• Sara (8/5): - Ho soggiornato presso Casale del Murgese Country Resort per due notti, principalmente per impegni di lavoro nelle vicinanze. Nel complesso è stata una buona permanenza, anche se ci sono alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati. All’arrivo abbiamo trovato il cancello chiuso e non era molto chiaro come accedere alla struttura; abbiamo dovuto contattare la reception per ricevere indicazioni. L’accoglienza è stata piuttosto essenziale: ci sono state consegnate le chiavi e indicata la posizione della camera, ma avremmo apprezzato qualche informazione in più sui servizi e sulla struttura, per sentirci maggiormente seguiti fin da subito. Le camere erano belle, comode e dotate di tutto il necessario. Molto apprezzata la disposizione in piccole unità indipendenti, con due camere ciascuna, che garantisce una buona privacy e un’atmosfera più rilassata. Non ho avuto modo di vivere appieno la struttura per via del lavoro, ma è immersa nel verde e nel complesso ben curata, ideale per chi cerca tranquillità. Il ristorante è di buona qualità, con piatti ben eseguiti, anche se forse leggermente sopra le righe in rapporto all’esperienza complessiva. Il servizio è stato cortese e disponibile. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, era completa, con vari tipi di dolci e un po' di salato (uova, bacon, e focaccia pugliese), ma considerando il contesto e il territorio ricco di prodotti tipici, mi sarei aspettata una proposta più caratteristica e meno standard. In generale, il soggiorno è stato piacevole e non ci è mancato nulla. I prezzi sono forse leggermente superiori rispetto ad altre masserie nei dintorni, ma resta comunque una struttura valida per un soggiorno rilassante. • alessandro (3/5): Bella location, siamo stati sfortunati per le viccisitudini relativi alla stanza - Struttura ottima ed ottima posizione Abbiamo avuto parecchi problemi, aria condizionata che hanno sistemato il terzo giorno quindi a vacanza finita, problemi con l’acqua calda che non ha funzionato il secondo giorno per cui abbiamo fatto tardi e perso l’uscita serale e caparra che avevamo versato al locale. La stanza non è omologata per 4 adulti. Dovrebbero togliere la possibilità di dal sito di ospitare 4 persone in una stanza. Per tutto questo non sono venuti in contro in nulla.

Poca variedad en el desayuno, todos los días prácticamente lo mismo, peros estuvo bien. Después de las 6 pm no hay opciones de alimentación diferente a 3 opciones de entrada y 3 opciones de plato principal en el restaurante. Definitivamente un problema si viajas con niños.

L' area piscina è molto gradevole, con una fantastica infinitypool e un servizio clienti impeccabile! Grazie a Pierpaolo, Serena ed Enzo, che con la loro accoglienza , premura e professionalità sia al Pool bar, che al servizio colazione, hanno dato un impagabile valore aggiunto al nostro soggiorno! Avremmo gradito la possibilità di un caffè e un acqua di cortesia in stanza

Ci vorrebbe più personale: non è possibile che la stessa persona sia contemporaneamente a servire al ristorante e al bar... infatti il bar era aperto ma con nessuno a servire. In camera molti dettagli da migliorare... Molto grave la mancanza di una macchina del caffè e bollitore per il tè... Manca bicchiere per poggiare gli spazzolini e il cestino (c'era solo in bagno)

Abbiamo preso due camere quadruple, e al nostro arrivo ci è stata anche assegnata una suite. Camere belle, ampie, comode e pulite! La piscina è uno dei punti forti della struttura, è anche più bella di come sembra nelle foto. Infine, la colazione: poche strutture offrono una colazione così ampia, variegata (dal dolce al salato) e buona!

• Jack (3/5): Wouldn’t recommend to friends or family. THE A/C’s DONT WORK! - Closest resort to the hotel we were attending the wedding at. Pool looked good but we didn’t go in it. The air conditioning was extremely poor. Even after asking to move rooms, the issue wasn’t resolved - both rooms were uncomfortably hot. We were originally staying in the dreaded ‘Room 8’ which I’ve seen a number of reviews regarding this room in particular. Staff seemed disengaged and unenthusiastic, as if they’d heard the same complaints many times before. The overall feeling was that the hotel is really just a wedding venue with rooms, not a place designed for guest comfort or longer stays. There was little sense of hospitality or attention to detail for anyone not directly involved with a wedding event. If you’re staying for a wedding and only need a place to sleep, it might be fine. But for a longer or more comfortable stay, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

All the facilities were first class and we loved the dinner, local Puglia wine and the breakfast was just great.. It's a little expensive but, these days, you pay for what you get.

• Marta (6/5): Could’ve been a great stay if not for the theft of the wedding photographer camera. - - the nature and the surroundings - the room was spacious - the pool was big - Firstly and most importantly, there was a theft during our stay at the property. We were staying at the hotel to attend a wedding and to everyone’s surprise and horror, the wedding photographer’s camera was stolen during the party. The venue were not very in finding it or getting help from the police. - In addition to the above, the venue staff had thrown away the wedding favours when changing the set up of the tables. I am still confused as to how someone thought that was the right thing to do. - On the day to day running of the venue, there was lack of staff across its premises meaning it was hard to get a coffee or a water - The place is in a bit of middle of nowhere so it’s hard to get around without a car; there are no nearby shops or restaurants

• Davide (7/5): Grande potenziale ma c' è molto su cui lavorare - Struttura molto bella e con del potenziale notevole. La posizione consente di visitare molti luoghi con spostamenti di venti minuti di auto circa. La pulizia delle camere è approssimativa, con grossi quantitativi di polvere sotto il letto e pavimento poco pulito. Colazione poco varia e personale volenteroso ma forse un po' inesperto. La connessione wifi nella stanza non era stabile ed è risultata inutilizzabile. Inoltre, Ci era stata assicurata telefonicamente prima della prenotazione in caso di bel tempo l'apertura della piscina per il 1 maggio ma non è stato così nonostante i 25 gradi di temperatura .Il 4 maggio la pulizia della stessa era ancora in alto mare, con delusione di molti ospiti oltre noi, viste le aspettative disattese.

The dinners were amazing. The pool is beautiful. Getting to the property at night was difficult as there no lights or signs in front of property.
