- Sten (9/5): Er du til luksus byferie i Palma de Mallorca kan dette være hotellet for dig! - Fremragende beliggenhed centralt i den gamle del af Palma. I gå afstand til såvel lufthavnsbus som utallige tapasbarer og restauranter. I rimelig afstand til rimelig god strand. DA det er 2. gang vi var der, lader dette spørgsmål sig knapt besvare. What you expect is what you get. Vil du have stor swimmingpool elle lignende, så vælg et andet hotel. Hvis du er til et byhotel i den øvre klasse, kan Palma Suites bestemt anbefales.
- meliata (5/5): - Honestly, nice and cute hotel. Staff is nice. However, not worth the price at all -- I paid over 300€/night here and received literally just a room, with a small kitchen. Also, not the cleanest -- there was a ball of hair on the stairway the entire week I was there. It's loud outside (which can be expected out of the old town so that just comes with the location I suppose) so sleeping at night can be a challenge if you're not a tight sleeper. Value for money is not there, a 4* hotel should at least include breakfast for 300€+/night, and potentially even a dinner, or a spa. But there is only a small rooftop, and breakfast is paid extra and 18€ at that. I don't see why I should return.

- François (3/5): A fuir : bars festifs partout autour, fenêtre sans double vitrage - L'appartement est très bien équipé, assez spacieux et moderne. Le petit rooftop est sympa (3 banquettes et toute petite piscine pour se rafraichir) Nous avions demandé une chambre au calme. Résultat notre suite était proche de l'ascenseur (donc ballet continu de personnes, chariots le soir, tôt le matin), avec la fenêtre (pas de double vitrage) donnant face à un bar ultra bruyant qui ferme à 2h30, où tout le monde est dehors faute de place à l'intérieur. Je n'ai jamais, jamais, été aussi dérangé de ma vie par le bruit dans un hôtel, incroyable. Résultat : 3 nuits à dormir extrêmement mal, impossible de fermer l'oeil avant la fermeture du bar. Le patron de l'hôtel nous ayant même suggéré d'aller boire des verres plutôt que de dormir... Ah et il y a des bennes de poubelles en bas, sur nos 3 nuits, les bennes ont été vidées 2 fois par la ville vers 3h30 du matin : merveilleux. Vu le prix des nuits, allez le dépenser ailleurs car chaque côté de Palma Suite donne sur des bars dans le même style : une catastrophe
- T (9/5): Perfekte Lage für Stadturlaub in Palma - Perfekte Lage für Palma, sehr gute Organisation der Parkmöglichkeit (unbedingt vor dem Befahren klären, Anwohnerbereich), funktionale Küche mit Spüler und Herd (Mikrowelle wäre vlt. gut), täglich frische Kaffeekapseln für die vorhandene Espresso-Maschine, schöne Einrichtung, super nettes Personal, sehr schöne Dachterrasse mit Rundumblick (Pool ist eher Badewanne ;)), Restaurants, Parkhaus, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Mercat d`Olivar in wenigen Minuten fußläufig... etwas eng, nachts teilweise recht laut (Containerdienst, Freisitz Restaurant...), der Luftfilter in der Balkontür hebt den Schallschutz der Fenster auf...im Raum stehende Recycling-Trenn-Eimer sind irgendwie immer im Weg...

- Ernesta (9/5): Great hotel for staying with a kid - Our room was on 3 levels/floors, which made it quite unique and we really liked it. It had all possible amenities, so we actually felt like at home. Cleaning every day was great! Hotel was located quite close to everything, also to the bus stop which takes you to and from the airport. We couldn’t really hear the other guests nor the noise from the street. Really great and stong hairdryer! So the first two days it seemed like air conditioning wasn’t working and it got so hot in the room, that we sometimes needed to just open the doors so some cold would come in from the corridor. Then I asked about it but it seemed like we couldn’t do any adjusting on the air conditioning. Then all of a sudded, on day 3 air conditioning started blowing full power day and night that it actually got way too cold haha! 😂 Other than that it was amazing!

- Andrea (9/5): Fantastischer Aufenthalt - Das Frühstück war fantastisch, die Suiten bestens ausgestattet, das Personal war sehr freundlich und höflich, das Design des Hotels sehr geschmackvoll, tolle Dachterrasse (auch Kinder dürfen sie benutzen, was selten zu finden ist!) Das Sofabett war nicht sehr bequem (wobei die richtigen Betten sehr bequem waren); wer mit Babys reist, die krabbeln oder gerade laufen können, muss ziemlich gut aufpassen, da die Suiten über Halbetagen verteilt sind, die mit Treppen verbunden sind (kein richtiger Negativpunkt, aber sollte man bedenken)

Ich habe nichts vermisst. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, die Cocktails waren lecker, das Hotel in der Lobby sehr gemütlich. Das Wetter. Aber dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts.

Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich. Das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig, frisch und sehr appetitlich. Das Gym ist etwas klein, vielleicht sollte man es weglassen.

The rooms are definitely not sound proof despite being advertised as such. A suspicious amount of homeless people/suspected prostitutes loitering in the near area every day for the week of our stay. Low ceilings +beams are easy to hit your head, even in the shower. Shower head was slightly broken. Main room light flickered the entire time. Dining area lights inconsistently turned off. The main issue is that the "deluxe luxury suite bed" was two single beds pushed together, which, left a hole/chasm of doom in the middle of the bed. The beds weren't even fastened together.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Auch bei schlechterem Wetter eine gemütliche Unterkunft. Guter Fitnessraum mit Aussicht. Tolle Aussicht auf Basilika, Hafen, Kathedrale von der Dachterrasse mit kleinem aber beheizten Becken. Zu dem Frühstück können wir nichts sagen, da wir uns selbst versorgt haben. Sehr schnelle, freundliche Rückmeldung auch bei Fragen vorab. Kommen gern über Silvester wieder. . Leider keine Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder
- Adrian (8/5): Entspannt alles zu Fuss erreichbar - auf dem Dach eine Oase mitten in der Stadt mit tollem Rundblick - Die Lage mitten im Zentrum von Palma ist super - manchmal ist die Bar nebenan etwas laut, aber das darf in der Innenstadt erwartet werden. Die Dachterrasse ist herrlich, leider konnten wir nicht oft profitieren, das Wetter war zu feucht und kühl. Die Küche war super um selber mal ein Frühstück zuzubereiten. Die Betten waren sehr weich - wir sind uns festere Matratzen gewohnt. Auf Nachfrage hiess es, die Betten seinen neu - ich hätte mir etwas festere Matratzen gewünscht.

Die Lage des Hotels könnte nicht besser sein. Bars und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Besonders schön ist die kleine Terrasse auf dem Dach mit beheiztem Minipool 😃.

- Stefan (8/5): Komfortables Appartment in der Altstadt - Das Appartment liegt zentral in der Altstadt am Rande der Geschäftszone. Es ist zwar nicht sonderlich groß, aber zweckmäßig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küchenzeile verfügt über alles an Ausstattung, was zur Selbstversorgung notwendig ist. Das Raumklima war angenehm durch die Fußbodenheizung. Die Crew war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die kleine öffentlichen Dachterrasse bietet einen tollen Blick über die Altstadt und die Playa de Palma. Die Einrichtung war augenscheinlich recht neu, aber es zeigten sich zahlreiche Abnutzungsspuren (Schrammen, Flecken, Absplitterungen, fehlende Abdeckungen bei Lichtschaltern). Mitunter scheinen schlicht ungeeignete Materialien verwendet worden zu sein (Das Türblatt im Bad ist durch die Feuchtigkeit aufgequollen, die Duschscharniere sind korrodiert). Das ist alles nicht dramatisch, aber es wirkt ungepflegt. Und das hatte in dieser Preisklasse anderes erwartet.
