No reservation...walked right in and Jacoy found up a nice room on fourth floor with quiet neighbors. And the best part was STAR BUCKS COFFEE in the lobby in the AM with ice on the counter...Loved this touch. My husband's best part was several nice restaurants within close walking distance. The WHOLE HOG CAFE was excellent. Perfect hotel for a traveling couple. Thank you!

• Cindy (9/5): Our stay at the Courtyard Marion was very comfortable and convenient. - The property was clean and the staff very friendly. The location was great, next to a few restaurants if you don’t want to eat at the bistro. Great value for the price! The drink prices at the bar were a little high but it was nice to not have to leave the hotel to get a cocktail.
• M271ZDtammyb (2/5): Beware of switching rooms after reservation! - I made our reservation on September 29th for a stay from October 9–12, specifically booking a room with two queen beds. However, upon checking in on October 9th, we were initially assigned a room with only one bed. Thankfully, Jamal at the front desk corrected the issue and promptly moved us to a room with two beds as originally reserved. At checkout, we noticed that our final bill was higher than the reservation rate. The front desk clerk informed us that we would need to contact Kiara, the general manager, to resolve the overcharge. I called and emailed Kiara, who acknowledged that there had been a mistake and confirmed our reservation was indeed for two beds at a lower rate. She assured me that she would issue a credit for the overcharge. Unfortunately, the refund was never processed, and despite multiple follow-up calls, we were placed on hold for extended periods without resolution. This experience was disappointing, especially since the issue was acknowledged but never corrected. While I appreciated Jamal’s professionalism during check-in, the lack of follow-through on the billing issue left a negative impression.

Friendly staff at the front desk, manager on duty was extremely helpful, courteous, professional and truly cared about her staff throughout the entire hotel. They provided us what we needed in order for yhe event to be a success. We will definitely recommend the banquet room space to other for future event needs. We look forward to returning to the hotel to provide our services . Kimber Décor Events had an amazing experience and our client was pleased with services as well.

• Samuel (10/5): Can’t go wrong with Marriott. - From the get go this place eased my mind after a troublesome experience at a hotel down the street. The man at the front desk was so damn awesome and nice. He even gave our dog a little dog treat! Our room was spacious and comfy. The TV allowed for us to access our streaming apps to watch exactly what we wanted. Yeah it’s more expensive than other stays near by but for its quality it’s surely worth it.

I suggest the hotel have “Quiet Hours” - Overall, The Staff was nice. & the Hotel was tucked off in a nice area. Kids running through the halls at night kept me awake around 12am (Mostly parents responsibility) . Also, some of the pillows and bedsheets were extremely dirty that needed to be clean, And I wish house keeping came regularly to give us more towels. But other than that. There’s not much to complain about. Good Job Marriott!

Close to interstate 40 so very noisy if you open a window to get fresh air, but air conditioner i room works great and not noisy. Staff went out of their way to accomodate our needs after long drive. The Whole Hog BBQ across the parking lot is delicious and i am not a big fan of BBQ.

I didn't appreciate it. At check out, the front desk lady asked if anything was broken in the room. When I told her yes, she slammed the cards on the desk & huffed. I felt unwelcomed & uncomfortable. Best Western has given me better service.

• Theresa (4/5): Dirty sheets - After we got to the second room it was clean and comfortable. When we got to the first room, the sheets was dirty, looked like someone with dirty hands was gonna pull the sheets back.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Great service nice room - Front desk was amazing. I believe his name was lewis but not sure on that. He gave great service and pointed out all the perks of my stay. Including the bar (super nice lobby )with tv and even a fire pit located outside. Will def be adding to my list of staycation spots when i need a mental health day away.
• John (10/5): Great selection! - Great location and parking areas well lit. Breakfast is not free, but we had to get out really early so can’t comment on how good it is. BBQ restaurant right next door had great ribs for dinner on checkin day!

• Theonna (10/5): Will only stay at this Marriott Hotel in LR - My husband is from Little Rock, and whenever we travel in from Dallas, we always stay at this Marriott location. It’s a great location, always clean and comfortable. Thank you Ty, for getting me all checked in when needed ☺️🙋‍♀️. All of the staff members are professional, friendly and always welcoming.
