- Ryan (1/5): Check your credit card statements if you choose to stay here. - I paid for my girlfriend’s stay in advance. Her name was clearly listed in the reservation. This establishments charged her card full price for the reservation. After much confusion and aggravation they refunded the first transaction during her stay. They then charged her card yet again once she was home for a reservation that was paid in advance in full. This still has yet to be refunded/resolved. Attempting to rectify this has been nothing but pure aggravation. We have no other concerns other than recommending you check your statements if you decide to stay here. The billing department here is either deliberately stealing or wholly incompetent.

Fire alarm went off, as we were walking down three flights of steps( put on third floor with almost empty parking lot), a fellow occupant told us it was false alarm. No staff member made any contact with us. Will not be staying there

They DID pre-pay for the room and there was no way to undo this. DON'T GIVE ME THE OPTION IF YOU ARE GOING TO IGNORE IT! Bait and switch is NOT OK.

- Clark (4/5): Bad internet bad coffee - There were no instructions for the internet. Marriot Bonvoy came automatically but was useless. The desk said to use Marriot-employee, but gave me the wrong password. Despite the premium price, there was no free coffee. All I wanted was a cup of coffee, but with one server who had to take orders and take food orders to tables and a half dozen in line, after 5 minutes, I gave up.

- Rosemarie (8/5): - The location was convenient for our stay, clean and comfortable. The website could use a little updating. It was not easy to navigate the available amenities. For example, there is a spa on site but no way to view the offerings with the exception of the bare listing. There is a breakfast room but it is not complimentary. Fresh coffee in the morning would be nice. Bottled water in the room would also have been appreciated. For the cost, these small amenities should be included.

Website mentioned restaurant, only a bagel & yogurt bistro that closes at 11:00a.m. Front desk employees from all 3 days were cold and seemed upset to be asked anything. Ice machine was not working, except on 2nd floor-no easy to walk all over when using a cane. Even a simple water wad $3.50

It's a large facility for dining while watching the golfers with a large bar that has food offerings as well. Very nice breakfast offerings to purchase with a very friendly staff member. This was our second stay and we will definitely visit again.

I had a rough time making it in due to plane delays and my reservation was cancelled, Erica tried getting Expedia to help fix the reservation but expia refused and wanted me to make a new reservation at a higher rate. Erica made sure I was taken care of, Expedia would not.
