The service provided by the staff is very uneven - it really depends on who are you interacting with. The check-in took long, we had to wait for quite a while and there wasn't even a queue. The lock in the door wasn't working and it was impossible to lock the room, but this got fixed relatively fast. What's the point of having a kitchenette in the room if it's not equipped in anything? And even if you ask for basic utensils/plates/pots, it won't be provided.

The room was nice but not cosy and comfortable. The thematic decoration (Marvels) was funny but it gave us a strange feeling. The room could have been more comfortable with a smaller desk, a nicer living area (the sofa was not comfortable, the coffee table was too big for the space...).
