I love hiltons and as I retired I choose this hotel chain as my choice and still is but never this hotel again. The worst hilton ever

- HOTTOMALE (2/5): WORST HOTEL—CONSTRUCTION AND HORRIBLE FRONT DESK - This was the WORST hotel we have ever stayed at. We were woken up at 6:45am EVERY SINGLR morning Friday-Sunday because of Construction and constant drilling and hammering . You can’t even put your head down on the pillow because of the vibrations from the drills below us. We asked the front desk to move us every day and they said no. We asked to speak to the manager and they said there never was one. How can there not be a manager for 3 days and during the weekend at a hotel? The front desk couldn’t care less, they were rude to us and condescending. They were just horrible. If you want to enjoy your time in Nashville, never stay here.

- Kirk (1/5): Very bad. - The bed was ok. I was traveling with my wife and a toddler and requested and was denied a bathtub. The wifi and tv was not working, when we called the front desk they told us we could call the service technician ourself. Also the pool was not heated and again we was told we could call the service technician ourself. The bathroom was not stocked properly and the breakfast was poor at best. I was also not aware that there was a $40 dollar charge for self parking or a $45 dollar charge for valet parking. The staff was rude and unhelpful. These things could have been disclosed to me when I booked or at least at check in. I will never stay there again.

- Angelina (8/5): It was ok. - My daughter had a seminar to attended at Vanderbilt. It was so convenient to be able to walk across the street to attend. I booked this hotel for 2 reasons. 1 was for the convenience of being across the street to Vanderbilt university. Also for the pool. The pool was so cold not a guest was in at any times my little kid would ask me to go down there through out the day just to see if it was warm. I feel that you want to state your pool open turn the heat on so we are able to use all facilities.

The bed was comfortable and bathroom facilities were nice. There was no communication on having to use your card key to operate the elevator. The indoor pool was freezing. Front desk clerk was on her cell phone while I was asking questions rather than offering helpful information regarding our stay.

- Mommawells (10/5): Valet Levi is a 10/10. - This review is strictly about Levi, the valet parking attendant. Levi greeted us upon arrival and explained the entire process to us. On days/nights Levi was not there we had to wait for our car and even had to tell the one attendant we requested the car through our app. Levi opened the door for both myself and my mother each time, engaged in good conversation with both myself boys while we unloaded stuff, and was overly friendly. We never had to wait for our car. He never changed settings for the vehicle. He truly is the best ever! Make sure you get Levi and tip him extra 😊

- Loveville (10/5): Thank you, Charu and Levi! - I live in Nashville but had to relocate to this hotel due to a significant water disaster at my home. I was distressed. Charu who worked at the front desk showed me emotional support when I checked in. Levi helped with moving my stuff to the hotel room. I really appreciate their kind support, which helped me feel much better. Thank you, Charu and Levi!
- Tiba (10/5): Excellent hotel - The bedroom was a good surprise. We spent less than 12 hours in the hotel; it was just a stop to sleep on a road trip from Florida to Minnesota. I desired to have more time to enjoy. Breakfast was also very good. The receptionist on check-in was polite but not friendly. She said the bedroom was on the 3rd floor. I asked: "3rd floor?" She replied "yes, mam." It was on the 2nd. The receptionist on checkout was quick and friendly. The parking was very expensive. We paid $12 a day in Tampa, so it was a surprise to pay $40 in Nashville.
- Stephanie (1/5): Miserable - There was hardly any staff. Zero housekeeping! The indoor pool was like ice. We had zero hot water for the entirety of our stay. Everything was just patched up. For this to be a "Hilton" this was sad, especially for what we had to pay for it. Nobody knew anything. You had to go through 10 people to finally get an answer. I will never stay here again nor recommend it to anyone.

- mariasC7635ZT (10/5): Fantastic stay in Nashville! - We had a wonderful time staying as t Homewood Suites in Nashville. The staff was extremely courteous and professional. Our suite was big and immaculate. It was also looked newly renovated. We were in a good location to get around easily. We used Uber often and it was very reasonable. We also loved the breakfast! I would definitely recommend staying here.
- Chelsea (10/5): Perfect Place, Expensive Taste - Loved the breakfast pork carnitas bar and the way the room felt like a home apartment. The price. The only reason we were able to stay is because I had travel credit with Booking. I would love to always stay at this hotel when we travel, but cannot afford it.

- Hieskell (7/5): Not as good as the last 5 years we came to your hotel. The breakfast was great. - Clean and comfort. The front desk didn't tell me about the new garage payment plan. Paying the bill with a scan code. The last time we was your hotel that was not in place. And the front told me nothing about. We went to leave the garage and tried to scan are room key and it didn't work. The front desk did ask if I was using the garage and it's 40 dollars a day. And said yes. And I thought it was in my bill the I sign for. And when we left the garage we would not get out. So I had to go to the front desk and at that time they told me about the change for the garage. I was very disappointed that when I arrived and check in no one said anything about that. And another problem was we ran out of towels and my husband went to the front desk and asked for more towels. And she someone would bring them up soon. We waited for a hour and half. And no towels. So I went down and said the towels didn't come. And she I can text house keeping again .And I told her we had places we needed to go and couldn't take a shower without towels . We was very late for the place we needed to go. And in about 20 mins the towel finally came .

- jessicawM7587LU (2/5): Never staying here again! - I am giving one star for the location of the hotel; most things are within walking distance. I checked into my room on Friday, 10/10, and found that there were roaches. We called the front desk around 730pm. They sent an engineer up around 745pm who didn't even check for roaches. He sat on the floor of the kitchen and stated that he was nervous to move anything to check the area because, and I quote, "the flood gates may open." He was nervous more roaches would come. He then stated he would grab insect spray and come back to spray the room. He never showed up. We called the front desk again after 930pm to let them know the engineer never came back to spray. They let us know that they were unaware that the engineer was supposed to come back and that he departed at 830 for the night. We asked for a different room and they stated that there was nothing they could do because there were no rooms available. We were told that they purposely overbook the rooms in hopes of cancellations or declined payment... which makes absolutely NO sense at all! Anyway, we had our children with us who ended up staying in a their grandparents room because they were too scared to sleep there. The shower was dirty so we had to go to the store to get a shower mat to lay down before showering. In the middle of night while using the restroom, there was another roach in the bathroom on the towel. When we called the front desk the next morning, we asked to speak to a manager and was told managers do not work on the weekends and that there was nothing they could do. I do not recommend staying at this location, customer service is trash!
