- Koree (8/5): - I book this hotel because someone said it’s great for Solo female travellers!!! It’s affordable and right beside the Tram! Lots of shops around. Room 108 was great, the bed was comfortable, the place was clean ONLY issue was the fire alarm every morning at 8am :( I really wanted a full 8 hours lol! They offer breakfast, I didn’t have any. There is a bakery down the road as well and a grocery store!

- Kiran (2/5): - We stayed at the hotel for four days we asked for the room to be cleaned no one cleaned it, the minuit we entered room we was itching lying on the bed, bed bugs we had been bitten from head to toe an apsalute nightmare I have logged a complaint not happy atall a lot of tourist where also saying the same. Language barrier not helpful atall. I would not reccomend this place as will be a feast for the bugs an flies. I have taken photos of with swollen finger face bitten arms bites.

- Odel (6/5): - One of my Expedia search criteria was "breakfast included". It turns out breakfast was not included in our booking. Breakfast was available but we had to pay for this separately
- Mark (2/5): - Although a gym is advertised on their website and Hotels.com, it is no longer open. This was important for me as it was the only reason I booked this hotel. The rooms are outdated and extremely depressing. Cleaning seems non existent with stains all over the furniture and mould covering the bathroom. Multiple questionable stains on surfaces - which were disgusting. Many fixtures in the room such as lamps and hairdryers also did not work. There are zero facilities within the room, not even a kettle. This has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

- Summer (2/5): - The property did not look like the pictures at all, it’s located in an extremely inconvenient area. The building looked like a renovated apartment building and reeked of bleach when we entered the room. So much so that we had allergic reactions and had to leave and they did not provide us a refund. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Had hot water first night but didn't second. The hotel was very quiet most of the lights were off. As they must of been just using a certain floor. Which is a shame as really big hotel lovely outside area.. bout 30 mins from paris easy journey. If u use taxis use bolt cheap and quick.. but 15-20 euro to Paris.. staff were friendly but just not a nice atmosphere as was so quiet for such a big hotel but what do you expect wasn't expensive. So overall was happy with my stay.

- Shafaq (6/5): - The nearest metro station is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel, and the bus stop is only 2 minutes away. Most major tourist attractions can be reached within 20 minutes. While the property is a budget-friendly option, it does lack some basic amenities such as an electric kettle and minibar. Therefore, it may not be the most suitable choice for those traveling with young children.
- Craig (2/5): - restaurant shut even through they charge you for breakfast booked a suite to then be told after i arrive there was none available downgraded my room but still charged the same price as suite and got told to just separate the double bed into to single beds for me and my daughter when i went to room they hadn't cleaned it towels bedding etc everywhere on floor to then go in complain again to be put in other room in get told thats all they had so had no choice to take it.toilet seat broke no remote for tv list goes on and on basic hotel would not recommend
- Sonia (4/5): - Avoidable and bare metal. for the price rooms had near nothing amenities. Rooms were old just bed and rest torn chair, dusty desk and broken lamps. Sinks take forever to clear water and so on. Paris overall have many places that are pricey but not worth cost due to basic services being unavailable. This is an example and why many other european cities have better hotels. Overall this was money wasted at property which provides nothing even basic in proper way. Wont recommend or rebook

Also, the front desk staff told me that I could get a refund on the city tax at the airport since we had to pay it at the hotel but that was not so, much to my disappointment because I thought the price I paid Expedia.com was final

The other guys he didn't care much about anything. The room was clean and beds confortable, but the elevator had spit for a couple of days. Far from the city center. The staff needs help!

Also breakfast was not replenished at all times and they still charge you 10euros,,, saw a what appears to be a roach on my bed sheets,,, 1st day of my stay , cleaning staff only empty trash cans and change bed sheets, the dead roach was still on the floor and also they did not pick up dirty cups ,,, terrible experience

- Thomas (2/5): - The hotel does not feel like a three-star property. The floors are dirty, the rooms are shabby, and there was not even a bin/trash box in the room or bathroom. Some floors are renovated whereas others are in poor condition. It is also far away if you have a late night. That said, it is decent for a sleep.

I later found out that they do this on a regular basis to guests – – it appears that they overbook the hotel. They blamed it on Expedia, even though Expedia had nothing to do with it. Really disgusting.

The bed was uncomfortable and the door locks were horrible. The elevator was extremely tiny. My daughter and I were very tight and neither of us are large people.i didn’t feel safe

They had only one dirty key card for the three of us. They did not turn the room despite asking and finally gave us fresh towels at 9 pm so we could take showers the second day of our stay.

The RER is right across the street; it took about 30 minutes to get to the Ile de la Cite. I would definitely stay here again, mainly because of the super nice staff and the charming people of Gennevilliers.

- Ivonne Maria (2/5): - El teléfono de la habitación no funcionaba cuando tratamos de usarlo para llamar a la recepción por un altercado a gritos en la habitación de al lado. Nos fuimos y nunca fue arreglado. Me hicieron un cargo a mi tarjeta y cuando le pregunte al sr de la recepción me dijo que fue Expedia y no fue cierto. Expedia jamas realizo tal cobro. La silla de la habitación con el espaldar roto, el colchón con desniveles . La persona que atiende la reception es la misma que atiende la mesa buffet y las mesas en el desayuno. Lean bien al reservar. La habitación no tienen neveras ni cajas de seguridad. El hotel se encuentra a casi 30 min del centro pero con el gran trafico que existe se convierte en casi 1 hra. Debo destacar el trabajo de la Sra de limpieza la verdad que nos hacia el cuarto muy bien. Mi agradecimiento para ella, la cual tuve el placer de conocerla. Hay muchísimas opciones de hospedaje en Paris solo recomiendo hacerla con tiempo para no seleccionar este hotel cuyas fotos en la internet están muy distantes de la realidad.

- Lisa (4/5): - It was cheap. Bad lighting, no usb ports, tv all French channels, ants in the bathroom & later on my neck in bed. Under bed has never been cleaned, no fridge or ice. Stuff laying on rooftop outside our window. Very far from activities. They do hav a menial breakfast you pay for but we went to a bakery/coffee shop a few blocks away. Had issues trying call a uber or taxi & asked the desk dude to call 1 & he finally gott someone & said it would be an hour & i seriously didn't know if he called a real taxi or a friend. We finally got a bolt & got on our train by 1 minute. I would never stay here again.

- Christina (6/5): - I would rate this hotel higher because the shower is so amazing, but it’s just meh. It’s very bare our room only contained 2 twin beds, 1 pillow, & 1trash can. Nothing like the pictures. I have to learn to not book hotels based on their pictures. No remote for the tv and we never made it to breakfast to try. It is about a 10 min walk to the tram and if crowding is low you can arrive in to the center of Paris in about 40 mins.

We asked multiple times for extra pillows (only two very small ones were provided and they were lumpy/soft) however they never were delivered to the room. The front desk staff were not that friendly even though they appeared to speak English. There was no fridge or kettle (this was not stated in advertising for the property) in the room.

- Scott (2/5): - I don't typically write reviews, but I want to ensure that other customers don't encounter the same issue I did. This ad is false advertising to the next level. And Expedia should remove it entirely from its listing. And from what I have got back from Expedia, the non-refundable clause trumps the fact that it was entirely falsely advertised. The rooms do not match the pictures. The ceilings are peeling, the walls are dirty, and the furniture is outdated and falling apart. I went to see the guy at the front desk, who acknowledged that there had been a change and that the rooms were all as advertised. So that was cool. The "restaurant and bar" downstairs is a joke. We tried to order three items from the menu nothing was available. That was after waiting for our server to greet us. He came in from outside, with a half-unbuttoned shirt and dirty pants. I should have gotten the message from that point. The next morning, we wanted coffee. The girl who was there told us there was a machine that was 2 euros per coffee. That's fine. But then she disappeared. We couldn't find her to pay. So went to the room, drank our coffee and waited for our Uber to arrive. When we got downstairs, we went to the front desk to drop our keys and pay for the coffee, and again, not a soul there. So at that point, we aren't chasing someone to pay. Our Uber arrives, and she comes out of somewhere and chases us down, yelling that we owe for the coffees. I'm limited for space, so I have to end. BE WARNED

- REBECCA (10/5): Paris three day stay - This hotel was very comfortable for three. My husband & I traveled with my sister in law. The room we rented was essentially 2 rooms with double bed in 1 room & sleeper couch in the other. All the staff were friendly. I thought I purchased breakfast with reservations but ended up that I didn't but this worked for our early morning schedules.

We enjoyed the area for the evening, several establishments within walking distance. However, we did have to discover them ourselves, the staff didn’t know the area very well. Cleanliness of the room wasn’t great, old bar of soap left in the shower in soap holder, had been there a while, a bit gross. Also, you could hear a lot of noise throughout the hotel, other rooms and hallway.

Stayed two nights as a base for Wales vs France rugby (no direct transport from Genevilliers and long walk to stadium!) Compared to some of the ridiculous costs charged in Paris centre, this hotel reasonably priced. Large bedroom that was clean. Quite area and no disturbance (maybe because there were few other guests?)

Bit out of city but in safe area and you get to meet real lovals. Easy to get transport to and from as 177 bus runs pass hotel and yellow C very close by taking is 1 station away is RER to other side of city and Orly airport. Just takes time. Supermarkets and mall easy walking distance Plus the smaller restaurants around the hotel offer big meals and tasty for what what is less than going rates in paris. Rated down 1 star for minor details as would stay there again

They allowed me to use another rooms hairdryer but it wasn’t working well either. The staff were nice and the maintenance guy was lovely.

- Gayna (6/5): A nice but no frills out of centre hotel - Fine hotel. A little out of town but they provided very exact transport details so easy to find. Nice welcome. Room a nice size. Bed comfy enough. Good bathroom with shower. Room was v hot and air con didn't work which was a bit of an issue. Neither did hairdryer but we got a replacement from helpful receptionist. Breakfast choice was good, bit basic but did the job and a good price. Overall, a bargain price for a functional hotel (for a stay during the Olympics), nice service but don't expect any frills.
- Josh (10/5): - We stayed a few nights for the Olympics. The place was convenient to bus stops and within walking distance to restaurants. It could've been because we weren't used to the Paris "vibe" given our short stay but we didn't feel completely comfortable walking around the neighbourhood in the evening. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room and building themselves were outdated but it looked like they were beginning renovations
- Jai (2/5): - The hotel is in a very sketchy area that isn't safe at night. It is not 3 star standard. There is no water heater with coffee or tea in rooms. Breakfast is poor and limited and wasn't included although the room was very expensive. The hotel charged taxes for children under 18, although expedia.com stated children under 18 pay no taxes. I will query that with expedia.com as well. Mybadvicebis book closer to the city center for.the same price! Stay away from here.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Not Recommended if you want to see Paris - The place is located in a non-desirable location and for the most part you will feel like you are in an industrial area as well as low income housing building. The staff was not kind or cared about the guests' well-being. Anyway, that will be all that i will say.
