Thank you - The service and the upgraded room exceeded my expectations although the Staff are always so nice. The upgraded room was brilliant. My partners has bad knees so a large groundfloor room was magic. We will request room 26 when we book next I dont like the tiny pods of milk and there wasnt enough coffee sachets.

- Tim (10/5): Always a great stay. - Charming hotel within easy travelling distance of Hampton Downs Race track and Auckland. Fantastic room and great restaurant and bar. Comfortable seating in the bar is rare these days, this is sofa heaven. Staff are very friendly and the food from the restaurant is great. We come here every time we need to stay over for events.

- Alexander (7/5): - A truly beautiful hotel, photos do not do this place justice! Everything is clean, tidy and fresh, they clearly take presentation of this hotel seriously! Incredible value for money. The only let-down was we became locked-out of the room - our own fault! Reception was unattended although it was within the open hours - and the numbers on the door went nowhere.... This meant we were stuck outside the hotel for an hour and a half until a cleaner let us in. I believe this was not normal for the hotel however, as people seem to take pride in service here.

- Mark (9/5): The place to stay if you are in this small town. - The location was very central and in the heart of the small town. It even comes with a restaurant that also doubles as a place for check-ins after working hours. Regardless, all the staff was very helpful and friendly. The pantry was also well stocked with lots of teas & coffees... You'd need that since it's a small town and there's nothing much to do after dark. There are no staff to handle issues after working hours. And since I was there on a weekend, I had no one to attend to my plumbing issue. The toilet sink stopper was tightly sealed and hence the water level kept rising as I used it for my personal hygiene purposes.

Loved having sky in the room. Loved the price! There was a cockroach on the wall in a our room when we arrived. I understand bugs make their way in and happily put it out the window although it was not a good first impression.

- Jennifer (10/5): Sehr schönes geräumiges sauberes Hotel - Das Hotel hat unsere Ansprüche übertroffen. Das Personal war sehr nett und hat uns zu dem fantastischen Zimmer geführt. Das Badezimmer war sehr groß, in der Küche war alles nötige vorhanden und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Wlan funktionierte einwandfrei. Kaffee, Tee, Wasser und Milch waren auch da. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel verfügbar.
