- Donna (9/5): -
- Denver (10/5): An amazing stay in Villa Number 3. We had the best time as a group of 6!! - Spacious, clean and a great space for a group of 6! Good location to Hastings Street and Main Beach Slightly slow wifi and needs some more kitchen resources

Ikke AC på det ene soverommet.
- Smith (8/5): It was lovely - The pool was close to our property which I thought might be a problem but it was very private and luckily the pool was no t very busy .
- Jacqueline (8/5): -

- Rebecca (8/5): -
- Chau (8/5): -
- Javier (4/5): below average - The location was great. The shower was blocked. after a long day working all we wanted was a good shower and bed. however the shower was blocked and as a result quite disgusting.
- Louise (8/5): Heerlijk Noosa! - De ligging en de ruimte Was ietwat gedateerd maar prima.
- Wright (8/5): Spacious with own private space and easy walk to central noosa - Great beds . Having 2 bathrooms was and the toilet downstairs was ideal for a 3 bedroom apartment. Location was great . The hosts were not responsive via the app . However luckily someone was around and allowed our late check out.
- Leonard (1/5): Bad taste in mount, very poor experience - Nothing Didn't even get to stay. Booked apartment 9 months prior to stay to only be told 2 hours before check in (and a hour and a half into a 3 hour drive) that room has been double booked. Only after being chased up via two different phone numbers and staff member (no staff on site at all) did an alternate accommodation be organised in which the management at this establishment just made another booking.com reservation at a different location close by. They did pay for the new accommodation but little to no communication was had and most information they provided to alternative place was incorrect causing further confusion and disruption to plans (not ideal for a wedding situation). Very displeased with my experience will actively go out of my way to never book here in the future and will tell other to do the same. Was told by management that this happens often.
- Jamie (1/5): Very poor experience, almost ruined my wedding day - Location was good, but the Villas themselves are terrible Unfortunately, had a very poor experience with this location. Had 2 villas booked (one in my name and one in my brothers) 9 months in advance for my wedding. No issues with check in for ours but my brother received a message only 2 hours prior to his expected arrival (halfway through a 3 hour long drive) to say his villa had been double booked and his accommodation would not be available. Despite my brother contacting the management team (and getting hung up on), there was no immediate solution given. I was already on site getting ready for my own wedding and had to stop in the middle of getting my makeup and hair done, trying to get out the door on time to get into contact with the manager of the villa (of which is off site with no other admin team available there either) to sort his booking. I was advised by one of the managment team that "they will usually just book another place" for their double booked guests to stay - making it quite clear that this sort of thing is something that happens quite frequently. Communication was atrocious. I understand that booking issues happen from time to time but this was totally unacceptable and the way it was dealt with was disgusting. No apology from the management staff either, was just sent another booking for "a place down the road" off of booking.com for a totally different place that the manager made without any consultation with us. Upon check in at the new location, most the details that were given on this booking by the manager were incorrect which caused more confusion and the new location and impeded check in yet again.
- Lurås (5/5): -
- Dion (8/5): Le Court Noosa - Location was great
Apartment was spacious and clean.
3 toilets No washing machine or dryer
Clothes closet could do with upgrading
Bats kept me up
- Sally (7/5): -
- Mackey (5/5): Good location, comfortable beds, but not the most inviting living spaces. - The beds were comfortable and bedrooms were clean. The property was a reasonable walking distance of the heart of Noosa and in a convenient to location for driving to other areas, without having to navigate the very busy central part of town. There was a fridge with ice ready for us on arrival and tea and coffee making facilities with some supplies to get us started. There was a reasonably stocked kitchen and laundry but we did not use these facilities apart from a few cups and glasses. There was Wifi in the evenings for streaming movies. I asked how to access keys a few days before our trip but got no reply. I found later, an email half an hour before our check in time, which I could not access as I was travelling. Upon arrival 3.30pm there was no one at reception and so I called a number. The receptionist was out shopping and I had to wait for her to call me back to instruct me about which villa was ours and how to access the key etc. in between her conversation with the person on the deli counter. The villa was quite dark inside the living area, not what was depicted in the photos, so this was a little disappointing. The room had been cleaned but it had an overwhelming strong scented smell which lasted for the full 3 days we were there even after airing the place, I found it too much to sit in the living area without doors open. The place was clean but run down - dirty curtains, paint chipped, minimal decor, some windows and doors difficult to open, the shower did not drain efficiently and it was banked back. The Wifi worked in the evenings but was very intermittent or non existent during the day - so we had to go out to make calls or access internet. The bedrooms were comfortable but the road noise was quite loud up till around 10.30pm as it is on a fairly busy street. I used spare pillows for cushions in the lounge room as the sofa was uncomfortable. The pool was green upon arrival and I mentioned this to the receptionist, she apologised about that and explained that the pool pump had been fixed and she had forgotten to turn the filter on and so did that for us and we managed to get a swim in the pool on the final day. Things have been done to spruce the place up but unfortunately not well done - like the pool deck had been re-varnished which was nice except the were red brown stain spills on the pool fence walls and around the inside pool tiles - making it look like things were rusty.
- Sari (10/5): Great break away, will be coming here again. - Great location, had everything we needed.
- Diana (7/5): - Big Apartment, Good Kitchen, big Bathroom. The fluff off the Towels went all over our bed, floor and clothes.
Shower taps need attention, they were boiling hot or cold. Could not get it in between.
- Kathryn (10/5): Great stay exceeded my expectations! - The amenities available and coziness of the house
- Lena (5/5): - Stort Inget internet
Smutsigt (diskmaskin, fläktar, generellt smutsigt)
Trasig toalett
- Tayla (5/5): -
- Liz (6/5): Disappointing. - I have stayed at Le Court several times over many years. It has always been value for money and everything to my satisfaction. The unit we stayed in was clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable. Easy to get around as it's a great location. We found the shower to be sub-standard. Really just a trickle of water. We could not use the patio barbecue, as it was filthy and when we asked for it to be cleaned, we were told it was only for use by the owners! The convection cook top was difficult to manage, although after calling for help we were able to use it. There was a barking dog every morning at 4am at a Neighbour's house close by. The courtyard never received any sun so wasn't pleasant to sit outside. The wi-fi was switched off on our final morning by the time we awoke at 6.30. We ran out of toilet paper after 2 days. The kitchen was supplied with a 1/4 of a chux and a half a small Wettex, not really useful for washing the dishes.
- Gerard (7/5): Comfortable.good location but noisy with kids and mum screaming next door. - Good size. Old. Run down.
- Alexander (10/5): -
- Daniel (7/5): Easy affordable stay near to the main Noosa action. - Good location and ability to park and walk suits me and my business colleague.
- Christine (8/5): -
- Tom (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cassie (8/5): Very nice will be staying again - Lots of space, amazing location. Great value for money Unit 7 was a bit outdated, in need of a refurbish but unit 8 was lovely
- Budd (7/5): Walking distance to town centre - Great location easy walk to the centre of town having,a washer dryer was a bonus Bedroom with the twin beds you couldn't use the cupboards the doors hit the bed bed covers were quite old
- Clare (9/5): Great family apartment away from the hustle and bustle of Hastings street but within walking distanc -
- Dalene (10/5): A beautiful place and will definitely recommend it to anyone - Worth the money
Clean and modern furniture
- Ashleigh (8/5): Family of 6 had a lovely stay in this clean and simple 2 story appt. Would love to come back and stay again. - Clean and tidy
- Rachael (10/5): Perfect accommodation for a family getaway. - Our apartment was very nicely furnished. The location was fantastic, and having a back door entrance was an excellent bonus.
- Jonathan (6/5): Great place. Poor service - Location and size During winter there was only a sheet and a bedspread on the beds. No duvets. I we hunt temps were 6/7 degrees C. Impossible to get duvets. Complained. Only at 10:45pm did extra blankets arrive. These were all odd and had clearly been gathered from multiple dusty cupboards elsewhere. Unusable.
- Aaron (9/5): Superb -
- Lisa (5/5): Passable - Location and spacious It was VERY dated. My hay-fever went crazy here.
Needed a total face-lift.
The concept is great but the delivery is terrible. Not sure I would stay again.
- Andrea (5/5): Passable -
- Vasyl (4/5): I won't stay there again - The property confirmed the booking for 4 adults and one 8 year old child. As it turned out, there was no bed for the child. I have asked the staff to sort it out. I asked for a cot or a mattress. I spoke to the person on the shift and a manager in the booking system. Both ignored the request. It was so disappointing....
- Sharon (8/5): Very good - Plenty of room, everything you needed Sofa uncomfortable , new stair carpet needed
- Lee (10/5): Exceptional - Great value
- Margaux (9/5): Superb -
- Barry (10/5): Excellent accommodation - Closeness to hasting street . Air conditioning All good
- Belinda (8/5): Very good -
- Georgina (7/5): Otherwise a pleasant stay - There was a cockroach in the kitchen
- Jose (8/5): Very good - Meet expectations
- Florence (10/5): Super relaxing, couldn’t want for anything else personally! - Not even a 5 minute drive from the beach and it had everything you needed for a short stay.
- Victoria (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kathryn (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dennie (6/5): Pleasant -
- Tayla (7/5): Good -
- Lyndelle (3/5): I wouldn't stay here again. - The hosts were very helpful and lovely when the hotplate broke on the first day, and they arranged a temporary one so we could cook. The villa wasnt very clean and furniture including beds is old and uncomfortable. No air con in the second bedroom upstairs was also an issue. BBQ was old and dirty and hot plate didnt actually fit the BBQ.
- Leigh (8/5): Very good -
- Dirk (3/5): Mediocre villa in Noosa - The heated swimming pool was nice and the aircon worked well. We paid for the more expensive villa but go the cheap one instead We went to the managers office on Friday and Saturday but couldn't find, anybody. I asked them on the app why we got the cheaper villa but they didn't even respond. We were 5 people but the second rooms double bed is so uncomfortable that my son and his wife went to sleep with my granddaughter on the other single bed on Saturday night. They also like to bath because my granddaughter doesn't like to shower and that is where we also realized we were booked in the wrong unit, because we specifically booked the luxury villa with a bathroom but there were 2 showers instead. We are really disappointed in the people who does the bookings and strongly feel they should reimburse us for the balance between the two units.
- Daunton (9/5): Perfect, clean and easy to get to - I loved the location of the place so close to the main beach could walk everywhere, I would say that they should have a sign or directions to the other pool because we couldn't find it and had to ask but other than that the place was perfect, clean and easy to get to.
- Stan (5/5): Passable -
- Loyola (10/5): Exceptional - Good value for money, location is just near the Hasting Street.
- Parshotam (8/5): Spacious centrally located apartments - Spacious 3 bed apartment each with AC and fans. It had fully equipped kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, on site parking. Main Beach and Hasting Streets was only about 1km away. Fast wifi. Swimming pools were tiny,
- Sofia (9/5): Superb -
- Gemma (7/5): Comfortable, good value, close to town - Comfortable, good value, close to town Shower wasn’t great , would have been useful to have a vacuum to use
- Marin (9/5): lovely apt. great location and facilities. - location. facilities. price the curtains need a wash. they smell a bit which makes the rest of the apt smell and it’s not pleasant.
- Mary-ann (8/5): Very good -
- Mary (7/5): It was Ok. - Has private pool and spacious Floor needs thorough cleaning. Need better lock for the doors.
- Emma (7/5): Good -
- Louise (6/5): Pleasant - Excellent location, parking available. Clean but could do with a facelift.
- Samantha (10/5): Relaxing stay right in the feet of Noosa - Great location, modern and roomy townhouse. Pool needs some work, paint etc.
- Alison (10/5): Comfortable stay close to everything. - We had the quietest villa on Key Ct. We liked the central location. I don’t know why more things like toilet paper and dishwasher tabs aren’t provided for the whole stay. We pay a daily rate.
- Margaret (8/5): Very good -
- Hannah (9/5): Loved it. Thankyou - Location was perfect. Very clean. Great size. Help when requested, even on Christmas Eve ! No air con in 2 bedrooms. There were fans though.
- Rich (7/5): Good -
- Carly (3/5): Poor cleanliness for price - Cleanliness was poor
- Samuel (1/5): If only we knew. . . . - Friendly manager This is for UNIT 1 LE COURT VILLA.
Early Dec 2024
Broken oven
1.
Only 1 AC for 3 bedrooms.
NOT ENOUGH cooling for noosa SUMMER.
2.
The supplied pedestal fan is very poor quality and not put together properly. It doesn't push cool air to other rooms. Well, there is not enough cool air for 1 room to start with.
3.
Both AC are riddled with black mould, causing allergy reactions.
4.
Oven did not work. Supplied a bench top the last night before we checked out.
5.
NO hot water for 1 day.
6
Many lights were out.
We have to move the dining table to have a better light.
7.
Dirty floor and sandy beds.
8.
Had to wait 24 hours for wifi.
9.
It is very unpleasant having strangers coming in and out the Villa to try to fix the problems over the duration of the stay.
10.
The owner refuses to give a discount to compensate for all the inconvenience
11.
Make sure you ask if those problems are resolved before booking this unit.
I feel bad for the manager who has to get all the complaints because the owner doesn't want to spend the money to fix the issues.
- Hema (8/5): Very good -
- Sinha (9/5): Superb -
- Jennifer (8/5): Would recommend this - Great set up No aircon in second room, limited toilet paper however enjoyed our stay thank you
- Linda (8/5): Fantastic accommodation for family holiday. - Great location -easy walk to Hastings Street and National Park
- Talluah (7/5): Good comfortable stay, happy for price - Good location, clean, pretty comfortable Oven never was fixed, some upstairs blinds and the stand up fan were broken
- Becky (5/5): Value for loney - Great location Very dated, needs a good clean and paint to freshen it up, lots of paint of walls. Beds very uncomfortable
- Bradley (10/5): Great! - Location and size of the property were great! N/A
- Ryan (8/5): Pretty good with just a few inconveniences - The location and the layout A lot of the crockery was not clean when we arrived. The fridge had cracks in the draws. There was very limited cloths and rags to clean stuff up. Limited chopping boards and other appliances. The wifi didn’t work inside the apartment, only worked outside.
- Sharyn (9/5): We had a great time in Noosa and close to everything! - Great location Extra towels would of been nice
- Caitlin (9/5): Superb -
- Linda (8/5): Very good - The location was excellent with a flat 10-15 minute walk to the beach and restaurants.
The apartment is spacious and well appointed. The WI-FI instructions in the apartment were inaccurate and in spite of phone calls and texts for correct information we had to wait until the following morning to access WI-FI. The apartment is not an attractive situation to spend the day but with so many gorgeous places nearby we didn’t intend to stay in.
- Hilary (6/5): A+ location but apartment is tired compared to others in similar location and price range - Great location, close to Quamby place, fab supermarket, cafe and Ricky’s for lunch / dinner the ferry into Hastings St.
There is really good aircon in all of the rooms.
There is plenty of space for occupants things (suitcases, beach gear etc). Unfortunately, the apartment was dirty when we arrived. Elias, the manager, had the cleaners out quickly the next day and they did a great job but it was a bit icky the first night.
Although the owner has done a cosmetic renovation with a new kitchen / bathrooms and appliances, the general feel is worn out. There are holes in the upstairs smaller bedroom cupboards, the Venetian blinds are broken and dirty, the bedroom decor is dated. The living area has a newish decor but the couch is very stained (light beige is impossible to keep clean), the flooring rug is torn and other finishes are old and tired.
Generally, the complex is tired. The pools are clean but the surfaces are worn and chipped. The central reception needs a really good clean out. The whole place needs an update / some love.
We have stayed at three other places within 300 metres of Le Court, similar price, size, amenities and they were fresher, cleaner and unfortunately, more enjoyable.
- Matt (9/5): Superb -
- Wendie (7/5): Good - It's walking distance from the beach and shop and our family enjoys walking so it suited us.
It was clean and peaceful. There was only the TV channels to watch and no smart TV facilities to watch movies on.
- Jon (7/5): Good but definitely could be better - Location was second to none We were dropped of at the villa to find no key in the lockbox after talking to Elias we found out the room wasn’t cleaned so we had to wait 4 hrs after our check in time to access the villas he let us leave our bags there while it was cleaned but I did have to take my two children out for four hours I didn’t plan on also photos on line don’t really match what we got
- Margaret (10/5): Great Villa - Great location, good parking, villa was more than we needed, as had 2 bedrooms ( 1 double & 1 twin room) Lovely and clean, great full kitchen, dinning and lounge area. washing machine and drier which was ideal. Outdoor table, and BBQ area too.
Pool was great too & also had access to second pool at next door property. The hob and TV had recently been replaced and there were no user instructions left, did not appear to have been set up correctly. so unable to use. We did however have alternative cooking options, so did not impact our stay, and did not worry about raising this as an issue during our stay.
