Almuteiri (8/5): Totally recommended for couples - Excellent location, polite and professional staff especially the receptionist and the restaurant staff, reasonably priced, fantastic parking service and a nice view. Only I called the room service, I asked them to clean the room but they didn’t. Yet the room remained clean and has all the necessary things.

ahmed (9/5): الاستمتاع - جميع العاملين فوق الوصف في التعامل الراقي و الابتسامه والمساعده . تشعر فعلا بانهم مستعدون لتقديم اي شي تحتاجه ان يقدمونه لك . من اول ما تدخل البوابه لتسليم سيارتك الي الشباب الرائعين في الأسلوب والحفاظ علي السيارة في مواقفهم الخاصه . والي اللستقبال في الدور 16 كان في استقبالنا الرجل والشاب الوسيم ذوا الابتسامه الاخ علي بحريني رائع في التعامل وسريع ويسهل عليك كل شي . وايضا موظفين المطاعم تعام ممتاز وراقي ونظفي . فقط شي واحد في الإفطار لابد من التنويع في البوفيه المفتوح. ملاحظه صغيره وهي عمليه تنظيم احضار الطلبات مثل الشاي او القهوة هناك بطي كبير او في طلب مثلا البيض المخفوق ياخذ وقت طويل جدا جدا لتحضيره وهذا غير منطقي وبالاخص اذا كان الزحام بسيط .

Bettina (10/5): Fabulous hotel with outstanding staff - 10 out of 10 - - the staff make this hotel a home away from home, nothing is too much trouble and they always deliver, phenomenal - they permitted me to check in very early which was great, I didn't expect that - superb location in the diplomatic area, minutes from Avenues Mall - room looks exactly like the pictures, everything works and the TV disappears into the table to give a panoramic view - wonderful bathroom with huge tub and large shower - very cozy bed and great pillows - room service meals delicious and prompt - the swimming pool is usually very quiet and has stunning views over the area - my driver arrived while I was still out and they allowed him to park on the ramp so I was able to hop out the taxi and straight into my car to go home - I had a couple of internet issues and the staff could not have been kinder or more helpful - I am looking forward to returning soon and will definitely tell my friends and colleagues about this gem of a hotel - there was a bit of a smell in the entrance area only of my room when I first arrived (not sure what but not pleasant) but the staff immediately went in and it was gone when I returned to the hotel some time later
