaamupalan tasoa, joten aamiaiselämystä ei täältä voi hakea. Aamupalalla pärjäsi kuitenkin mainiosti lounaaseen saakka. Hotellin pääovi on hassusti syvennyksessä, joten pitää katsoa tarkkaan minne on menossa.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Bra läge för prisvärt enkelt boende - Hotellet ligger väldigt nära de största sevärdheterna, tex Hermitage. Personalen trevlig. Boendet är enkelt och rent. Man bor i källarplan så det är ingen utsikt från rummens små fönster. Både gatan utanför och huset är under renovering, dock inget som störde mig, hade rum mot innergård. Enkel frukost. Helt ok för pengarna men inget för den romanstiska helgen.

- Alexander Paul (6/5): Kan veel beter - Eerste indruk was goed. Alles ziet er netjes en verzorgd uit. Dagelijks word de kamer schoongemaakt inclusief bed en alle handdoeken. Continentaal ontbijt is redelijk ok - voor Russische begrippen. Maar ... kamer is gehorig omdat de deuren niet goed sluiten. Onbijt-periode is kort; 08:00 tot 10:00 en om 10:00 word je verwacht klaar te zijn. Er zijn maar 6 plekken (op 8 2-3 persoonskamers) en er zijn ook ongeschreven regels zoals 1 worstje per persoon per dag. Er is een koffie-machine. maar gebruik buiten 08:00-10:00 kost je 100 roebel per keer. De instant koffie en thee is wel altijd gratis. Verder zijn de matrassen aan vervanging toe (vies, buigen door en veel te zacht) en is er in de ochtend niet altijd warm water. Desodanks ... het hotel is niet goed maar ook niet heel slecht. De prijs is redelijk en ligging dicht bij Hermitage en Kerk van Verspild Bloed. Er zijn slechtere budget hotels.
- Anna (8/5): kleines, aber feines Hotel in guter Lage - das Hotel liegt praktisch und in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Eremitage und fußläufig unweit des Nevsky Prospekt; die Zimmer sind klein, um nicht zu sagen, winzig - aber sehr sauber und mit einem modernen Inventar ausgestattet. das Frühstück ist einfach, aber in Ordnung. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist für eine solche zentrale Lage gut. einzig die Auskunft des Front Desk fand ich nur mittelprächtig, wenig bis keine Tipps was man unternehmen kann, auch wurden wir nicht auf die Registrierung bei der örtlichen Polizei hingewiesen. aber alles in allem kann ich das Hotel wirklich ruhigen Gewissens empfehlen und würde jederzeit wieder dort hin gehen. ein Tipp zur Anreise: am besten online vorab schon ein Taxi ab Flughafen bestellen - für umgerechnet ca. 15 EUR wird man bequem und schnell in die Stadt gebracht.

The staff speaks fluent english and is exceptionally helpful and friendly! Breakfast was great: yogort, cereal, toast, boiled eggs, croissants, fruits etc. Only minus was the stinging smell in toilet?

- ALP (4/5): Les photos ne correspondent pas ! - Hôtel correct dans l'ensemble sauf que les photos de façade ne correspondent pas et qu'il est situé en sous-sol donc il y a des odeurs des canalisations et humidité. Ne reviendrait pas à cet hôtel.

- Hans (6/5): - Hotellet er i en halvkælder med små vinduer, som ikke kan åbnes. Derfor er der noget mørkt. Airkondition fungerer perfekt. Badeværelset er nyt og godt. Den lovede minibar findes ikke, men man må bruge hotellets køleskab. Morgenmaden er ikke noget at prale ad. Kun kaffen var god. Servicen i skranken var meget hjælpsom, og en af personalet taler perfekt engelsk. De øvrige klarer det engelske, men heller ikke mere. Beliggenheden er perfekt kun ca. 500 m fra Vinterpaladset.
