- N5315CVsuzanned (2/5): Sigh. - sigh. frequent traveler. LOYAL traveler. I always travel with minimum of at least 3 people. I choose/book AND PAY for the travel accommodations for my work/traveler companions on every trip. I knew when I was booking THIS Hilton hotel that I was taking my chances as I've stayed at this particular Homewood Suites location a few times before and *each* time there was an issue with my 3 rooms. Not what I booked/confirmed. Note: it's a FRANCHISE hotel. Incredibly disappointed because it's not a one off bad experience here. It's been multiple times. That's on me. I won't stay here again. Sharing my experience with my fellow business community as we rely on each other to help route our travel and our budgets.

- Kim (9/5): Overall we had a great stay. Again staff were wonderful and helpful. - I loved the location. It was perfect. We walked to dinner almost every night. I thought the staff were extremely friendly. I liked the breakfast in the morning. The overall hotel was cleanly. I received a text upon arriving if everything was ok and if we needed anything. If we did need something for example, additional bath towels they arrived yo our room in a very short amount of time. So very accommodating. Our freezer in our room made a horrible sound on and off. We would have to open the freezer and hit the back of freezer to stop making noise. It did it during the night as well. Not sure what we could have done to rectify that. Also, I’m very surprised as to the way the children that came in on Friday evening I’m assuming for a soccer thing possibly were allowed to run through the hotel halls, the lobby area which we had enjoyed up until that evening was taken over by the group. The children were running through the lobby area and had a speaker with loud music going. I really didn’t think it was fair for the other guests that may have wanted to enjoy the area as well.

- hardingk (10/5): Good hotel near OSU - Good hotel in a great area. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Large rooms with separate sitting area and kitchen. Everything was nice and clean. Hotel has breakfast included with several options. Bathroom needed some work. Shower leaked, tile cracked and the water temperature was backwards in the handle. Very close to OSU, if visiting campus. Will stay here again if in the area.

The only issue is during the weekend that I came down there their Wi-Fi was down, and although the Wi-Fi was down, I didn't have a problem with that, but there was absolutely no service in the building during my entire stay and that is the only complaint that I've had but everything else was great. Breakfast was perfect.

Kitchen had toasters and microwave, plates and crockery, and everything to make a multi day stay comfortable. The barhroom was a great size and everything worked perfectly. Great stay and really pleasant front desk team.

The breakfasts were delicious with many options! The man that was helping with the breakfasts was very kind to us and helped us a lot. I wish we had gotten his name.

Rooms comfy and the hotel was clean. The breakfast was better than others we’ve had which included an egg bar (salsa, tomatillos sauce etc).

I’m not expecting the staff to drop everything and find them but to say.. no sorry nothing turned in when I can literally see them in the room on find my phone. Such a disappointment

The breakfast was THE BEST hotel breakfast we have ever had - amazing 10/10 - wish we had restaurants near us that served the exact same quality of food. Room was very clean and spacious. Everything in the room did look and feel a little worn. Most of that didn’t really matter, but trying to sit and relax on those couch cushions - yikes. Overall great experience and would absolutely stay here again.

Staff is friendly and helpful . Nora at the front desk is super sweet, making our stay even nicer . Thank you . The lady in charge of the breakfast is great. Thank you for your help . FYI: xtra charge for staying here: parking $5.50 per night and $125 for 7 days of having our dog with us . Grass area for our dog is rather small . Other than that, we don’t mind staying at this hotel again .

The breakfast was absolutely amazing better variety and quality than i have seen in similar motels. This is my new stop on my quarterly trips to New York!!

- Vishwabhilash (2/5): - The guest services is terrible. Got a room with clogged and overflowing toilet . They don’t even bother to answer your call from the room phone. Had to call them from my mobile only to be told that they cannot move us to another room but can only provide a plunger and we will have to unclog the toilet by ourselves . Would never stay here another time. Had to vacate the room because of the terrible customer service and facilities in the middle of the night with a young kid in hand.

- Joseph (10/5): - We enjoyed our stay at the Homewood Suites hotel in Upper Arlington. The location is excellent and an easy walk to many shops and restaurants. The facility was clean. It was also undergoing a renovation at the time of our visit, but our room, not yet renovated, was just fine. I would definitely return to this hotel.

- KATHY (6/5): - Room was paid in advance through Expedia. Upon checking out the front desk employee asked to run my credit card reassuring me it wouldn’t charge again. Before even leaving the lobby I was notified my credit card was again charged for the room. I was told I would be contacted by the manager to fix the double charge by noon. I was never contacted so now I will have to dispute the charge.
- Kathleen (2/5): Just say no - -No hot water. -Outlets in room are broken/loose so you can’t charge phones. -breakfast food was literally rotten and smelled like a dead animal. Eggs were fluorescent green. -no parking -ground floor rooms get blinding light from cars All Night. Asked for another room… declined. They know about these issues yet do nothing to rectify according to an employee. Do not stay here.

- Sarah (10/5): Great Stay - Hotel was clean, nicely decorated, the room we booked was large and very comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful especially for being free. Really convenient free parking as well. Would stay here again if ever in the area.
- Benjamin (4/5): Property needs TLC. - Proximity to restaurants. Excellent location. Only lukewarm water in shower. Too cold to bathe. Dead battery in lobby smoke alarm emitted screech every 30 seconds. Not fixed until I complained the second day.
