• Shafique (2/5): Worst stay - Nothing at all. They are house keeping is poor, there pool was close for the whole 11 days of my stay. They have given exact same breakfast everyday. They couldn't give us the room we booked on our first night. They sent us to their other hotel for our 1st night of stay. Their housekeeping was really poor. Their pool was close for the whole 11 days of my stay. They have given the exact same breakfast every day.

• Andrea (8/5): - Wir waren mit unserem Zimmer nicht einverstanden und uns wurde am nächsten Tag ein Upgrade gegeben in ein Zimmer, in dem es ruhiger war. Das Fitnessstudio war für ein Hotel richtig prima. Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Baustandard ist einfach. Wir haben im ersten Zimmer jeden Schritt der über uns wohnenden und leider sehr nachtaktiven Person gehört. Außerdem habe ich die sonst üblichen Badsachen wie Bodylotion vermisst. Darauf hatte ich mich ein bisschen verlassen.Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach und wenig gesund.

• EREZ (2/5): תודות לYancy המקסימה והמקצועית מצוות הקבלה. הם לא מנקים את החדרים מספיק, לא מומלץ לסובלים מאלרגיות. - תודה רבה ל-Yancy מצוות הקבלה שעשתה מאמצים גדולים להשיב לנו חבילה שאבדה, קיבלה אותנו בקבלת פנים נפלאה בצק אין ותמיד היתה שם עם חיוך ומקצועיות על מנת לסייע. במלון חדר כביסה נוח ומתוחזק, שצריך מגבות הם מביאים (אולי בגלל שהם יודעים שהחדר לא נוקה וסודר). הם פשוט לא מנקים את החדרים. יש נקיון חלקי - אם בכלל. בחדר עם מטבח זה בעייתי. פעם אחת ניקו (לאחר סיוע מהקבלה שם ביקשנו שיבואו לנקות) והשאירו פתק שמבקשים טיפ. פעם אחרת שכחנו להשאיר טיפ, שחזרנו לדירה הבגדים שלנו הושלכו על השידות והריצפה, הסדין סודר באופן מרושל, הכלים נשארו בכיור והאשפה לא פונתה בכלל. למחרת לא ניקו כלל ללא הסבר. המטבח מגעיל לא ניתן להשתמש שם בכלום, והכי גרוע ראינו שצוות הנקיון משתמש בתרסיס נגד חרקים, בחדר עם שטיח וחלונות סגורים - אולי בגלל זה סבלתי מפריחה במהלך השהות שלי שם, נוסף לאבק וכו מאד לא בריא לסובלים מאלרגיות. - שירות שממש לא תואם את המחיר שגובים עבור המלון, לעולם לא נחזור לשם.
• Ann (10/5): - They had inside two sided fireplace and a really big lobby for groups to hand out in with enough privacy from others. The outdoor grill and fire pit were also a great perk when you were not quite ready for bed. My suite was spacious. My only concern was the height of the bed (for a disability room) was very challenging to get into. A stool would have helped me but this bed would have been impossible for anyone wheelchair bound -even with several people performing a lift.

• Jodi (6/5): - This ended up being a great location for us as we were there for baseball, LI Ducks & SI Ferry Hawks. The major inconvenience was the WiFi was down the whole time we were there. We were told multiple times it was being fixed and never was. We had to leave the property in order to work remotely. Kind of a bummer when we only had to walk across the parking lot to the baseball field. (Reason for 3 stars)

If you're away from home on vacation the last thing you want is to have to wake up and get out early just to get some eggs and coffee.

The waffles are premade with tons of sugar on them and in them. Bring back the waffle maker. It requires more cleaning yet it’s worth it! Not many vegetarian options . Turkey sausage or bacon should be on menu daily and beef or pork if necessaryto accommodate ALL guests. Breakfast. Hopefully the pool will be fixed during my next stay. It’s an inconvenience to walk over to the sister hotel in the winter. In the end my granddaughter enjoyed it.
