Ótimo chuveiros para um bom banho após longo dia de passeios. Recepcionistas adoráveis, nos deram várias informações e dicas. Para quem vai pegar voo no aeroporto Marcopolo tem opção de ónibus que vai direto bem próximo da hospedagem. Achei que por ser próximo da estação teria barulho, mas me enganei muito tranquila a noite. Dá para fazer tudo a pé em Veneza.

• ketty meira (10/5): Muito bom! - Primeiro queremos falar do recepcionista Noé, educado, simpático e prestativo, foi o diferencial do Hotel. As senhoras do café da manhã, simpáticas e educadas. O quarto estava extremamente limpo, agradecemos pelas senhoras da limpeza. A localização do Hotel é sensacional. O ar condicionado, porque ele no máximo muito barulhento e no fraco não fazia efeito quase e não estávamos no verão. O secador de cabelo, quando esquenta desliga e demora pra ligar novamente, pedimos um outro ma recepção, que nos entregaram e não foi eficiente. Podia ter uma cortina ou algo para fazer a divisão do quarto, por ser duas camas. Não tem ferro de passar roupa.😔

• Vincent (9/5): C’était une découverte de Venise. Si nous devions y retourner, nous irions au même hôtel sans hésiter. - Personnel accueillant et très serviable, d’une grande gentillesse. Et toujours à disposition pour les renseignements. La propreté et le changement des draps journalier. L’approvisionnement généreux en nécessaire de toilettes. La proximité de la gare ferroviaire et des vaporetti. Le quartier du Canareggio. Le petit-déjeuner copieux et bien frais. L’ascenseur qui permet d’acheminer les bagages de et vers les étages supérieurs. La consigne des bagages qui permet de ne pas passer sa dernière journée à traîner ses valises en ville. Rien à signaler.

• lmoore7156 (10/5): Clean and well located. Great value--don't need a water taxi with luggage. - I have actually stayed at this hotel twice--two years in a row. It is nothing fancy, and that is why it is perfect. It is clean and comfortable. I really appreciate the family room with three beds. It was perfect for me, my husband and my teen and tween. What is so great about this place is the location--if you come from the airport or the train, you don't have to take a water taxi deep into the city and deal with that and your luggage. It is not far to pull basic wheeled luggage. We used Venice as a sort of stopover before driving to the Dolomites. We liked getting into town, dropping off our bags, and then exploring Venice on foot and getting lost in the alleyways. You could also take the Vaporetti easily from there. The breakfast is really quite good and plentiful. Many delicious treats. There are staff members making cappuccino and espresso to order. I find that the price is a good value for the location and ease. A lot of people who are trying to save money stay outside of Venice proper--but then you miss the magic of the city without the cruise ships and day trippers. If you are on a budget--THIS is the place to stay. This is no frills, but clean. The staff is direct and helpful. When we had to miss breakfast the second year, they packed us a to-go breakfast and had it ready for us at 5:00 am when we had to leave to catch our flight. Such pragmatic hospitality.
• Sabrina (5/5): Satisfaisant, mérite un petit effort de modernisation. - L’emplacement est bien, à proximité des vaporetto et dans un endroit très vivant, l’hôtel se trouve quand même dans une ruelle calme. Le personnel était très gentil et agréable. Par rapport aux prix des hôtels dans Venise il reste « abordable ». Les chambres étaient propres mais quand même vieillottes, la salle de bain mériterait un rafraîchissement (fenêtres et odeur d’égout qui remontent), pourquoi pas mettre des cabines de douche à la place de ces vieux rideaux 😓

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The only downside was the breakfast — the selection was very limited, i haven’t found drinking water available, and guests could not make coffee themselves. Despite that, I still enjoyed my stay thanks to the excellent location and overall comfort. Breakfast

Recommended for families. We had a great stay. Breakfast spread was also pretty decent. Rooms are a bit old and weathered but that adds to the old city vibes of Venice :-) .

• ALBA (9/5): I absolutely recommend it! - I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and 3 days with my family, and we had a wonderful experience. The location is absolutely perfect, very central and convenient for exploring the city and reaching all the main attractions easily. Close to the train station and to the boat departure station. The staff was extremely welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with any request. Breakfast was very good. We stayed in a quadruple room, which was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean throughout our stay. The level of cleanliness was truly excellent and made us feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding location, service, and great value for money. We would definitely stay here again! For us, this was not a problem at all, but it may be worth mentioning for other guests: the lift is quite small. If you are traveling with a lot of luggage or have specific mobility needs, I would recommend requesting a ground-floor room when booking to make your stay more comfortable.

• Mary Glenn (8/5): A night of stay is good enough - Very near to the train station. Staffs are very friendly. We have free breakfast packed for us because we checked out at 3AM. They also allowed us to check-in 1hr early. There is a unmanned place to put your luggage if you still cannot check-in early. The wood flooring is falling part. The windows cannot be closed or sealed enough for the airconditioning to stay inside the room. The room is outdated but clean, complete with toiletries and comfy.

Ainda sem saber como esse hotel se diz 3 estrelas, não recomendo.

• Josephine (4/5): Different standards to Australia - Do not expect air conditioning or a fan. Room was stuffy and old. Beds were uncomfortable. No hot water if other guests are showering. The slowest lift on the planet that only takes 1 guest and bag. Allocated breakfast times as the room is too small to accommodate alot of tables. Food was fine though. Do not expect value for a budget hotel. I did ask for another room as the first one smelled so bad like sewage it set my asthma off and they accommodated us no problems.

Hotel has a lift but it is hydraulic platform lift that is so small that 2 pax with 2 mid size luggage is packed like sardines in a can. It takes 75 seconds to get from level 0 to level 4. • Mauricio (8/5): Ótimo custo benefício e conveniência! - Acomodação simples mas que serve muito bem para explorar Veneza ficando bem localizado! Chegando na estação ferroviária o hotel fica a uns 400 mts, assim voce não precisa ficar andando puxando malas pra cima e para baixo mas ruas tortas, pontes e becos! O Vaporetto fica em frente à estação ferroviária e portanto bem próximo do hotel o que te faz ter acesso a qualquer ponto da cidade rapidamente! Ainda o hotel permite que deixe as malas antes e depois do check in/out o que facilita muito!! Funcionários atenciosos e ainda possui um café da manhã satisfatório já que 90% dos hotéis não tem café da manhã e o café da manhã do europeu é muito diferente do americano/latino americano! Então está Ok! O pequeno elevador (basicamente só para malas) é bem lento! Nada que comprometa mas poderia ser mais rápido! O banheiro do quarto que ficamos não possuía box e só aquela cortina plástica que dificulta na hora do banho! Poderia se pensar em colocar vidro ou acrílico no box!
