• Anthony (1/5): Great staff worker horrible management to not follow up with a refund for rooms we never used. - We booked this hotel for the pool for our kids while traveling. The pool was closed in the middle of summer and we could not get into our rooms so we decided to move hotels. The fact we never went into our room because they couldn't get the doors open and they still have no refunded us almost 2 months later.

• Alyssa (1/5): YUCK. - Convenient location - right off interstate Gross. Under the beds had old socks, combs, etc. literally the entire floor was covered in gross junk under the bed. The bathroom floor was not swept from the previous visitors - earrings present, dirt. The toilet was dirty.. The bedding was tore up and grossed me out. We didn’t touch anything and survived the one night stay since we were desperate on a long road trip.

• Jacqueline (8/5): Do Recommend!!! - The staff are great people. Most guests are decent as well. It's a quiet spot. It's affordable, comfortable & simple. The pool wasn't working last time we stayed & it wasn't working for the first couple days this time. Pool is now good to go though ☺️ so happy guests here

• Alexander (2/5): - The beds were fine. The first room we tried the sink was plugged. The next room had a hole in the bathroom door. There was a role of tape under the bed. The pool and hot tub was under maintenance supposedly even though there was no one there and everything looked fine. The breakfast was a joke. The machines didn't work and it was just bagels. The lights were temperamental like the wiring was loose.

There is one man who runs the whole building but maid service breakfast and clerk. The pool has been down for unclendliness for over a year and a half. Be ready travelers horrible stay.

The AC was slow to cool the room. The pool and the hot tub did not work. Staff were smoking right outside the front door..

Price was low so don't have high expectations - The price was great but you get what you pay for The room smelled really bad and the breakfast was so sad, less than a continental. When we arrived at the room the door was not even closed we were able to open without the key. The pool was closed for maintenance but I think it is just the hotel being cheap not the pool being closed. The air conditioner did not work properly I had to get up during the night to turn it back on. It would cycle once then shut down and not come back on. The bed frame stuck out about 6 inches past the bed and if you didn't notice it you might hurt yourself.

Furniture kind of dirty and decrepit. Carpets dirty. I put my shoes on to walk from bed to bathroom. Would not walk in the room without my shoes My wife wouldnt sleep in the bed. She put her sleeping bag on top and slept in that. Bathroom floor trim falling off and mold in behind it.

• Laurie (2/5): - DON'T DO IT!!! Oh it was a HORRIBLE place (think flop house) and I felt terrible for even taking my family there. If it hadn't been so late we would have left. It's dirty, stank like cigarettes and dogs, and noisy. Boogers (or something) on the walls, filthy mattress, bathroom too disgusting to shower in. I didn't even take my shoes off because I didn't know how filthy the carpet was. We didn't do the breakfast because after the state of the room I didn't even trust the cereal they probably had. The pool and hot tub were too disgusting to use. The only thing positive was that the staff was friendly.

Also that they advertised a pool, and said nothing about the pool not working until you get ready to swim and see the sign on the door. Also the room spelt like smoke in a non smoking hotel. There was dog food under the chair, and stains on the sheets from the previous guests. Soap scum on the shower head a faucet handles.

Luckily, I had a bottle of Febreeze in my truck to spray the room down. The shower had hairs in it, the tub was very badly stained. The bed sheets appeared dirty/stained so I asked for a new set of sheets. The front desk man was very polite and nice, he got me a new set of sheets. When we took off the old sheets, I noticed some blood stains on the mattress pad. I requested a new one but he didn't have one to fit the king so we put a queen size one on it. The mattress seemed pretty new, it was comfortable but I would never stay here again. My wife was mad at me for getting such a disgusting room.This is my 2nd bad experience with a Budget Inn, I will never stay at one of their properties agian.

Toilet was a rocking chair and beer caps on the floor beside the bed from previous guest. All the issues with this stay I was pleasantly surprised on how comfortable the bed was. Not very much for a breakfast option but they had something!

The bed linens were dirty, with blood stains - which had seeped through and was on the pillow topper and mattress in the exact same place so probably hadn’t even been changed. The bathroom was dirty with urine on the toilet seat. The lock on the door was broken, looked like the door had been kicked in, and the AC/heat unit shut off every 15 minutes regardless of the setting we put it on. Pillows and bed were comfortable enough and front desk staff was nice, but terrible upkeep of the place and not worth more than $60/night.

The pool was not working and had not been working. We were treated horrible by the front desk man when I asked for my money to be refunded because we were not staying there. He was extremely rude and said very vulgar Things and refused to call his manager, and I am still in the process of trying to get my money refunded. The front desk man was extremely rude. I have never been spoke to you like that ever and I would not stay there. It was disgusting and dirty and I have pictures and they are refusing to refund any of my money.

We had kids and were already settling so we took it down and asked for another and staff came up and remade bed. But there was still blood on box spring. Bathroom was dirty and towels had hair and nail polish or something on them

The weekly rate posted on the sign outside was almost the same price I paid for 2 nights! They want to charge $20 extra to check in a half hour early. Ridiculous. The guest laundry washing machine leaves clothes soaking wet so it takes forever to dry! The furniture was sticky! The tv wasn’t even wiped down. Rooms could use a deep clean. Walls were yellow nasty like it was a smoker room. Will never book on booking.com or stay at this motel again! Hotel smelled like wet dog. I will be posting pictures for an online review so people know what to expect if they stay there.

The free breakfast was a loaf of bread or bagel that you stuck your hand in to get and shared butter dish with all of the other quests! Very un sanitary! Was not greeted with a friendly smile the guy didn’t even want to check us in and demanded to see our credit card even after we told him it was prepaid! Then he charged us again! Leaving our trip short due to the money was now held up by the Bank due to being the holiday! The manager in the morning wasn’t any more help either he said oh sorry!! Never offered to do anything to compensate us or anything! Told me it was my problem to fix with the bank! I will NEVER Go back!!

What I received was a foul smelling, filthy, loud, run down, the pool was out of service (allowed to use after 6pm that way the health department didn't know), along with the hot tub. I ended up trying to get my money back so that I could go somewhere else and was denied. The next night I was able to find a different hotel and I never looked back- worst night of my hotel traveling. 10/10 do NOT recommend.

• Roger (4/5): Obnoxious drunk. - The hotel was ‘cheap and cheerful’ which is what was expected. When it came to breakfast time the cheerfulness was gone. The breakfast itself left a lot to be desired, seriously. But there is an obnoxious old drunk that is living there, he was dressed in his pyjamas being in everyone’s face and spoiling the peace. The staff simply left him to it. Before we left he even tried to hit me up for $10. The management really need to do something about him, he isn’t good for business.

Wife was content but wished I spent 50% more for a better place, as I could afford it. Lol. Overall was ok. If budget matters it's ok. I was being frugal and may spend 35% more and rent something nicer. If the wife is along.

• Verified traveler (6/5): What you’d expect from a 50 year old building - Overall the stay was good. The place is really old and the rooms show their age (cracks and stains) but the room was fine. It was clean as far as a 50 year old building can be clean. The tv remote did not work but I just did old school and sat next to the tv pushing the tv buttons until I found something to watch. There were a lot of channels to choose from! The walls are super thin so you can hear your upstairs and next door neighbors pretty well but all of the neighbors were kind to each other and respectful! I didn’t stay very long in my room because I kept busy during the day so for a place to sleep and the price it was fine!
