However, my last reservation indicated that my room had two queen beds, but when I arrived, it was only two much smaller double beds. It was disappointing to learn that the hotel doesn't even have queen beds. Sadly, they don't have luggage storage. Checkout was at 12 p.m., and I had to carry my suitcases all day since my flight wasn't at 10:15 p.m.

• Luis (6/5): - Es un hotel bastante accesible y acogedor, con una excelente ubicación cerca del mar y por la noche enfrente hay un mercado de artesanías y comidas. El personal es muy amable y respetuoso. Lo único que no me agradó mucho fue que el ventilador de la habitación en la que estábamos se movía muy bruscamente y temía porque se cayera, al igual que las velocidades del ventilador estaban invertidas, siendo 5 la más baja y 1 la más rápida.

On Wednesday nights only a nightclub near the hotel plays LOUD music til 3 a.m. not the hotel's fault, but be aware. Mexico is noisy😀 I will stay here whenever I come to Puerto rscondido

• Angelica (10/5): - En general un excelente hotel, no es de lujo, pero tiene lo necesario y está ubicado en una excelente playa, las camas muy malas, requieren cambio urgente y reportamos que no servía una lámpara que nos dijeron cambiarían en foto y jamás lo hicieron, pero en limpieza y atención, EXCELENTE
• José Luis (8/5): - Buen servicio en general, el personal fue amable. Mejorar el wifi y fumigar ya que hay bastantes hormigas incluso en la habitación. Un poco ruidoso por la ubicación pero a la vez útil para moverse en los alrededores y conocer la zona. Si lo recomendaría.
• Samuel (10/5): - Muy limpia y el personal muy atento, en las habitación que me aloje faltaban detalles en el baño como jaboneras y donde poner shampoo y demas accesorios. Un punto a favor es que tienen toallas en renta tanto para la playa como para la piscina. A parte de todo eso no hubo ningun inconveniente en transporte ni en acceso al hotel.

• ROGER (10/5): - Fue la tercera vez que nos hospedamos en éste hotel, muy recomendable por su ubicación y precio. La alberca excelente para después de un día en el mar, cuentan con tv, frigobar y el balcon para ver toda la gente que pasa por el tianguis. Excelente hotel.

• SAUL GUILLERMO (2/5): - no me gusto que llegamos el viernes y el sábado cerraron la alberca por mantenimiento, además de que solicitamos en la recepción que nos guardaran el equipaje unas horas en lo que salía nuestro vuelo y no lo quisieron hacer con el argumento de que no cuentan con un lugar para ello, no volveré jamás a ese hotel

• Jennifer (4/5): - El servicio de la habitación muy buena pero el personal de recepción no acata las reglas como por ejemplo no tomar y/o fumar en la alberca veían a la gente o les informabas y no hacían nada, permitían que la gente estuviera a altas horas de la noche sobre los pasillos y toda se escuchaba en nuestra habitación.

My room had a beautiful balcony overlooking the street which closes at 5 pm to become a vendor market. The pool was relaxing and everything was very clean. Highly recommend!

• Salomon (8/5): Cerca de playa principal - Cerca a la playa, no hay buenas opciones para comer cerca, en especial para desayunar. Hotel comodo, aunque un poco viejo.
• Mélanie Maya (8/5): - Le toit dans l'entrée de la chambre coulait, il y avait des coquerelles et le mercredi, il y a eu de la musique très très forte, nous sentions les vibrations des hauts parleurs. C'est bien situé pour les restos et la vie nocturne, mais c'est moins tranquille qu'à d'autres endroits. Le personnel était très gentil.
• Gonzalo (10/5): - Falla el servicio de internet es intermitente y en la noche va muy mal, recomiendo crear una contraseña más compleja ya que es muy probable que muchas personas estén conectadas ya que no es nada segura la contraseña. Fuera de eso muy bien todo.
• ROSALES (10/5): - Siempre me ha gustado este hotel, muy limpio, muy buena atención y cerca de todo. Lashabitaciones que dan a la calle, el Adiquin, una maravilla.

• Alan (10/5): - El personal es muy amable. Las instalaciones son buenas y cómodas. Es súper fácil llegar y moverse de ahí a cualquier otro lugar de PXM. La playa está a minutos caminando, el lugar es muy transitado y me atrevo a decir que es muy seguro. Sin duda volveremos.

• Eduardo V (6/5): - Por el precio está más o menos bien. Nos tocó habitación con vista a la calle por lo que se escucha mucho ruido, especialmente en la noche y el fin de semana más. Las instalaciones están bien para el precio pero podrían mejorar un poco. La limpieza bastante bien.
• Curtis (8/5): - We stayed at the Casablanca Hotel for a month. The hotel was very clean and very well maintained. The pool was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed most afternoons at the pool. The hotel is located where there is a Mexican market every night and we enjoyed watching from our balcony. There is noise from the market activity until about 10:00 PM, however there is a nightclub directly next to the hotel that is only open on Wednesday night. They play extremely loud horrible music until 3:00 AM making Wednesday night’s impossible to sleep. Everything else about the hotel was excellent. The staff was very helpful and very nice. Highest appreciation for their concern and service!
• Verified traveler (8/5): Good location, nice staff, no hot water - Staff was nice. Pool was comfortably cool. Bed/bedding were comfortable. Kitchen had a refrigerator (don't forget to plug it in! It's unplugged when you arrive), toaster (didn't work), tiny 2 burner plate, coffee pot - no microwave. Shower temp was lukewarm at best. Nighttime noise was pretty high, especially incredibly loud live music on Wednesday night which kept me up til 2am. The street in front of the hotel closes to car traffic every day 5-10pm (ish?) for a tourist market, so when I ordered a grocery delivery for 8pm my first day... it didn't go well. (No Uber Eats or Didi Food here, btw.) If you like tourist/beachy shops, seafood, small beach with boats, watching fishermen - this is a great location. Bring sandals - the sand will literally burn your feet.
• Mathew (10/5): - Staff were friendly and helpful. Shower and ac worked well. Pool was clean and excellent place to cool off in the evening. Very high cleaning standards. Great value for money.

• Angelica (6/5): - Have limited amount of sanitary supplies. Literally 1 roll of toilet paper for 5 people?! Unacceptable knowing that people have bowel movement at least 2 a day. Plus toilet paper was not the best so it goes by fast. Had to go ask for more and the man seamed bother that I was asking. So there’s room to improve

• Jeff (10/5): My favorite hotel in Puerto Escondido - I have stayed here multiple times and always enjoy it. The staff are wonderful, from the maids and all the front desk guys....they always make my stay feel welcome.
• Darren (6/5): - Clean. Felt safe. Good pricing. Noisy and bright area at night during holiday time. Would benefit from blackout blinds. Located away from main tourism areas; but easy to get cab and lots of options for day passed at beach clubs with nicer amenities.

• Alessandro (2/5): - Do not stay in this hotel! The staff is very rude and the infrastructure is very old. The internet is not working at all. Everytime I complained, I got another excuse. Strangely the Internet at the Reception Desk worked very well, when the staff was watching movies on the desk top computer. There is a bar/dance club 300 meter away that plays very very load music till 3:30 am every night, it is not possible to sleep before they stop the music!

• Robert (10/5): - This hotel is the best value in Puerto Escondido. Clean, well run, great maid service, and a refrigerator that keeps beverages ICE COLD. I liked a room with a balcony to watch all the activities below. It is a little loud but worth it! Internet not great but I used my TMobile account for all my internet needs. Telcell is great throughout Puerto.
• Jessica (10/5): - Veryyy clean, The owner was extremely helpful and kind especially as a solo traveller, the woman who spoke good english called a taxi for me and the bus terminal to try to help me figure out a way to a further airport, then got me a taxi from someone she knew down the road to make sure I was safe and didnt get ripped off financially.

• Olawale Bolanle (6/5): Okay - The accomodation was very basic. This would not qualify as a 3 star hotel by any means so I suggest Hotels.com consider revising the star. The air condition in my room leaked water all over, called the attention of the hotel staff to it and they didnt do anything about it
• Sailata (6/5): - The property is basic and it is located in a noisy area. The staff was friendly. I got a room with a balcony and view. The shower is like a sprinkler. Overall it’s a budget place jn a good location.
